The staff here get a 5 star. They are not only very honest but are extremely compassionate and helpful. Today I witnessed one of the most beautiful interactions between staff and a man down on his luck. It was refreshing to see such kindness. Perhaps there is some hope for humanity after all.

I gave J&M five stars over a year ago for a tow then, and they get another 5 stars from me today for another tow, plus all the enjoyable Saturday morning inspection visits I've had with them for various vehicles over the years. Great team, community members and humans!

I have been getting my family's vehicles repaired and inspected here for several years now. Very efficient and courteous. They take the time to solve what is needed with no haste. I will continue to go here and recommend this establishment to others.

My fianc� brought one of our vehicles for inspection. Really fast and courteous. We brought the vehicle back for brakes, rotors and a caliper. Again, they made the repairs quickly and the price was extremely fair.AAA+++ repair shop

Refused to tow my car because of the snow on the ground. I would need the town to come out and clean it up at my expense before they would tow it. The snow was already packed down and hard. So unless the ground was dug up there was no way of removing it. Called another towing company and they came right out and towed my car for me.

One of those places you wish more companies were like. On vacation. Sure I'm a " flat lander" but small town boy born and raised... Good to see small town morals still alive. They don't care if you drive a Porsche or a ford they will have you on your way asap.

THE OWNER OF THIS SHOP SAID TO ME " I DON'T FEEL LIKE LISTENING TO YOUR GUMS SMACK" AFTER I ASKED A QUESTION! !Do not under any circumstances visit this shop!! You will not only be overcharged but you will be unnecessarily treated unfairly! !Upon visiting this Monday morning I was greeted by a nice young lady and a sour man.i explained that my battery connections were bad and needed to be replaced. I then asked if he hadtime to look and see if there was anything he could do till I could afford to replace them when I got paid later that week. He looked out at my car and said that doesn't look like like it should even be on the road. Mind you my inspection just ran out the month before and I have every week been doing what ever I could afford to bring the car up to legal standards. I then asked " I don't see What this has to do with battery connections" this rude man then said " there is the side walk see yourself out" jaw dropped!!! I did nothing he then said QUOTE "I don't feel like listening to your gums smack"!!!! I simply gathered my things and left reminding him that karma sees all! ! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DON'T GIVE THIS MAN A DiME OF YOUR MONEY! !

Had our van in for a starter replacement. Said take your time. What a mistake. 3 months and $60. Later we pulled it out of there and had someone else do it. Took a few hours. Don't go here

There are no better mechanics than Jimmy. He is always straight with his customers and treats everyone that comes into his facility with respect. We need more men like Jimmy.
