A month ago I took my truck in to see about correcting my terrible paint job on my Tacoma (as you can see in the first 2 pictures I posted). Hands down 100% they knocked it out of the park!!!! Their attention to detail was above and beyond, they notified me throughout the process with any concerns they saw and offered to do their part in helping fix things. They stuck to the time frame they told me up front, and excelled at delivery! They are very professional, my 2006 Toyota Tacoma now looks brand new thanks to them! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!! They re awesome!! I also included a final picture, proof they pulled it off!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wow!!! The service here is incredible!!! My car looks amazing and they were so fast! They were able to get it done in just one week!!! I highly recommend Wasatch Elite Auto for your cars repairs. I felt like they treated us like family. Which is not very common now a days. Thank you guys!!!

These guys are top notch in every way. Craig is incredibly meticulous and took the time to go over everything before, during and after the work. This was by far the best experience I've had with any body shop! My car is a 2022 Ioniq 5 with only 6500 miles on it. It had been in a fender bender and it was important to me to bring the car back to new. That is exactly what I got. The attention to detail was amazing. Kai was great with communication. They navigated the way with my insurance company, who had made some errors in the estimate. I needed repair on the clear bra and they managed all the arrangements with the other shop. And to top it off, they finished the work 2 days ahead of date they told me it would be done. I cannot say enough good things about Wasatch Elite!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am extremely impressed with Wasatch Elite and the quality of work they did on my car, it looks brand new again! I completely agree with another review, that the owner Craig really takes a lot of pride in his work and makes sure the car owner is happy with everything. The price is very reasonable. Absolutely amazing service and communication! I had a serious brake issue (mostly caused by my own procrastination) and they went above and beyond getting it repaired. They were completely upfront about finding an additional issue that needed to be fixed. I will remember them if I or anyone I know needs repair services.

My son recommended Wasatch Elite after having some work done on his car there. He was extremely please with the work. I had some slight body damage that needed repaired and was in need of new breaks, along with several other odds and ends needing done. Craig and Kai were great to work with and the work was done on time. My 2017 Nissan Rogue looks and drives like new. Their pricing was better than I hope for and they even delivered my car to me! The guys at Wasatch Elite did a great job at cleaning up my '03 GX. Kai and Craig were super helpful and were in constant communication while parts were being ordered and when the car was in the shop. The team worked as fast as possible while still delivering amazing results. I highly recommend this shop and will take my car here again if I ever need any work done on it again!

I am very satisfied with the work that Craig and his staff at Wasatch Elite did on our vehicles. I was referred to Wasatch Elite by a friend, Craig and his staff were honest, professional, timely, and the work was done at a great price. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain, in detail, what repairs were needed and why. Craig and his amazing team provided the best experience my wife and I have ever had working with car mechanics. In our case it was dealing with body work, brakes & rotors, tires, paint, windshield and some basic repairs. Customer service is high on their priority and a part of the culture through and through. Was referred by a friend to get the damage fixed on the side of my truck. Staff were all professional. Craig took care of me from day 1, and made sure I was treated like I belonged there. Work ended up being exceptional, especially since the entire passenger side of my truck was damaged. The pricing was great and I the overall experience was really good. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone.

We had our car towed to wasatch elite after it was wrecked. From the get-go Craig was extremely helpful, he and his employees went above and beyond for us. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company and had our car looking better than when we purchased it. I am so impressed by Wasatch Elite, we won't take our vehicles anywhere else for our repair needs!

I just bought a sexy black Audi from Wasatch Elite Auto and I couldn t be happier! This car is so clean and it looks brand new, it is so clean and beautiful! Craig and his team are so accommodating and friendly, and made sure I was completely satisfied. They even helped me with all the settings in the car! Defiantly will go back to them if I need another car and I highly recommend them!

We had an accident and took our car there. They were awesome! They repaired it super quickly and kept us updated and made sure we knew what was happening with our car at all times. I recently purchased a 2016 Audi S3 Prestige from Wasatch Elite and can t say enough about the car, the great price, and the customer service! I searched several online car listings for months trying to find the exact car I wanted. The S3 from Wasatch was literally thousand of dollars less than identical vehicles listed at other dealerships. The car is loaded with every option from Audi and Wasatch made it an even better deal by included an amazing amount of extras, which included a full set of winter tires, a full hood clear bra, extended manufactures warranty, and more! My credit union took an extra long time to close and fund the deal and Wasatch was nothing but patient, helpful and very responsive to their requests. I purchased the car from out of state and they even provided me with personal pickup service at the airport to take me to the dealership. Overall one of the best, of many, car buying experiences I have ever had!

Kai and Craig are the best to work with. I m a manager for Enterprise and they pick up and deliver my damaged cars. Service can t get better than that! Craig is a great guy and got me a hood and hood hinges with in a few days, after my hood decided it longer wanted to be apart of my car lol. He got me the parts fast and at a great price. Bought a 2017 Toyota Camry and I m EXTREMELY happy with my buy! Such a beautiful, clean car and got it for a great price. The customer service was AMAZING! And they were super helpful throughout the whole process, they never forced me or pushed me to buy a car I didn t wanna buy. Gave me plenty of options to make sure I was getting into something I was completely happy with. I hate buying a car because of being pressured. But I never felt pressured coming in and looking at the vehicles. I would definitely recommend buying a car from them and also will be going back for any mechanic work and auto body work!

Y all need to listen up now! When you are looking to buy a car but you don t want to deal with a car salesman go here. I sold cars before and I knew majority of the tricks they use to make you buy the car they want gone. At Wasatch Elite they don t use any. They strive to have the environment of transparency and assistance in your car buying. They are the Chick Fil A of car sales. There was complications on my part which made the deal difficult to complete in a timely manner but throughout the process they emulated the entirety of the Boy Scout Law and Motto despite my lack of timing or the efficiency of the banks. This is a business that is built on the foundation word of mouth from customers like me and I love those businesses. I m only 21 and this was my first time buying a car but not my first time being in a car sale situation. Trust me if I know someone in need of a car, Wasatch Elite is the only name that will come to mind.
