I purchased a preowned Volvo from TJ two years ago and have absolutely loved my car. Recently I had a mechanical issue that was much more advanced than I expected. The day of my service, in the middle of a snow storm, the Crossway team worked diligently and efficiently to source a new starter from Burlington and get it back to the shop to be installed in my car. I had expected to be waiting for days, but they made it happen THAT day. I was there for a short period of time and my car has been running flawlessly since. I m so grateful because I ve had the problem diagnosed elsewhere but not many techs are skilled at working with European models. At Crossway, they are skilled at it all. I look forward to having my car serviced with you guys again. Thanks Paul & Ryan!!

There's nothing worse than dealing with used car salesman, except for these guys. TJ was warm and welcoming, there was no pressure, and they have a great selection. I love the car, and they made good on an issue that I never would have picked up on during the initial test drives. Very easy to deal with. Great guys all around.

I like the complete vehicle maintenance option with the small town touch. The team at Crossway is trusting, friendly and outgoing. The environment is clean and professional. They are very thorough, covering all the details and options in repairing your vehicle!

I have known Ryan and Tj for many years. We have purchased two cars from Crossway and have had our vehicles worked on by them. It is nice to know that a used car dealer takes as much pride in the vehicles they have for sale. Although buying used doesn t come without it s troubles sometimes, I have always felt eased knowing that the mechanics in the shop have looked over every car and made any repairs prior to going on the lot. I look forward to future business with Crossway Auto. Thanks guys!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Crossway and the technicians who work so hard to make sure the customer is happy. My 92 SPG is now driving like it did 150,000 miles ago. They do an amazing job! Would recommend to family, friends and anyone who needs an honest mechanic! Thanks guys!

I found a car on cargurus that was in their inventory. After emailing Ryan about my issue with calling during business hours due to work obligations and I needed to do the deal via email, I was told thy prefer to do business the old fashioned way via in person or over the phone. Obviously I couldn't do it in person and had already informed him of my busy schedule. 15 emails back and forth and I am ready to start talking money. Ryan proceed to tell me that he had already informed me of that they were a one price shop. (Never mentioned) I will be taking my money elsewhere and I suggest the same. While the other reviews are positive, my experience was not. The old fashion way of business? No room on price on used cars? Unheard of! Not willing to meet the customers needs by doing a deal in the modern age. I'll ship my car in from across the country before I consider do business here.

Crossway did a service on my XWD Saab, diagnosed the problem quickly, made sure I understood what was needed and gave me an accurate cost estimate. They also determined what had caused the pump I needed to have replaced to fail, got me the part to replace that root issue without charging extra and fixed it.I would definitely recommend their service team as honest and knowledgable, and plan to return should I ever need another service.

Jared must have visited Crossway on a bad day. We have had nothing but good experiences here. Bought our wagon from them (several years ago) at a reasonable price. Multiple service visits have always been satisfactory. They go out of their way to fix things under warranty, even though Saab is now apparently (and regrettably) history.

Purchased a Saab from TJ and his team. I could not be happier! I corresponded with TJ for a couple days as I was located in Philadelphia and he took videos and answered all the questions I had. TJ made it easy and opened up early to work around my schedule since we were making a long drive. The car was represented excellently and I had no surprises. TJ made sure to make me aware of all the good and bad (though there was very little bad) with the car. I would recommend Crossway Auto Center to anyone looking for their next car especially if it's a Saab whether your in Vermont or buying sight unseen. The Crossway staff are honest people who want to make their customers happy! Buy with confidence!!!

I purchased a used Saab from Crossway. There was a problem with the dashboard display.It seemed to be an intermittent problem and I brought it back a few times, the last time a few (?) days after my 30 day warranty was up ,Nathan head of service had his crewreplace an expensive module and there was no fuss no problem and BEST OF ALL. NO CHARGE!!!I highly recommend buying and servicing you Saab here6 stars out of 5John Condon

Crossway Auto I had the worst experience ever with a car mechanic they fix my fiance car for $1,100 picked it up one day then the next day it broke down now the guy wanted me to pay $144 on a diagnostic that he has to do it no matter what!! Very unprofessional I will not be taking my car or my family car back to them ever again

TJ and the team at Crossway are always looking out for their customers and providing their customers with the utmost respect. They always treat me well every time I am there and they do great business. I always recommend them to my family and friends because I can trust that they won't be treated like a number. I had a wiring issue with my headlights. So I brought my car there for them to fix the wiring to the lights, they did nothing with the wiring, and only changed my light bulbs and called it good. I assumed they fixed it how I had asked, the next night driving home I could not see anything, one of the lights had gone out again and now both light bulbs they replaced they didnt even align, they were pointing straight down. So I brought it back and complained about the lights again...$60 for them to do the wrong job the first time around and not actually fix anything$80 the second time around because I had a complaint, and all they did the second time was align my lights, they still didnt work right and they never touched the wiring eitherTerrible business morals, they will charge you just to screw you over, and the charge you more to fix there own mistakes. Will never be bringing another vehicle to them if they couldnt do something as simple as wiring a light

Very Saab-friendly dealership. Met the owner and he was very enthusiastic about these cars despite the factory being no longer in business. Rest of the staff was great as well.

One of the last truly saab spirited places you will find. I always love stopping by to see what they have on the lot when i need some service done. They know how to find some hidden gems, and they are in the business of preserving the brand.
