Broken car sold to me needs more than half the vehicles value in repairs less than a year after purchase I have been constantly unable to operate my buisness, being reliant on a working automobile, and have spent many years worth of maintenence funds on repairs. Don't rely on this dealer for a working vehicle, they obviously cannot carry out so much as a proper inspection and test drive.

In March, two of my boys purchased vehicles. One had just come on to the lot, and they had not yet done a full inspection. The car is awesome, in many ways. My son is very happy with it. When it came time for Inspection, we learned something that was quite a surprise to us and to Lowery's. We went in, and they were more than grateful to have the chance to take care of it. From the girls in the office, to Cooper picking the car up, then delivering the car fixed and inspected, service was impeccable.

Bought a car from them about four months ago. Absolutely love my car, they really helped out with financing and my whole experience was great-later I had some trouble with plates and registration, Vermont DMV issues . Lowerys went absolutely above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend looking here first for a new vehicle.

Just went through a very good buying experience here! Bank in Colorado and registration in Florida. They held the vehicle with no hold $'s and when it took 10 days longer, no problems! Got a good value for our trade and when an independent inspection showed a few issues they were taken care of before purchase with no problems. After purchase notice a problem, again a phone call and it was taken care of. I can understand why Lowery's is still in business after 45 years!

My great aunt bought a car from them recently. Less than a month later, the catalytic converter went and needs replacing. When she went back to talk to them about it, they stated it was no longer their problem as once she bought it, that was it. Do not buy from them.

I bought a 2010 vehicle from Lowery's in January 2021. The overall experience was very relaxed. The vneeded work and they performed the work to get it in proper condition. Price negotiations were fair and overall was impressed with Bill. No pressure and honest. Would recommend to my friends.

I bought a vehicle here at the end of February of this year. A Subaru, a bit old but in good shape, they gave me a short warranty for the power train. I have had this car for four months, and the transmission went. They will not help me besides offering to fix it for the dealer rate which is $40 an hour instead of $80. This isn't nothing mind you, but they should offer a better deal for what i paid for the car, and the amount of time I've had it.

Bought a 2008 Civic in June. The AC stopped working before I even got home (30 minutes). They refused to do anything to make it right. Then this morning - 6 months later, the gas tank literally fell off while I was driving it. Could have been much worse than it was. Now I m being advised by my mechanic to get a new car because the entire bottom of this car is rusted out. I know I should have looked more thoroughly but even still, it should be known that this place is not trustworthy and does not care about customer satisfaction as long as they get paid. Be careful if shopping here, who knows what else they let slide as great condition .

I Bought a 2009 Chevy Silverado from Lowery auto February 2020 and have had the check engine light on for the last four of six months I ve owned it (it s now august 2020) I tried calling and asking them if they would cover any of the issues with the warranty and they told me no. The warranty was just for the powertrain. I ve done all 4 02 sensors, spark plugs, coil packs, mass airflow sensor, and fuel injectors injectors. Take it from my me , they scam people by washing the motors of the cars to make them look clean and clear codes just to sell them to us cheap. But problems will come. I thought I was saving money But really it s turned out I bought a lemon.

Sale was rushed. Wasn't given a look around at vehicles and specified SUV but was pushed into a small 2012 chevy cruze because they couldn't budget in SUV's to my bank. Starter had issues as soon as we left the driveway. Had 2 mechanics look over my vehicle. Starter is going (they refused to accept this and were determined it is normal), the thermostat broke within a month of owning the vehicle so the fan won't shut off. The struts were leaking. Nicks in windshield. Transmission issue. They aren't willing to fix anything. No warrenty other then manufacturer which ended right after purchase. Only reason it passed inspection was because their personal mechanics looked it over. Refused to trade in with value of sale. Not impressed. Go elsewhere. Stuck with this until I pay off my bank loan. Sneaky and shady.

Absolutely TERRIBLE PLACE BUYER BEWARE! bought a 77 corvette from them after they said needs a little bit of work 5 days ago. And took it to my shop and find out that it has FRAME DAMAGE . And break lines looked sketchy called as soon as I found out and they said there nothing we can do about it ! Told me to throw it up on Craigslist someone will buy it I contacted motor vehicle and they are opening an investigation. All I wanted was my money back . Now I have to deal with this headache.

BILL AND JANE ARE TWO OF THE GREATEST PEOPLE, THEY WORKED DILAGENT TO HELP PUT ME IN A CAR THAT WAS AS UPSCALE AND DEPENDABLE AS MY SAAB, MY SITUATION HAS CHANGED DRAMATICALLY AND FIND MYSELF ON A VERY FIXED INCOME, THEY TREATED ME WITH SUCH CARE, I TOOK MY CAR TO 2 MECHANICS BEFORE BUYING AND WAS ASSURED. I FOUND MY EXPERIENCE TO BE ONE OF THE HIGHEST CALIBERS, A-1 PLACE. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.
