This was my first time using Capital City's service department. I couldn't be more pleased. They were professional, efficient, friendly and saw to my needs with no issues. I really loved the video their tech took of my car while he explained the inspection and work that he did. Their service department is on it! Easy to schedule, great attention to detail, they do not try to sell you services you don't need, and they have a shuttle service to get you home or to work. Easily, 5-star and reason enough to purchase a vehicle from them.

Excellent and accommodating service. For years I got my VW serviced in Chittenden county and I wanted to see other options. So glad I did. Rusty was incredibly helpful and flexible. I will definitely go back, and have already recommended my friends who drive VWs to check out Capital City for service.

The service staff was amazing and super friendly. I feel my relationship with the service staff continues to grow as I use this location for maintenance. My trust for this shop continues to increase. I have used several shops of the last twenty years the the capital City service department has been the best. This is why I continue to return. What surprises me is how lame the sales department is. You would think that I might need a replacement to my 2015 Passat with high mileage. You would think that if the sales department built a relationship with me while I wait for my maintenance to finished I might by a car from them rather than the dealership in my home town of Hyde ParkServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

The service department replaced/repaired the DEF system in my car twice, it failed twice, and at the point of the third visit to fix this problem, they required me to tow the vehicle in for service (fifty miles from my house) and refused to cover the tow charges!! This customer service model is highly disappointing. They also were supposed to perform an inspection on the car, and told me over the course of SIX MONTHS of repeated appointments that they could not complete it and that I needed to keep driving it to put more miles on before it would be inspectable. So I have been driving an uninspected car for six months, an apparently there is nothing this service department can do to help. Really? I would NOT recommend and will be taking my business elsewhere.Services: Electrical repair, Auto exhaust system repair, Auto emissions testing

I have been taking my car to Volkswagen Mazda for quite some time. They are always accurate and helpful. They are down a technician right now, so it is hard to get an appointment so book well ahead.

The entire staff at Montpelier Volkswagen are terrific! On my way into work, I encountered a flat tire. I was able to limp my car over to Montpelier VW where they were able to get my car in and get me to work on time. The service was taken care of promptly and professionally and I felt that they genuinely cared about making my life easier.I can't thank you all enough for everything you do.
