Staff was very welcoming and respectful. They took down my information and got me right in line. They dont make you buy the tires directly from them to service you, you can bring your own. The waiting area was small but warm and has a TV to entertain you while you wait. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the Barre VT area to get your tires and car service done at this location.

Went in for an oil change and hoping to get my brakes looked at. They showed me how dirty my air filter and engine filter was. They gave me quotes throughout the whole change and we're very helpful!Not to mention when I emailed, they responded within an hour! Great customer service!

We went in to Vermont Quick Lube for the first time today. I had the oil changed in my trusty Subaru Outback. The guys were such fun, but very professional at the same time. It s a bit out of our way, but we ll be back. Two thumbs up.

I brought my mother's car in for a quick oil change, and it turns out the oil valve gasket was loose and spewing oil everywhere. The manager on the floor, Craig, was incredibly patient, kind, and willing to explain all the details of the issue. The car had almost no oil in it at all and Craig filled the car up for free and directed me to get it fixed ASAP. The rest of the crew was efficient and operating, unlike the car, as a well oiled machine. The whole team deserves massive kudos, and I am beyond pleased with my experience. My family and I will always be keeping these guys in mind from now on.

I called a few places before calling Vermont Quick Lube on a Saturday. Called to ask if they could check if my coolant was leaking after doing a few tests myself, but just wanted to be sure. They were able to take it in pretty quick when I got there along with filling me in on the day of. My pressure was good and fluids weren't leaking. Coolant was a little low but they topped it off and looked at it for no charge. Very nice quick service. The people there were also very kind and informative. Thanks so much

I came here to get a oil change. They got me right in. I got it done quick and easy. I highly recommend coming here and getting your service done here. Especially today from 11:00 am to 2: 00pm they are giving out free hot dogs

If I could triple the amount of stars, I would! Vermont Quick Lube is the greatest shop I have ever been to. The customer service is bar none, it is a bit jarring these days to be treated with positivity, transparency, and kindness. And this isn't just one employee, everyone on the team is so helpful, understanding, and genuine. I will not take my car anywhere else unless they don't work on certain parts (but do not fret, they give out great referrals)! Thanks for being an oasis in the world of car repair!

So so grateful for these kind people for helping me out! I was hours from home and they helped me with the mess of a car issue I was having. They were accurate in figuring out what the problem was, thoughtful in explaining it to someone with entry level car knowledge, and efficient in fixing the problem! If I didn t live 4 hours away I would use them again in an instant. Highly recommend to anyone in the area or someone who is having car issues while passing through. So lucky I stumbled upon the nicest people on a day where I really needed it!

Headed on a road trip and noticed my oil light was flashing even though I had an oil change recently (elsewhere). Oil was very low, and I noticed a nest peaking out of the engine Quick Lube cleaned out a mouse nest, added oil, and moved me and my mom along for free. Never disappointed here.

I have been to Vermont Quick Lube over a dozen times, and each time I m always amazed on how kind and professional the staff is, always making sure I understand what they are doing. I can t say what a difference it is to go to a place with such positive helpful people, my favorite place to bring my car for maintenance and repairs.

These guys are so beyond helpful, they offer amazing fast service. I have not once had a problem with them and I ve been a steady customer for a year plus now. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for any service they offer.

I highly recommend Craig and his team!I was looking to purchase a used vehicle from a local dealership and brought it to Vermont Quick Lube to have it checked out first. I m glad I did! They found several issues with the vehicle that I was unaware of. They took the time to show & explain everything to me. They are thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly! A huge thank you to Craig and Jacob for saving me tons of headaches and money down the road. I m so grateful for your help & knowledge today. Thank you!!

These guys are the best in customer service. I was in the passenger seat and my gf was driving. The guy who guided us into our parking spot treated her with respect and deference. I was very appreciative of that. He was professional and knowledgeable and I could tell he loved his job. I am so glad I went with my gf. I will be bringing my car this week. Thankyou for treating my gf like the lady she is. What a great group of people working at this store.

I had struts and other repairs performed in May of 2023 for more than $1000.00. I just called and asked if the parts were warrantied and was told no. They did tell me they bought the parts from O'Reilly auto parts whom I called afterwards. They informed me that the parts are a Limited LIFETIME warranty and they would replace them free of charge one time per warranty.Clearly the management is not very good or they're policy is anti-consumer. I would not recommend them to anyone as they are not trustworthy and an untrustworthy shop is the worst.UPDATE:I did speak with the manager who reached out to me and has offered to correct the problem, at their cost. I am very appreciative for the quick response and solution.

Went in for State inspection, oil chnage and tire changeover, paid for everything and they never informed me that it didn't pass the inspection. I noticed they hadn't changed my sticker when I got home so went back to get the sticker and that's when they told me it failed inspection. I agree with the safety items they noted - worn parts basically, but they said a slightly rusted door bottom did not pass even though there were no holes rusted through so that should have passed. They also did not call me when my truck was eady - as they had promised. I finally called them (after waiting to hear for most of the day) and was told it was ready, and it had been ready since the previous afternoon. The tech lied to me when I complained about not getting a call and said he left me a phone message, but I had been home the entire time since dropping off my truck the day before, and know darn well they never called me. I will never do business with them again. The lying was the last straw.

I've been here a number of times over the last 8 or so years. There has never been a time that I've felt anything other than respected, cared for, and safe. The staff are knowledgeable, respectful, and thoughtful - pointing out concerns that I should be aware of, as well as making sure I know what is happening next through every part of the service. I appreciate their expertise and willingness to explain whatever I may have questions about.

Took my 2000 jeep cherokee to these guys. What an awesome experience. Professional smart and kind. The trifecta! Started with oil change. Then went back for my lift kit. Now my exhaust. The team at VQL is always the best. Craig the GM was my service advisor. He's engaging, funny. Ian was the good tech. Though he overfilled with oil and it took extra time to get it to where it has to be. Overall great job. It's awesome to live a golf shot away from this great crew!

Great job with the oil change. What I was not expecting was 2 of my original screws for my air filter to be replaced with these wood screws. I was told and shown that my filter was indeed dirty and decided to change it myself. I went to change it today and was surprised to see the filter cover not placed correctly and with different hardware. I was never informed they were having issues placing the filter back in correctly. I'm not sure if it's worth going back to this place...
