This was by far the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was friendly! They were not pushy like most of the dealerships. The salesman was knowledgeable and very friendly. I cannot say enough about how great staff are at this dealership. Will definitely consider buying from them again and would highly recommendthem if you are looking to purchase a vehicle!

I have been doing business with Keith for 15 yrs. He has always had my best interests in the forefront. He is always straight forward and honest, not pushy , but to the point. When I went to pick up my new Rogue today Jack came in and explained pricing and what the process is when leasing a vehicle and how costs are put into place. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Jessie helped me finish the finance part of things and she is on top of her game, knows what she is talking about and does it with confidence and grace!! Went in for a recall, got an oil change, windshield washer fluid refilled, tire pressure topped off, and a full vehicle look over/check up for free! Staff was incredibly nice and hospitable. Nice little lounge available to hang out in while waiting for the vehicle to be done. Staff was very sweet to the toddler I had tagging along with me, and was very accommodating by still allowing me to get service done despite being half an hour late. Very impressed, definitely will come back in the future

AMAZING! We went into the car dealership on a whim to test drive a pathfinder. We were greeted right away, and treated with kindness and respect. Jadon was so kind, and patient with all our questions. The dealership is family owned and we were able to get a good trade-in for our car, they worked with us and made the WHOLE car buying experince so easy and fun. HIGHLY recommend coming here to buy a car, they will make sure you are treated right.

When I got back from having computer reprogram I found inside Tyron bent bad enough could not drive it home after traveling 1/12 hours with a drive to see this I had to have the car towed back to my shop 200 tow 60 dollar part 1/2 hr labor to replace part 69.95 for alignment plus pay 60 dollars for driver to go when me then get charged a 24dollar hazard waste fee which I had nothing to dispose of I call both you guys as a repair shop and the towing company that brought it to you and nobody no thing about anything glad this was a very cheap trade in and not the 50 thousand dollar car we bought from you guys less than a year ago and if we are being charged 24 dollars automatically every time for hazardous waste every time are new car comes you won t be seeing it again and next car will probably not be a Nissan was told the charge is posted in the wall but hard to see it when this far away on the phone not a happy customer here in Derby As for the computer repair on the trade in very happy with the job run perfect

The 3 years we have had to take our Certified used car here for service has been a constant headache. One time we somehow managed to grow our brake pads 1mm, 3 weeks apart... interesting to say the least. I have the receipts!

I have had my murano serviced by a dealership in PA before moving to VT last year. I tried Formula who installed a lic plate brkt for me. Seemed friendly enough. I had taken my murano in for an alignment a couple months ago. I had just had new suspension parts installed elsewhere due to time. Nevertheless, the tech and service Mgr told me my tires which I had on my vehicle were capping and were manufactured many years ago. This surprised me because the tires weren't even a year old.I had 2 tires replaced a d the alignment done. 2 months later I'm back because my car is driving horrible and pulling to a side. Turns out the toe was way out. She fixed it though but only charged me 50% of the cost. What she failed to say was the cost doubled 2 weeks prior and I end up paying the same price anyway. Additionally the new tires i just purchased were damaged. I need my vehicle for work and so I didn't argue further. I leave the shop and the alignment is still out. Had to make another appointment. By the next appointment my vehicle is shaking at 65 mph and pulling to the side. The tech aligned the vehicle twice more the same day.My vehicle is still in bad shape and have now made appointment elsewhere. ONLY SEND YOUR WORST ENEMY HERE FOR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.As of September 15th 2023 the new service manager offered to refund a portion of the costs for the service. With the new manager I would give them one more try.

When it comes to buying a car, wether if you re buying new or used. Everyone always says to them selves. Can I trust them ? Well let me tell you my experience with Formula Nissan. Im someone who struggles with poor/repairing credit from previous years and poor decision making. This has caused buying anything that requires a loan quite difficult. This being said, my car had just recently died on the side of the road and I didn t have much money to get into a new vehicle. I also knew my credit wasn t the best. So I went on to CarGurus and put my information in to pre qualify, or at least see what was out there. The information came back for a 2018 wrx from Formula Nissan. I said heck yeah! So I waited for a reply, and instantly got a response. I got on the phone with their salesman and gave them my information, I had already done the credit application so they came back and said with the money I had to put down they couldn t get me into the wrx along with my credit but they said we can get you in a 2018 Subaru Legacy. HERE IS WHAT SEAL THE DEAL. I was on my test drive and noticed a few things that needed to be fixed. Without hesitation the Sales Manager Trevor Lamson said he would have those things fixed. I received a new back up camera, a new windshield, and a new radio. Now you may say, they should have replaced that anyways. NOT ALWAYS THE CASE. So does it matter where you go to buy a car? I think it does & Im glad I went to Formula Nissan

I have tried to give this dealership many chances for their service department but I was always unhappy. It got to the point that I drove my car to a different dealership in Burlington for my work.They charge fees for everything and anything. Every visit left me walking out with a much larger bill than expected.They also are very deceptive in their wording and practices. I took my Nissan in for routine inspections where the manual states that certain systems need to be "inspected". But they told me it was required to be replaced at this mileage, which is a flat out lie since it just requires a check to see if it needs to be done.There were multiple instances where I brought in my vehicle for one thing, and they "found" other issues. And they try to strong arm you over the phone.The final straw for me was my most recent set of visits. Took it in for routine maintenance, and they apparently found a leak, and notated it on the paperwork to recheck, but never told me about it when I picked up my car, never said when to recheck it, or how serious this leak might be. I brought the car back for a recheck and was told that they would have to disassemble a bunch of parts to find the source of the leak, and they wanted $1,300 just to find out the source. I left without that service and called another dealership and that whole system is still under warranty and I got charged nothing to get it fixed.I would stay miles away from their service department. It was terrible before the new manager, and it's even worse now.

Keith is an awesome salesman and Jessica, who did the rest of the paperwork, was very friendly. It was very easy to get into a used car. I work at a nonprofit half an hour away from home and my son goes to 2 different schools so I needed a car quite quickly. I had secured my loan and the bank approved the car beforehand, Keith walked me through everything and I drove away within 3 hours. There was indeed a miscommunication between sales and service but Trevor and Donna handled it within a few days. I absolutely love my car and I'm happy everything worked out.

The owner really went to bat for me when NMAC tried to enforce the wrong contract. He did a lot to make sure Nissan was honest and fair.I can't In Good conscience recommend signing legal documents with Nissan Motor Acceptance Company, but as far as help and trust, the owner at this dealership went above and beyond to help in this situation, and ensure that everything was fair and honest.We got the issue closed today, so a hundred thanks for everything!!

My daughter bought her first car here (used) and the dealership stood behind some repairs that I feel a lot of used car dealers would not have. It did not require any debating but they stood up immediately and did the right thing. This act has shown that there are some businesses out there that do do the right thing and believe in excellent customer service.

Charlie is an amazing sales assistant! And Trevor, sales manager is so in tune with the people who walk in door. They made me feel right at home. A comfortable, relaxed experience. And Charlie was able to tell when I had too much information (new electric car with lots of bells and whistles) and invited me to come back or call. Made me feel totally welcomed with my own experience being top priority!

My experience at Formula Nissan was the most welcoming, pleasant, seemless and professional experience I ve had at a car dealership. Charlie and the whole crew kept me engaged and passionate about finding the vehicle at Formula Nissan without feeling pressured like normal car shopping horror stories. This facility has a positive atmosphere that I felt the first day I walked in and in closing I will say this family element that Formula Nissan has is what you would expect from a Vermont Dealership. I do not think 10 is enough credit in regards to rating this place I give it thumbs up all the stars and I now recommend to my friends and family that they do future buisness with Nissan for their vehicle needs. Great job everyone My wife and I love my Nissan Sedan and when her lease is done on her Rav 4 we fully intend on switching her over to Nissan now. Stellar, stellar work

Had an 11:00 appointment, I drove quite some distance since it our closest Nissan dealership for service. I was then advised they couldn't get it in until 1300 because the current staff was buried in other mechanical projects. My vehicle wouldn't have been done until maybe closer to 1500 (Short handed) so I was pushed out of the scheduled time. I proactively rescheduled for another time; however, major waste of time and fuel. Especially with alot of personal logistics that can make things incredibly tight. Otherwise great place to buy a vehicle.

Everything was made as easy as possible for me from talking on the phone with Keith, to meeting him in person and getting to test drive the Nissan vehicles I was looking at. Happy to be doing business with Formula Nissan!

UPDATE - The Service department is definitely improved so much. I love working with Donna, she has been great getting our Nissan's taken care of.Made the appointment on line, got an email from a sales rep that said service would be contacting me, never heard from them at all, went in for appointment, wasn't on the books. One of the girls told me everything was covered, then another girl called and said belt wasn't covered, then got down there and she told me it was covered then the other girl argued, and said no, so I ended up paying for the belt. She did give me a discount. I have found the service department to be lacking at this dealership. Doesn't return calls, I'm still waiting on a repair for my other van been waiting since end of June for that. I own a service company and this is no way to deal with customers.

No pressure service but it blows me away that dealers here will send you home on summers while it's snowing. I spent the rest of the night white knuckling the wheel trying to get home safely. Then needed to get help from my neighbors getting it up the hill. I would've preferred to just keep my old car then trying to deal with the added bs of trying to figure out tires in the middle of winter.The dealer will happily make a few more bucks off you charging you full price to make your vehicle safe to drive.
