I don t know how they sell tires here. I ve tried twice to buy tires and get them installed. Both times they have cancelled the appointment. On the first purchase I tried to get it reinstated several times only to be told it was my problem. No one else has a problem with the system (highly doubt).The second time, we showed up at the appointed time and were told that our appointment that was confirmed the night before was canceled but we could wait for four hours or until they could get to it. Why bother to have appointments at all?!We re done. Anywhere else is better.

Everybody was really nice, good customer service. The new tires look great on my car. The price was pretty good compared to the rest. The only thing was that my tire change took 3 hours. My appointment was at 8am and they finally gave me my keys back at 11am, when my estimate was an hour.Service: TiresService: Tires

I had new tires put on and requested a balance for all four tires. They forgot to put the weights on so my steering wheel started shaking! Then I took the truck back and the employees that worked on it before, were rude and denied anything was even wrong before they looked at it.In retaliation for me complaining about service, one of the employees wiped a disgusting black oil goop on my vehicle that won t come off. And I suspect they did something else to damage my truck because I smell burning fluids and my truck is as suddenly having issues where it was completely done before. Just because they work at Walmart does not mean they have to give trash service to paying customers! The manager even joined in the snide comments about nothing being wrong with the truck. Do not take your car here!

Took my Kia in for an oil change, I had the oil change scheduled for 3pm. I get there 15 minutes early as it ask in the confirmation email. I get there and they don t even come up to my car until 3pm. I then go in and wait, it s now 3:40 and they claim they don t even have the oil filter for my car. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE AN OIL FILTER FOR A KIA AT A SHOP??? They then tell me they re cancelling the service after wasting my day and now it s too late to take the car anywhere else. This is so unprofessional that it took 40 min just to check if you had an oil filter that would work for my car. I m on a very busy work schedule and now I will have to wait till Thursday to take it back in to any other place to get an oil change.Thanks Walmart and you did nothing to make it right.

Done with Walmart (Wannabe) Tire Center!Bought tires online and made an appointment. Went to the store and dropped the car off and 20 minutes later I got a call telling me they had bad news. None of the employees could figure out how to lift my car off the ground with the jacks they have to install my tires. So they bagged and loaded the tires in my back seat and I was on my own to find someone who could install them. Found (Googled) California Tires and they had them installed in 35 minutes for a better price and even shined them. Attaching a photo for Walmart to reference on how to use a jack on a Mercedes the next time somebody needs tires.

The big ole guy that comes out to see what you need done to your vehicle is an absolute joke! I walked in asked the young kid how it works he told me to pull my vehicle into the lanes and I d be helped, he was a nice guy. But the guy that came out and helped if you want to call it that was nothing but rude. Told me it would be a 3 hour wait I was fine with that and said ok, he clearly did not like that response, he rolled his eyes at me and said well it s gonna be a bit, yeah I know time sir. He proceeded to tell me that I could get my oil changed but the tire would be harder cause they have to left the car up uhmmm isn t that what you do? The he grills me on the size of tire I need and what not, I said idk can t you look it up? He shakes his head and said most people know. Ok cool but I don t so maybe do your damn job, he wanted me to lift the hood to my car I said I ve never done that I don t know where the button is and if he could help me he stares at me and said idk I don t drive this kind of car, then told me if I can t pop it he can t work on it and I m holding up the line. Walmart tell me why your mechanics can t help with mechanical issues they address daily? I don t shop at Walmart due to their lack of caring nor will I ever take my car back here. If this man treats everyone like this I m surprised he still has a job. Wish the younger guy in the front was helping in the line cause he was nothing but nice. Sherk on the other hand needs to learn how to treat a customer. If I could leave zero stars I would.

After the 6200 Walmart completely ignored me for ten minutes I came here and was immediately greeted and they got me in and out quickly.

Normally they are pretty quick but this time I was there much longer then I should have been. Not sure if they were having issues with my van or not. They did not communicate with me about the delay in completing. They do have free coffee and a TV in the waiting room which as you can see in the picture they need lessons on cleaning it but for the most part the department is pretty good.

Honestly my 1st stop for check ups on my car, Not only do they change your oil at a great price, But they will give you a overall inspection .I was surprised when they filled my tires and gave me a realistic time of completion.You just can't beat it

They need a new manager the one they have is not a good leader. They could do better if they had a better leadership that would fix most of there problems. Which would be a smoother operation. As a customer it s super frustrating. It s like watch paint dry for an oil change or tires. The old manager took pride was hands on with his team. Which made happy customers in my opinion. It s like a part time job going there now.Services: Tires, Oil change

Brian and Nola are absolutely amazing. They re quick, efficient, and friendly. As a young female I don t find a lot of mechanics that treat me with respect and these two absolutely go above and beyond. Never change your oil here. Changed it 3 weeks ago and the low oil light on my dashboard came on again. When I came back to get it looked at they said they couldn t change my oil. Rather pay $20 more bucks elsewhere and get it done right than paying unexperienced people who does not have a clue of how to change oil.

Went in at 11 they said it would be 2-3 hours. Left my vehicle there went back at 2:30 and it wasn't even pulled in yet. Literally the slowest tire center in the valley. Had them give my back my keys and left. Also they didn't have the tires they said were in stock and tried to upsell me. All they had to do was call and let me know they are running late. but, it's walmart so customers service isn't a thing.Service: Tires

I live in Utah county but plan my oil changes to be done here. Nicest people. Michelle had the best customer service and smarts/help that I ve ever received anywhere. Amazed by how they treat me here. Received 4 services all for $10 cheaper than just my same oil change at jiffy lube. Saved me $250 coming here

Confirmed the address of my appointment location with person on the phone. I show up and it's the wrong Walmart.After making it to the correct one, they didn't start working on it until 45 minutes after the appointment. (No cars in the bay ahead of me)Finally, when I went to pay it was $40 more expensive than they told me when I pulled in. They tacked on a roadside warranty without permission.They then told me it would take 5 minutes to rewrite the paperwork simply to remove that charge. It took 15, and I don't think I've ever been more close to just walking out since they had already returned my keys. Also, my car pulls to the left now.

Tried looking online at what tires they had. Everything had to be ordered and was 4-6 days out for delivery to store. One of my tires had a split, so needed tires asap.I drove into the local store to talk to the tire department. The person there was just a stocker and did not know what they were doing or what they were talking about.So this was a total waste of time.I have bought a lot of tires at Walmart, but it looks like those days are over.The last tires I purchased the lifetime rotation and balance. They closed the tire dept during covid, so just wasted that money.Not a happy customer.

They lie to you they did this to me twice, they say first come first serve and when you show up they say I have so many appointments ahead of you it will be so many hours wait. When you call they tell you something else they need to get there story right.

They did a great job at getting me in right away and we're done promptly. Great price on my Jeeps battery and installed for free. Yeah for a battery for you car or truck these guys seem to have everyone beat.

I used the Walmart Auto Center for oil changes and tire services until I experienced damage from a visit. I went in to address the issue on a few occasions only to be told to return at a later date, when their damage specialist was available on the weekend. I work swing and grave shifts, Monday through Saturday, and it took nearly a month to have the same availability and make contact with the specialist. Because of this, the Walmart Insurance Agent said I should have gotten a hold of the damage specialist sooner and that I should have insisted a Walmart staff come take pictures on the day of the damage. These two contradicting processes seemed to have led me in circles until it was too late to have them tend to their errors.The picture was taken the day after the incident when I noticed how bad it was in the sunlight. The red square indicates what the entire horn surface looked like before the damage.This location is generally understaffed and overworked, which may be a cause for hast and neglect. I now use other services for my oil and tire needs where they take pride in knowing your vehicle was in the best hands.

We went to get new tires. They said, hour. Hour and 45 minutes and watching the only cashier help get tortured by verbal assult we finally were able to pay and leave. The tires were good but not worth that wait. It would have been a lot easier seeing more than one working cashier back there.

If I could take no stars as an option I would, had to wait for them to get my tires over and hour on curb side pick up. I ordered off of Walmart. Com, I am also then told they can't install them. They would have been able to install them one day prior, which is when they were going to be deliver, but due to an earthquake got set back. I can understand that, but not holding open to install the tires that are already bought. Wow not impressed with customer service. Would not recommend to friend or family. Would recommend getting your tires Done somewhere else!

Took their sweet time while working on other vehicles coming in after me. 2 hours for a 45 minute qoute of having me done. Didn't appreciate the wait time. Different if they had been working on my car for that long not just in between doing others.
