Jesse was great! He communicated everything that was going on and kept in touch with me regarding my Jeep , he also dealt with the insurance company! Valley collision did a great job on my car . I m very thankful they were able to fix it. Thank you to everyone!

Loved working with this place. Christopher was our point of contact and he was great. Texts and calls with updates. They were able to do repairs quicker than estimated and for less cost than the original estimate.We have had multiple cars repaired here. We ve trusted them because they do the work to the level we want it done. Want like new they can do it. It s an older car and you want just functional they do that too. Well. Let my pictures speak for themselves.Had a fender bender. The right fender has those two deeper scrapes. Came here for a quote and bam - $1300. I called a wreck yard before coming here and got a quote of $250 for the fender and $150 for shipping and the car it s coming from is the same color. $400 and I can install it versus $1300 for them to repair and paint this one.Great customer service!

Geicos recommended shop, I brought it here to have some body and suspension work done when I got into a small collision with a tree. I had a great experience. Great communication, they were ahead a week before forecast, work was perfect. Alex, the guy I worked with, made sure I was taken care of and everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place.

Valley Collision did an amazing job appraising my car, ordering the parts I needed (a bumper), matching the color exquisitely to the existing paint job, and even detailing my car. They truly went above and beyond, quickly, and with great courtesy. Particular gratitude goes out to Tristin W. and Mike B. I highly recommend this company!

Such an honest shop! I had minor paint damage, and they worked up a full estimate, but ultimately recommended touch up paint. I really appreciate their honest and sensible approach, Jesse was the best! Hopefully I never need body work again, but if I do, I'll come here!

Very quick and responsive! We have had 2 cars repaired there over the last 3 months and they do a great job! They clean the car inside and out so it is beautiful when you leave. I can't say enough how good these guys and gals are! I will never go anywhere else!

I would not take my kids bicycle here. I took my car here as this is where the other guys insurance wanted it to go. The estimator. Chris could use a class in customer service he was rude confrontational. They used old rusty parts and told me they were insurance quality. Once my insurance company contacted them they told my insurance they would replace the hitch instead they just spray painted it black. I would not recommend going here and I personally will never be back.

Definitely five stars!Valley Collision and Greg James specifically were recommended by my mechanic when he was unable to fix a sliding door on a van. When I walked in I was greeted by the front desk and immediately seen by Greg. I was able to leave the vehicle right then and there and offered a ride to my office. I was kept informed of the progress all along the way by text and the entire job was complete within about 3 hours. When they called to let me know my vehicle was ready to pick up they also offered to drop it at my office. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Valley Collision and all the friendly people I met. This company has raised the bar on customer service and communication. I will recommend them to everyone I know that may need their services and will be back myself if I ever need them in the future.Service: Body & Trim

This auto body shop is amazing! Staff is very polite, friendly and informative. They updated me with repair process as well as handled all communications with rental car agency and insurance company. Even know parts had to be reordered because they came in damaged, they still completed the work on estimated completion day. They also matched my unique paint color perfectly. Highly recommend and if I am ever in need of body repair again I will definitely be returning to this location

Had my car fixed at valley collision they said they fixed things on my car with in a month car was driving messed up took it to my mechanic he said they didn t do a alignment which messed my tire up and my sway bar is bent they went the cheap way.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & TrimServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

They gave me daily updates, cleaned and washed the car, finished a week early, and dropped it off at my house for no extra cost.

WOW!! CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS PLACE! Valley Collision took care of my car and gave it back looking even newer than before. Idk if it's part of their service but the car looked like it had been washed, waxed and detailed both inside and out. I was concerned about something and I forgot to ask them but they took care of it for me without me having to ask. Wow such a great place. Super friendly staff and they make you feel like your family. Thanks Valley Collision!

This business excels at customer service. They keep you updated on your vehicle's progress all the way to completion. They finished 10 days early which is amazing given the supply chain issues. You can also drop off your rental car there when your vehicle is ready. My car looks like new. I highly recommend Valley Collision.

I had really bad luck with this beautiful blue mustang. Rocky mountain repaired this car many times. They always did a good job and if I had any problems they would replace or repair the issue quickly.

Great paint. Uneven gaps and failed to install my vw headlight ballast or aim the new headlight right though, airbag error still there from the accident.... Can only ask so much?....Great looking paint....

We were sent here by our insurance for body repairs after backing into a tree. They offered wonderful service, great repairs, were as quick as they could be with shipping delays etc., and they detailed the inside before we picked it up. Jesse at Rocky Mountain Collision repair, was the absolute best. I took my car in after being told it would take over 2 months to repair with others. My car was transferred to Rocky Mountain, west valley, Jesse called me weekly with updates and had it repaired within weeks! When I picked up today it was immaculate, looked brand new!
