I found a car I liked and got it checked out by a third party mechanic. Paulin s fixed the mechanical and electrical issues that were identified. I decided to purchase it. The car came with a 3000mi warranty, they promised to pay for half of the repairs. The second week I had the car the break line needed to be replaced and at first I was disappointed but they made it right. So far, but my experience with Paulin s has been courteous and stress-free.

Had an amazing experience Curtis Danley was amazing he went over and above to help put me in a perfect rig for me. Would highly recommend this place for anyone that is a first time car buyer, or someone just looking for a great deal. Low payments even went over and above to get me a cheeper insurance rate

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company and the customer service. I worked with Jeff and Justin an they went above and beyond for me. Even when we thought it wouldn t work after I left they kept trying to get something to work few hours later I got the approval call. Amazing Team!! I m so happy with my 2014 Equinox! If you want quality assistance and vehicles this is the place to go.

Overall I had a great experience here. This was only my second time buying a car from a dealership but it was such a smooth and relaxed process, I felt confident through every step. They take their time to find the best loan for you and I was pleased with my loan term and interest rate. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the car had an exhaust leak pretty soon after I got it, but they really handled it professionally and took good care of it, sounds much better. Very happy with my purchase.

We bought a Ford escape less than a year ago. We are getting ready to go on a family vacation so we thought we would take it to another mechanic because we have consistently heard grinding since the day we bought it. We were told repeatedly that it was just rust from sitting and that it would scrape off. It's rust all right. The rear brakes need to be replaced the tires are bald and the exhaust is completely rusted out. We are not car people and we trusted them. They lied and manipulated us into buying a vehicle that is a complete wreck. Then continued to lie to us when we consistently brought it back saying there were issues. These people are nothing more than scammers. Do not buy.

We have been buying cars from Poulin Autos for over 15 years! For ourselves, our children & now my granddaughter! My granddaughter had a very tight budget & rejected a few cars offered! Jeff Devoid never got upset or frustrated. He kept working to find her the right car & he did!!! He has no idea how awesome he was nor how much we appreciate him! I hate shopping for cars, but Jeff made it an easy experience! I would go to no other dealer! If it is an awesome, painless experience, why go elsewhere? Thank you so much, Jeff!

I d give a 1000 stars right now if I could!!! I bought my Subaru Outback almost a year and half ago and no issues. Stacy and Stephanie took care of me!! Monday as I m dealing with my daughter in the er for psych my car started to make a funny noise. Tuesday it was much louder so I stopped in to see if they could look at it. My wheel baring and ball joint needed repairing. Thankfully the warranty covered it all. So amazed how fast they had it repaired!!! Less then 24 hours!!!

This was my 2nd purchase with Poulin Auto Sales, it was by far the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle to date. They made me feel at home and was very transparent through the entire process. Dutch and Jeff worked to get me the best rate possible, if not for their ability to look beyond a credit score and go to bat for me I would not have gotten financed with the bank that I did. I look forward to having a reliable vehicle for the next several years, and will be back when the time comes to get a new vehicle. Thank you both, you really knocked this one out of the ball park.

I've bought two vehicles from Poulin and have never had an issue. And the sales team have gone above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met. Even after the deal they were able to get me a better interest rate! I recommend them to everyone. And they have awesome dogs!

The guys at poulin were amazing helping me get into a vehicle that I wanted and could afford. I told them about the trouble I was having mother my current vehicles and they set me up with a great warranty. I was struggling to find a vehicle that I could afford and not have to work on constantly, other local dealerships said they could help, but were unable to put a deal together that worked for me after weeks of working with them. Poulin did it in a day and made a deal I would have been crazy not to take. It was definitely a no pressure sale, and they put all their cards on the table to show me what kind of deal I was getting. I will definitely check them out for my next buy.

I reviewed Poulin about 3 weeks ago. After a car fire I came here and left with a new Subaru Legacy. The entire team was absolutely fantastic.Unfortunately two weeks later a tree fell on my car in my driveway & the insurance deemed it a total loss.I went back to Poulin today. Jeff, Heath, Norm & Stacy (spelling??) All pulled through for me yet again!I left today with a Subaru crosstrek and couldn't be any happier.I will NEVER go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle after the two beyond awesome experiences I had here!(I just hope the next time I see you guys it's for a trade in or additional loan versus some crazy disaster for a 3rd time!) ;)Walking into this place feels anything BUT walking into a big pushy dealership. Thank you guys SO muchIf I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!!

Jeff, Heath, Norm, & Stacy (spelling?) Were incredible to me yesterday. I had a car fire Sunday and was in need of a new vehicle asap and the staff at poulin mentioned above went above and BEYOND to get me financed and into a car I loved. Thank you guys for getting me into the 2017 legacy.Don't question it- do your car purchases here! Felt homey and very very friendly unlike some other car dealerships. I will definitely be coming back here when it's time!

Great experience!!! The staff at Poulin Auto Sales were very friendly made us feel very comfortable and went above and beyond to help me and my boyfriend both get into a vehicle that fit each of us!!! They were very pleasant and made the day fun and enlightening and a very pleasant experience!! The best experience I have ever had at an auto dealership!! We had gotten to the point where we were giving up and figured we were stuck with what we had and figured we would not be able to get into the vehicles we wanted!! They were willing to work with us when others said they couldn t do anything for us or get us where we needed to be or wouldn t even give us the time of day to even talk to us. Dutch was great worked very hard to make things work for us!! Thank you to Jeff and Dutch for working with us and for helping us get through this car experience!! Thank you to all the staff for making it a good experience and making it a fun experience made the day go by quicker and much more pleasant!!!

Poulin Auto impressed and surprised us. We ve had too many bad experiences at dealerships to ever want to purchase from one again but we found a vehicle online at Poulin s that was perfect for my wife and with a price that was lower than anywhere else. We took a chance and went in and were treated with honesty and respect by Jeff and Dutch. They made it simple to purchase the car and even set us up with a better and more affordable credit union than we d had before. We actually had fun with the purchase! Several months later and the car still runs like new. We highly recommend Poulin s and will be back for our next vehicle.

Poulin Auto was by far the best car dealership i ve ever experienced. The staff is so friendly, so comforting and just all around such great people. Poulin auto made sure we were able to get our basically first car, in a comforting, helpful way. They made loops to help us succeed and tried everything in their power to help. They helped us get a vehicle we could afford at a young age, and would not give up until we found something. We could not be happier to have picked Poulin Auto as our place! Thank you guys so much for everything, I highly recommend them, you won t be disappointed.

Everyone here was so nice and extremely helpful! Dutch understood my fears and both he and Jeff got hugs from me. I was in tears and very emotional when I came back to them. See... I had been here before and only going off of the bad reviews, I didn't give them a chance. The program that Dutch has set up is incredibly helpful and... well... I got my car, a 2012 Subaru Legacy! He was very honest about what I need to do about a recall and that makes him and his team even more credible.I can't thank them enough for all the help and patience they showed. Not only credible, but honest and compassionate.Thank you, Dutch and Jeff! I am now able to continue to serve the public and clients I have.

So a little back story... I am a single mom of two small children. I previously owned a BMW and had my head gasket blow driving down the road. A few days before this my car was serviced and I never had any dash lights come on (as it s always serviced on time). I always maintained my car. Well I ve been looking for a car for a long time knowing I wanted another one. I was at a complete loss not knowing where I stood with getting another one. I was looking up cars and put in an inquiry at Poulin s. Not even a few minutes later Jeff had contacted me. I told him back story, what I was looking for in a vehicle and what I NEEDED. He asked me to travel down to speak with them and put some numbers together. As soon as I got there he had already done some research for me. I had been at a loss with so many other things. When I walked in I felt extremely comfortable. Everyone there was so welcoming and actually CARED! Usually it s all about making money for people. Jeff was actually very caring about my wants and needs. I was instantly approved and didn t even need a co-signer. I came back 48 hours later and Jeff had ALSO helped me switch insurance company s, saving me almost $70! I felt comfortable actually buying from them. They aren t just about selling cars. It s about your wants and needs as well. I highly recommend Poulin's Auto and this is where I ll forget my vehicles! I can t Thank them enough for all they did helping my children and I get the right car for us! Thank You Jeff and your Team for everything you ve done for us!

I brought my disabled son here to get a "dependable" vehicle,he put $6,000 dollars down and picked out a truck. Which Dutch(the salesman) said would last my son another 100 thousand miles with proper maintenance.. He then sold my son an extra warranty which wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. Two weeks after he bought the truck it started having problems, when my son brought the truck back in to be checked out that's when they told him it needed $5,000 worth of work, and miraculously none of it was covered. (Funny how that works). Nobody from poulins will call us back,it's a big game..So I'm hiring an Attorney..I'm done playing games..

I want to start off stating that I rarely give 5 stars. I recently bought a Tundra from them and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Dutch and Jeff were awesome to work with. They made the process easy, sharing honest sales tips and making sure I understood everything before buying. They went above and beyond catering to what I needed to feel comfortable with the sale. Great group of people, great service. Thanks for my new truck!

We had to buy another truck as our other one had a BAD spot on the frame.. We went with another GMC, king cab this time. They replaced the rocker panels, did the new paint job, undercoated it and washed it inside and out and put an inspection sticker on it at no extra cost to us looked like a brand new truck.. Poulin auto has always treated us right. If you want a quiet relaxed atmosphere without to much pressure these guys are the ones to go to... Thank you Stacy and Steph. Mother daughter team you rock....

We worked with Dutch and Jeff in October to purchase a Kia Sorento. Overall, it was a great experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone, and will return in the future to make another purchase. We purchased a service warranty protection plan with the car, and their service department is just as good as their sales department. My car was towed there with a flat tire this week. I had to leave my car overnight, and they got me into another comparable vehicle while mine was being serviced. Very competent, friendly, and great service. Thank you, Dutch, Jeff, Stephanie, and mechanic staff!

I've heard good and bad about poulan auto , but I saw this beautiful blue Ford fusion and the price was perfect so I too a chance, I am so glad I did !!I worked with Dan with the deal ,a very pleasant gentleman then I got to work with Chris the newest owner and between these two guys I was in that fusion in less than a week.My credit was in the trash ,but Chris worked hard at getting me financed !thank you Chris and Dan you guys rock!I give you boys 5 big stars

I had an amazing experience yesterday on Vday with Jeff and Dutch! They were extremely helpful and helped me with getting my first car by myself! I went to multiple different places in Dec and no luck, no one could help me, but at Poulin Auto they treated me like family, helped me into my next new to me car! I highly recommend them on their service and ability to help you into your next vehicle!!! I'll deff be going back for future business with them!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND POULIN AUTO SALES!!!!! There s no where else I will go for buying a car or go for vehicle maintenance then Poulin Auto Sales! To start the sales staff is phenomenal and very professional. The dealership is very clean and professional looking. Clean floors. Coffee. Vending machines. TV. WiFi. All for customers like me to feel relaxed and know I m in good hands coming here. They welcomed me with open doors and treated me with the up most respect and the friendliest staff in the car business. They found exactly what I wanted and needed in a vehicle and It was a very smooth and fast process. The service team I give an A+. There quick, professional and guarantee there work. Every service and experience I have gotten since taking delivery of my vehicle from routine oil changes to tire rotations they always make my choice of going back to Poulin Auto Sales easier and easier.

I honestly wish I didn t have to rate with one star at all. We have been having the worst experience with the truck that we bought for the last two months. When were there we told Jeff that we could put 3k down, and when we went to do the paperwork he had put down 4K. We didn t realize until we got home that there was a chip in the windshield and a chunk of paint was off the front of the truck. When we called Jeff to tell him about it he said you drove it off the lot it s now your issue . Two months to buy, and we didn t receive anything from the bank until I get a call telling me that I needed proof of my employment and proof of what I make. After the contacted my boss, not even three days later we had received our first payment to be due on the 14. Mind you the finalized things with the bank on May 2nd. We called multiple times about the bank information and what our payment would be and Jeff never gave us the information we called about, and said he was either too busy or didn t want to look into it. It s been two months and we still have our temporary plates and Jeff keeps telling us that our new plates should be in the mail but we haven t seen them. We were driving our truck this past weekend and it randomly shut off. I will be going back Saturday and hoping that everything will be taken care of properly.Over ten people have told me about horror stories that has happened with this business and I don t even know how they are still in business. They are rude, disrespectful, they twist what they say, and don t follow through with the things that they tell you. Please do not buy from this business ever. As they have put a lot of people in debt and have not sold them reliable safe vehicles.

I have been meaning to make a review for a while now, but I got to say this place is amazing. From start to finish the people here were looking out for my best interest. Most dealers would have had me make a deal that would have gotten them the most money, but the people here made sure I got the best deal for me. I'm glad I got my first car here and I plan on getting all of my cars to come from here.

Best Pre-Owned Trucks in Vermont! I had been looking around for a good premium quality truck for about a year when I stopped over to Poulin Auto Sales Used Car Dealership. They had a nice selection of pre-owned trucks. I immediately found what I was looking for Kevin and the rest of the auto sales team assisted me every step of the way. Once we had the details worked Chris was able to assist me with receiving the right auto financing at a remarkably low interest rate. The whole process was very straight forward everyone involved answered all my questions and provided me with the best options available for making the purchase. I was very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Poulin Auto Sales to anyone who may be interested in purchasing a used car or truck based upon that experience.What I am really impressed with though is the service I received after the purchase, because when I had a question about my truck these guys not only took care of my initial concern but they found a couple little things like the power steering fluid was low, a mud flap was lose, and my remote control for the plow was hesitating. They actually called me and asked me if I would mind if they were to fix these things for me at no charge while my vehicle was in the shop. I was pleasantly surprised and obviously the answer was yes they could fix these things. Thank you to Andy, Todd, and Alan in the Poulin Automotive Service Center you guys run a tight ship and I appreciate all your time and effort for going the extra mile with the service and repairs.I feel inclined to go the extra mile for these guys because they have definitely over delivered in every way. The whole team at Poulin Auto Sales continues to make this an enjoyable auto experience! Thank You!

After a very unpleasant time at Berlin City Kia I decided to take my car to Poulin Auto for a state inspection. John in the service department was great! My inspection was done in a timely manner and had no problems!
