Found myself stuck in the mud. Responded much more quickly than I could have hoped for. Handled the issue expertly and for much less than I was worried my foolishness would cost me. Highly recommended!

I called last night to have my car flat bed towed 1 mile. I was told they do not tow cars by the dispatcher. They only tow commercial. Please update your services section of ad. It has been a few years since i have used their towing service for my car. They used to be quick , reasonably price and were great customer service in general.

Heavy wrecker driver does not conduct himself well under pressure and is very rude to paying customers. Will spend the night in the ditch next time before giving this company a dime. Does not seem like a smart way to run a small business. Unbelievable

I simply cannot recommend this company enough!! After AAA gave me the run around for almost 2 hours, I called and requested a lockout service from La Roche. He was there in under 10 minutes, had me on the road 5 minutes later and imo under charged for an incredible service.

Got a heavy duty tow of my 40 ft school bus and Paul was timely, professional and then blew everybody's minds when he backed the bus up a steep hill driveway and tucked it between another bus and a barn. Worth every penny.Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

I had locked myself out of my truck they came out as fast as they could within 2 minutes literally the door was unlocked. No complaints they helped me out of a jam and they got the tools to do it. I would suggest them for sure

These guys are great! They came to assist my wife and I with a flat tire and made the entire process seamless. They saved our day and we could not be more grateful for their help!

Wonderful experience!! No one around would change a tire on a class C RV. Stuck in the beautiful town of Berlin Vermont for 4.5 hours. No one could help because of "the size of the vehicle" except for these guys. Came with a smile on their faces and changed the tire out in 5 minutes. Great guys, great service and great prices given it was a Sunday holiday weekend. Thanks again

I forget the drivers name but he was very nice and made sure my corvette was loaded safe and I offered him $20 for a tip that he didn t want. I appreciate the extra care he gave my car! (He said he worked there for about 15 years).

Absolutely horrible business. The rude driver refused to tow my vehicle to where I wanted and insisted to tow it to their shop so could charge me extra miles and storage. To tow I wanted it dropped was half the distance and on the way.

At first I left a bad review. Turns out these are the guys that pulled my truck and two car trailer (empty) of that guys driveway ditch. I need chains if I want to keep hauling in VT.
