I just want to say how thankful I was with the girl that helped me replace my license plate light today. She went above and beyond her job to get the information needed to remove a lightbulb that had corroded and to put a new one in. She deserves recognition for a job well done.

Rick and his crew have always done their best to take care of me and my grandfather whenever we need parts or have questions about parts or tools. I daily drive a 96 jeep and most of the parts I have replaced have been bought from Berlin autozone. I appreciate them being good people and trying to help. Personally I think they do more than what they're payed to do. Great store. Great people

staff are useless went in to get glow plugs for my Duramax and has to argue with the kid that I wasn't looking for spark plug that I need glow plugs ended up going to oreillys

AutoZone is wonderful with customers. Having a spine injury and power steering fluid issues, I was worried what to do. I was told to call another place and ask for help, asking for them to come out and help me since I'm barely walking. The recommended place, they actually have a sign saying they will do in fact what I needed denied helping. So I called here and found nothing but friendly, supportive help. I've returned several times recieving exactly the same wonderful service.

Had to get new wiper blades today after getting my snow tires on in Berlin.Rick and another associate assisted me. When the blades sold to me did not do the job Rick stepped in and tried other blades that were more of a fit for my windshield. I am a nurse and driving with faulty blades would be hazardous.Rick took care of this and I am so much more confident having to drive in the rain.I have been here before for blades and will be back when needed.MarybethVermont

The staff went above and beyond to help me figure out what kind of headlight bulb I needed, and then how to install it! They spent a lot of time helping me and I really appreciate it!

I always get personalized service from this store, I just love it. I don't come often, but when I do, it's like they know me. Whatever I buy, they put it on, full it, whatever for me! As a 57 yo grandma, I appreciate it greatly! The stores always clean, stocked and well organized.

Absolutely rude service team who doesn t know what they have or don t have in store, called twenty minutes before I came in for center caps and they said they have them only for the same person to rudely tell me I m mistaken and should take my business elsewhere

I love this store. Every dilemma I have run into they resolved as if there were no issues. The staff have been so accommodating that even if they didn't match prices I'd still go to them. Great all the way around.

Been here a few times. Never really had a stand out experience. Haven t been in a year or so cause of how rude the manager is. Employees seemed to not know very much about what they are selling. There are plenty of other more knowledgeable parts stores within a rocks throw.

Absolutely A+ staff not only do they give amazing customer service but after my car broke down in their driveway the store manager came out and helped me repair it as well as called his own competition to find a part that he wasn't able to order to complete the repair so I could drive my car home...couldn't have picked a better place for my car to break down...

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and super service oriented. They checked my battery (dead and dying), replaced it and installed the new one!! I was in the area visiting from Aizona. Thank you guys!

Charlie and his manager were exceptionally helpful today. I had a slow parasitic drain on my battery. They went above and beyond when both the Chevy and GMC dealers in town turned me away because their computers were down. Specifically calling those dealers on my behalf and seeing if my vehicle would be safe to drive home for repairs. Neither dealer would bother. Even a few customers joined in the conversation until we had some theories on the problem. I came back later for parts which were ready for pickup promptly and was wished well in getting things fixed up and home safely. I get the sense this is the norm for the crew that day, going above and beyond. I will certainly head back to Autozone again next time the need arises. I did get on my way again thanks to their help!

Steve and Calvin knew exactly what I needed and provided a tremendous amount of customer service for the vehicle dilemma I was in. They were both very knowledgeable and patient with any and all questions. I now have a new favorite part store in the Barre/Montpelier area!! Thank you both and thank you AutoZone for having such a caliber of staff available.

I was very disappointed that employees were not wearing masks. They do have plexi -glass near the cash registers, however they staff are not always right behind the barrier. One employee went outside to install wiper blades ,with the customer wearing a mask, employee not wearing a mask. I won't be going back anytime soon.

Staff is helpful. Store is clean. They have all the things a typical AutoZone has and then some. Audio. Oils. Paints. Decals and accessories. Prices arent super cheap. But they are competitive

I have the receipt and the items were not open and there was nothing wrong with them they refused to take the items back and gave me half of my money back for the stuff that there was nothing wrong with absolutely not a very good return policy be very careful what you buy there .

The young man at the counter was not interested in his job, was very distracted, and slightly rude. Not service oriented. He got me the wrong parts, and when I called 3 times to ask about it they never answer the phone, I let it ring for 8 minutes on speaker..... there so busy? Doubt that!

There is quite a few Auto parts stores that dot the landscape in Barre and Montpelier.Advanced, Napa, oReillies, etc.At first I thought these stores were all alike but earlier in 2018 I experienced an unfortunate customer experience at a competitor.AutoZone has this far proven to be very reliable, stands by their product (unlike competitors) and are very friendly

Starter motor was defective out of the box. Someone had obviously dropped it before packaging as the box it self was fine. Positive post was loose and the relay connector was cracked. Won't be shopping here again.

They did the free diagnostic check for my check engine light and turns out what I need is a dealer part but they were friendly, helpful and best of all know the hrs for the part dept at the dealership.
