If you want to be dealt with honestly and come away with your expectations exceeded and vehicle looking amazing, this is the body shop for you. I have dealt with West Valley Collision on 3 occasions to-date; twice due to wildlife-related damage to my car, and once due to an exterior detailing gone wrong (my spoiler got buffed down through all layers of the paint). Whether working with them through my insurance or directly, the experience is the same: a delight. Be prepared for a lead time on your project, but that should be seen as a good thing because this place is in high demand due to their top quality work. You will also be given disclosure upfront on lead time so you can appropriately manage your expectations. Darren is an absolute legend; he s gone above and beyond to make sure all my questions are answered, an accurate quote is given upfront, and that my expectations are exceeded. This last time I got into my car (which was ready three days EARLIER than originally predicted), and I discovered they had detailed the inside of the car and washed the outside! I was once again amazed at the level of client service I receive every time. I have witnessed the same level of service shown to many other clients as I ve sat in their waiting room and noticed other interactions. I can t say enough good about this business.

These guys were amazing. Got my car in and out in less than 2 weeks after a car accident. The rental car was there and ready when we dropped our car off. when we picked it up we just left the rental with them, it was seriously so easy. They called with updates anytime they had them, and had my car cleaned inside and out when we got it back. Edit 06/22/22Had a slight issue with the fog light falling out of place and they got it put back in place no problem. I had been having issues with my passenger door lock actuator, bought a whole new lock assembly myself and had them swap the part out. They were done same day! Quick, friendly service and excellent work. It's such a huge relief to have the only other door on my coupe working again. I'll be using these guys for my needs from here on out. Ask for Darren, he's got amazing work ethic and really helped me out.They did an amazing job on my challenger! Darren was great to work with, everyone was super up front a friendly, and my car came back to me deep cleaned with a fresh coat of wax. Will use these guys again if needed!!

This review is long overdue my apologies to Bryan Ellison and the crew at West Valley. My son is a student athlete at the U and I'm located in So cal. We needed to find a local reliable and honest body shop to fix his truck. Unfortunately, a yellow parking post jumped infront of the truck in the Wallmart parking lot. Luckily fellow Ute fan recommended I reach out to Bryan, they ensured me he would get things taken care of. I emailed Bryan and he quickly replied. Long story short, Bryan and Tonya handled all the communication with our Insurance co and my son. The got the truck in quickly and repaired. The body work was outstanding, they even called to clear a little extra paint repair the truck needed. Everyone went above and beyond. Thank you very much from So Cal!!! Go Utes.

Our 3 week old Lexus got an ugly ding from a stupid rock on the freeway. Brandon at Valley Collision Repair immediately responded to the online estimate request and then was able to squeeze us in. They did an amazing job. And yes it s the same car just different lighting.

West Valley Collision is the best. We have used them several times for custom work and repairs. When it came time to rebuild my son s truck- no question it was going into West Valley!!! If you want honest work, with great prices, and truly 5 - star quality results - trust nobody else.

West valley collision did an awesome job with all the work they did on my car. The body work flawless. They definitely know what they re doing. Also Darren Wack was very informative with me the entire time while my car was in the shop and helpful. Thank you for everything and I would refer this shop to any of my friends or family

They promptly gave me an estimate, I set a date and time, for the repairs to my vehicle, my car rental was delivered to me. They called me the day before completion of the repairs, they did an amazing job, my new Dodge journey was spotless, they even detailed the inside. I was impressed

West Valley Collision took great care of my car and me! I was running out of time with my car rental and was supposed to be without a car for almost a week. And WVC&R stepped it up and got my car repairs completed in time for me to pick up my car on my way to return my rental. I was tickled! Thank you Tony and Callie for working so hard to get me back into my car!

I came in with some front end damage from a small collision. These guys provided me with superb customer service from start till finish. Always kept me updated on the job and took care of everything. When I got my truck back, it looked brand new. You can tell their auto body technicians are professional and know what they re doing. I have used West Valley Collision many times over the years. They have always been amazing to work with and they do amazing work. I now live in St. George & was in an accident the week before Christmas. I made the 300+ mile trip to West Valley Collision because it is the only place that I trust to make my car perfect again. We had a gorgeous truck basically repainted and repaired after over 75 rock chips when a belly dump lost its load in front of us. It was a HUGE job and we had to take her back a few times But the customer service was spot on we worked w Randy who treated our truck like his own. One of the top notch auto repair shops in the state! F**king amazing and friendly customer service. The folks here making a living on their automotive expertise, and know how to handle their s**t. They go the extra mile in finding a car rental for you, text messages updates on repairs, and go over every detail they've done from top to bottom. Lowkey I'm willing to get into another car accident just for the experience alone . F**king 10/10 hands down!

These guys have the art of collision repair down to a fine science. The posting the pictures on the progress of your car is absolutely incredible. Saves you from calling to figure out where your car is at. I was treated like royalty by the entire staff.

The absolute only place I will ever take any of my cars for anything! Amazing job every time. And they will give you their honest opinion on what they think is best for you not what will make them the most money. They ve done the paint restoration on both of my last trucks and will do it with every vehicle I get. West Valley Collision Repair is a wonderful repair shop. Tony did a fantastic job in overseeing our vehicle repairs. And the office staff was great. They got the vehicle in, communicated with the insurance company and did the repairs in a timely fashion. And they give a 100% Lifetime warranty on all the work they do. I would definitely recommend them if you need your vehicle fixed. West Valley Collision Repair is locally owned and operated and is a preferred repair company for many insurance companies. They were previously known as Car Star. Thank you WVCR. If we need help again in the future we'll definitely be back.

They are very professional and they did an excellent job at my crushed car! I didn t have a rental car so I was in rush to get my car back and Cole H. Was very nice and make it work 3 days earlier for me !! I was so glad. They also clean outside and inside a good plus when you go to pick up your fixed car !!! I recommend their service!

I had went with these guys when they need to repair my car I was damaged from an accident I just didn't do the review and now thinking about it going through my paperwork I find the info of the repair. The job was done in 11419 so it's a bit late but you still helps and I think they're very good they match the color of the vehicle is an older vehicle 2011 I mean you couldn't tell at all anything but there was any damage to the vehicle what I hit was a the side of my vehicle where the mirror is on a pillar a cement pillar and I took it in problem-free hassle-free I got a free shirt matter of fact the lady at the front desk still owes me 3x shirt from their company West valley collision repair so I will collect on that soon. But they did they kept me informed of every update they had the rental there I was able to drop it off there as well it was hassle free good job appreciate you guysServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Awesome Customer Service and Great Work! Not only did they get my car in as soon as possible. It was done before they said it would be. They were easy to work with and helped me through the insurance claim process! When I picked up my car I couldn't believe it!!! You can't even tell that there was ever any damage to my car at all!

West Valley Collision Repair is definitely the place to go for major or minor repairs on your vehicle!! WVCR has wonderful customer service and the team did a great job on my vehicle. Bryan was extremely helpful in guiding me through working with the insurance company. Throughout the process I received daily updates, and I even received pictures of what s been done for that day. Bryan kept in constant contact with me to make sure I was up to date on what was happening with my vehicle, and he provided details and was transparent the entire time my vehicle was in the shop. The turnaround was quick AND my vehicle looked as good as new! I couldn t be happier with the work that was done, and the customer service provided to me. West Valley Collision has been my go to for vehicle repairs for 20 years, and they have NEVER failed me. They are the very BEST of the BEST!!! Their work is impeccable, and service is outstanding! I received daily texts with updates about my repair, they are precise, prompt, and my car looks flawless! Bryan, Callie, and the crew have always treated me like family.
