Good repair shops are hard to find! The staff at Poissant Auto exceeded my expectations. They were honest, fair and professional. If you're looking for a shop you can trust and does their best to accommodate, look no further than Poissant Auto. I was on a long distance trip from Illinois to upstate NY. Leading up to the trip I was working long hours and did not have much time to prepare or get my car checked out which is usually something I always do. I had the car for only a few months, but I took the risk anyway. Needless to say many miles from home I had car troubles and needed a tow and repair. Poissant Auto towed me in less than 10 minutes, diagnosed the repair, and got me rolling again the next morning. They also let me know my tires were in terrible shape which I took care of in Plattsburgh NY the same day. Being from out of state these guys could have ripped me off, but they did not. I highly recommend and cant thank them enough. The rest of the trip went smoothly and me and my buddies were able to hike Mt Marcy on a beautiful day. Fast, friendly and honest service.I had an awful grinding noise from under my hood, while driving to the store. As Poissant was on the way, I stopped and they listened to my rattling car, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it quickly. I was lucky since it was their lunch time.

Excellent service at a reasonable price and quality work. This garage towed our motorhome and made our repairs quickly so that we could get back on our vacation route as quickly as possible.
