We have visited Warner Vans twice now and I can t say enough good things about the absolute top notch treatment and service they extend to every customer. The first visit was in 2015 when we took our first trip out west and had our turbo go out. They fixed it quickly and we were on our way. This last visit, we actually drove there (from a Colorado dealer who wouldn t even look at our Sprinter van). When we walked in, I was surprised to see a familiar face! Debbie has been there a long time and she is so accommodating and friendly. Then Nathan arranged our service and Emilio got right to work assessing our problem. Since our van is quite old (2006), it needed parts that are not readily available through dealers. They were able to refer us to a good local shop that specializes in our particular problem. We are so thankful for everything that the team at Warner Vans did for us. We highly recommend them for any repairs or new van purchase you might be considering. Warner Vans is the only Mercedes Dealer that I trust w/ my 21 Sprinter 170 Mr. Martini !!As I ve embarked on full time #vanlife across the country, it s reassuring knowing that I have a dealership that specializes in Sprinter Vans in my back pocket!I had some surging going on @ 21k miles & the crew fixed it quickly as it was a common EGR clogging.I ve also have their team do some minor upgrades such as Bilstein struts, & Fox 2.5 rear shocks + a new alignment.Recently I heard some grinding in my brake system & the team got my brakes replaced in an afternoon !!Warner Vans is my go to Sprinter dealership as that is what they specialize in vs. any other Mercedes dealer !!Also, be sure & check out their service packages & extended warranties as their prices are the cheapest I ve ever seen !!!Kudos to Lance, Cody & the entire team @ Warner!! You ve earned a lifelong customer !! Keep raising the bar guys !!

Van Builders with Warner Vans is top rate. I have a lifted van with 35 tires and I installed a complete Van Compass 6.5 top of the line falcon suspension with a 2 lift. The ride was horrible. Extremely unsatisfied. Contacted van compass and they referred me to a service center. Stopped by Van Builders and Todd looked at the van. He immediately said it was under-sprung in the back and said he would like to install 6000lb agile leaf springs in the back. He said they have them in stock and got them installed in quick order. Game changer. It made the ride way better. I asked if there was anything I could do improve it even more. He recommended falcon inverted struts. I ordered them and Todd got them installed. Took my sprinter to the next level. Todd is a suspension genius and a really nice guy. He is a Warner Vans asset and a big reason that I am a happy repeat customer.

A little late on the review but that's how good and nice they are, I still remember a year later. We had an issue with our Sprinter during a cross-country trip. I called late evening to explain everything and I was desperate to get the van fixed as it fell into Limp mode. They allowed me to sleep in the lot and be there first thing in the morning. Nathan was our service advisor and was geunuinly nice and ready to do everything to help us. I recently called to talk to a parts advisor as I had questions that other delerships weren't able to answer. Shawn answered my questions and went above and beyond to explain to me everything I needed to know. Amazing service, amazing people, and very transparent and honest. 10/10

We had a bike that was on a hitch mounted rack break out the back window of our sprinter van in Moab. Called all over to find a replacement oem window. No one had the window and could get it installed. One call to Warner Vans Service (Shawn) and he had the window shipped next day and had an installer lined up for the next morning. Got it installed and back on the road the next day. Thanks for saving our vacation.

Warner Vans saved my vacation. After driving my outfitted Sprinter cross country, it broke down in Utah at my destination. Not only was Warner able to quickly get my Van in for services, they diagnosed and repaired a tricky sensor issue. A huge thank you to Cody in the services department for exceptional communication and working hard to help solve a very time sensitive issue. Happy to report we made it back to the east coast without issue and the van has had no issues. Great work by the Warner Vans team!

We had an engine issue with our RV on a Mercedes chassis and couldn t get it in anywhere. We booked a trip to Yellowstone that we have been looking forward to for a year and we were about to cancel it because these guys were booked until September. Cody heard about our situation and said to bring it in so they could at least look at it to see if we could still make the trip. They ended up finding the issue was not too serious and could be fixed that day. They went ahead and completed the repair and now we are able to go on our summer trip thanks to the compassion that Cody and his team had for us. I will never forget this wonderful experience we had with this service center and they now have a customer for life!

Always personal and great service :)Update 2/2023. Just did a massive improvement/ upgrades with exceptional attention to detail with my laundry list. No one or no where is perfect but this place actually cares enough to always try to do better and better every day.

We came a long way to find this level of service. After calling numerous shops, sometimes going there, none would even want to diagnose our issue. Our back door actuator was broken, back door closed, impossible to replace without sawing the damn thing, on a 2008 dodge sprinter.Then we met Joe, who instantly assessed the problem, gave us a time slot, the same day for a tech to look deeper into the problem, got a diagnostics in matter of hours. The same day parts were ordered and an appointment scheduled to actually fix the problem.We showed up after the parts were received, unfortunately the tech responsible of our case was off - it happens - even if we would have liked to be warned in advance, it happens.So we came back the next day, and the van was taken care of immediately. 2 hours later the problem was gone.Price is fair and without any surprise.The waiting room is impeccable, fastest WiFi I have ever seen.What else would you need exactly?

First visit, nothing was completed or started. Second visit not all repairs were completed before the deadline and they lost our vans winter tires. They haven't offered to replace them and acted very unprofessional!! I would not recommend this location. We are getting our fleet serviced elsewhere for our vans. I also emailed there dealer website with no response. Not a very reliable or professional place. I'm dissatisfied.

I've been buying vans from these guys for 2 years for my fleet. Russ has given me the best deals and gets me in and out fast. I needed to sell one back today and Russ put me in touch with Devan, and he was great. He gave me a good deal with no hassle and wrote me a check the same day! Thanks guys!

I have a 2022 Sprinter with less than 1000 miles that wouldn't start in the cold. I added rescue 911 to the tank (it is winter) and tried a few more times before I called Warner. The person I talked to was patient, kind, and walked me through all the steps to get my van back up and running. For each step he explained why I do that step and what the engine was doing in response so it wasn't just step by step but very instructional. I've even shared the info with other Sprinter owners as it was different than what I'd been reading online (better). I will now have all my services done at Warner. One of the best service experiences I've had. Stand out customer service.

The Warner Van Center provides a level of service seldom found in any industry today. I'll never go anywhere else!Not only did I feel pampered as a customer with expert, timely and professional service...We felt like part of a family. After visiting 3 other mercedes dealers, where we were delayed, schuffled, denighed and dissappointed, the Warner Van Center was a beath of fresh air! If you own a van, you have to experience this Place...We're back on the road again!

I have been coming to this location for almost 3 years to get service for the sprinter van I drive for work. Nate Wisemanis a fantastic service advisor and always remembers me. But more importantly he always remembers the van itself and what it needs. I don't have to bring things up over and over. I always feel listened to and treated with respect when I'm here. Since the van I drive is used for deliveries it's vital to keep it running well. Matt Glauser also has always provided great customer service. I appreciate the whole team at Warner Vans.

These guys are the best van service dealer I ve ever visited. Traveling from florida I needed and oil change, they found a leaking CV boot and had the part, agreed to get me fixed same day on July 3rd. Techs stayed late after closing to get my work completed as I was leaving the morning of the 4th to continue my round America road trip with my daughter. Lance, Kevin (sales) and Cody on service end went above and beyond to take care of us! I live in florida but would consider the trip to Salt Lake to make my next purchase with them! Best dealer service I have ever received with the most informed team of professionals.

Shawn (Parts) & Nate (Service) have been so helpful along with the entire team. Sprinter can be finicky and Warner has saved me so many times whether when I've been traveling through Utah or when I've been out of state and needed parts that seemed impossible for others to get. Warner is not the cheapest place to get parts or Service but they truly do an outstanding job and really serve people well.

I'm really not sure how Warner gets high reviews. The only reason I go here is because they're the only shop that will do warranty work on my van within over 300 miles of where I live. Their customer service in the service center is pretty bad. They try to be nice, but if your car is in their shop you should be prepared to never get a call with an update about your service or a straight answer about what's happening to your van when you do make the phone call yourself. They are happy, however, to get work half done so that you'll be back soon with the same problem and they can upsell you on renting a van from their super bougie upfitter on site (this happened to the folks renting my van) and/or upsell you on a service that your van doesn't need so that they're not only doing warranty work. I've even had them charge me for something and when I checked to see if that work was done, I noticed it wasn't. It's a bummer that they're not more put together seeing as they're pretty much the only option for getting anything covered by Mercedes. If you're not going in for warranty work, save your time, money, and sanity and go somewhere else instead.

This review is specifically for my service advisor Nathan Wiseman who was very kind and helpful and went above and beyond in helping me with my tight budget. The parts department guys were also very nice and apologetic while my key replacement was on backorder for about a month and a half (not their fault!) and they called to let me know as soon as it came in. Thank you!

I have had two different vans serviced here over the past 6 months and had an excellent experience each time. In my most recent visit this past week, the service required was a larger labor intensive job. Cody, one of the Assistant Service Managers, and, Desmond, one of the Service Tech s went the extra mile and stayed late to make sure the job was completed and I didn t have to stay an additional night overnight since I do not live in the area. I foresee Warner being the main hub for all van lovers alike in the region from sales, service, a clean facility, custom build partners, and prime location.

Warner Vans took excellent care of me when my Sprinter Van s starter went bad. I had to have my van towed to Warner Vans from Alpine, WY. I arrived with the van at noon, on a Friday. They diagnosed and replaced my starter and had me back on the road by 3pm. Gary is an excellent mechanic and made easy work of replacing my starter outside in the 100 degree temperatures. Chaz, the Service Manager and Matt to great care of me as well. I don t typically write reviews but they saved my weekend. And while I m at it, I bought my 2017 170 4x4 from them new and worked with Pat Struhs, who helped my build a custom order and took great care of me every step of the way. Warner Vans cares about their customers! Will definitely do more business with them in the future!

Up until the last service visit, I would have given Warner Vans a 5-star rating. I noticed in May of 2019 after dewinterizing my van that there was a new distinctive "loud clunking" sound in the front end (after sitting all winter in storage). When I took it in I asked the service Rep to determine why the front end was making the noise. I was told it appeared to be a normal sound, so I was not too concerned. However, when I took the van in in August of 2019 for a recall unrelated to the sound, I again asked a different service Rep to inspect the front end because I was concerned that the sound was still present. Again, I was told nothing could be found, so away I went. When I recently took my van in for the B-maintenance (June 2022), I insisted that if there is nothing wrong with the front end that they tell me specifically what it is that is making the clunking sound. Interestingly, they reported I had a broken sway-bar! It took three years to find a broken sway bar! In addition, tire rotation was totally done wrong and I had to take it in a second time to get it done right. A third time I went back to reset the computer that said I had 12,600 miles to B-maintenance, which was totally wrong. A recall of the rear wheel speed sensors was also missed. I will say that I really like all of the people who have served me at Warner Vans and have no desire to disparage anyone individual. However, I will let you be the judge whether or not you want to have your Sprinter worked on at Warner Vans.

Unexpectedly, while driving cross country in our sprinter RV combo our check engine light came on. Scrambling we called a half of a dozen service centers between here and Portland OR all of which were completely backed up. On the phone Nathan showed us some empathy and was patient in explaining what it could be and what service they could provide. While making no promises he said he would do his best to work it into the schedule as best he could. He kept us updated on the repair and even did our service B work. He explained the charges, what was under warranty and even made a call to our secondary insurance so that some of our addtl costs like hotel stay and car rental would be covered. It's evident to us that Warner Vans of Utah believes and aspires to excellent customer service. We couldn't be more satisfied with Nathan as well as the Technicians who helped us. In the end it was a faulty sensor.

Service department/collision department needs to double check their own work. We brought in for broken windshield, headlights, mirror, and some other front end body work.Headlights was put in wrong the other had a broken bracket when the put back on didn t replace. Left a burn out bulb in the fixture housing.They replaced the mirror and didn t put the door assembly back correctly so the inside of the door all fell off then said we would need to pay to have them fix their own mistake!Didn t clean up all the glass from windshield.Didn t replace wiper blade that broke either.Front plastic pieces on the hood were cracked and they didn t replace either.Bottom line you have todo full walk around before and after to tell them how to fix the vehicle unless you want it half done when you pay premium shop rates.Very disappointing!

We called multiple times to make an appointment. No call back. After persisting for a few days we made an appointment to have our Sprinter windshield replaced. After an hour waiting at the appointment the service attendant came out to say that he had forgotten to schedule the installer. I gave two stars because the receptionist could not have been kinder. Mercedes reputation was not met.

Disagreements arose with Van Builders, the up-fitter company owned by Warner Vans. Typically over quality issues. I think VB was basically a start up company when I bought the Sprinter Van in 2019. They had a lot of personnel issues which resulted in some pretty shabby work on the up-fit on my Van. Stupid things like the cabinet doors literally falling out because the installers used too short of screws to adequately secure the cabinetry doors and drawers. I demanded Warner Van to provide me with a written three-warranty on the work and workmanship. Saved my life and sanity. Well, most of my sanity.After locating a suitable 2018 Sprinter van to up fit out-of-state, it took Warner 4 MONTHS (purchase documents already signed and deposits made) to get the Van delivered to Utah. How long does it possibly take to put a van on a transport truck? This late delivery significantly delayed starting on the scheduled up fit work.I had expected the Manager of Warner Vans would have responded to at least one of my phone calls. Or even my multiple letters over the past three years (2019 to 2022). Who blows off a customer that drops a 100K (cost of the Sprinter van and up fitting) at their dealership? Guess 100K doesn't confer better customer service. There have been two Managers at Warner since I bought the van in 2019. This was my first Mercedes and I guess I had some delusional notion that buying a Mercedes -- gosh a MERCEDES -- would provide me with good customer service . Yes, the Sprinter was a cargo van but still, the near mythical, in my mind at least, Mercedes!I would seek another Mercedes Dealership to buy my Van because quality customer service is important to me. I don t know how to test a company s customer service record other than looking at Google and Yelp reviews. I ve had better customer service with my relatively inexpensive Honda Element than my twice-the-cost Mercedes Sprinter Van.However, the service department has been excellent. Folks up front have been friendly and kind over the years.

My husband and I were on an extended trip when our routine maintenance B came due. We were close to SLC and called up Warner Van Center on a Thursday to see if they could fit us in the following week. Not only did they get us on their calendar on the day of our convenience, short notice, they were all consummate professionals. Our service was done in a day, they found a few other minor problems and fixed them with parts in stock, covered by warranty and we were on our way. We worked with Cory and Nathan in service and looked at a few potential "future" vans with KJ. Everyone was friendly, attentive and took their time to help us. We live in CO and will travel back to Warner for all future scheduled maintenance due to the quality of care we received at Warner.

I decided to check out Warner Vans as they appear to have a nice sized van shop that was down the street from my current work.Mechanic Shop #1: Warner Vans of Utah - specializes in vansCharged 1 hour rate ($180) to trouble shoot the AC system (even when I pointed them to the auxiliary passenger AC compressor location that was making the noise). Left without the problem solved, a bill, and an estimate for $1,930.76 and 1 month lead time for parts to replace the auxiliary A/C compressor from Cody Stanbrough the Warner Van service representative and Randy Perez the technician.Mechanic Shop #2: regular car mechanic shop - no specialty in vanswanted a second look . . . completed the replacement install of A/C belt tensioner and belt for the same 1 hours rate ($180) + parts ($172)I actually brought the shop #2 bill into Warner to ask for a discount as I was not happy about the service they provided given that the problem was straightforward to solve. Cody Stanbrough and his direct supervisor chose not to resolve this as they seem to prioritize other customers since they had already been paid.This shop seems to be geared toward service of company fleets of vans rather than supporting the individual van owner.@Warner for their comment:My point was that another shop was able to fix the problem with 1 hour of work. Misdiagnosis should not have cost, especially after giving a second chance to correct.
