I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at TY European and More in West Valley, Utah, and I couldn't be more impressed. After a disappointing experience with another organization, I was referred to Omar by a close friend who spoke highly of his expertise.From the moment I reached out to Omar, his openness and clear communication immediately put me at ease. The fact that he was referred by a mutual friend added an extra layer of trust to the equation.Omar promised to have the repairs completed by the end of the day, and true to his word, he delivered. Not only were the repairs done promptly, but Omar also took the initiative to address a larger underlying issue to prevent future problems.His dedication to helping others and his expertise as a European import specialist truly shone through as he swiftly got my work van back on the road.I'm grateful for Omar's outstanding service and the respect he extended to me throughout the process. TY European and More undoubtedly deserves a perfect 5 out of 5 stars for their impeccable customer service, professionalism, courtesy, and commitment to doing things right. Huge thanks to Ty, Eric & Connor for helping me get my 2007 BMW 525XI running again! The fuel pump was cracked due to previous owners lack of care but they were able to get it repaired and running within 24HRs! Highly recommend this shop!

Tyrone is hands down the best mechanic I ve come across in a long time. He literally had my car fixed within 24 hrs of contacting him for a quote. Genuinely friendly Customer service, it s literally like taking your car to a family member to fix. I highly highly recommend his services to anyone who wants honest and fair pricing. Ty is THE GUY! Him and his crew got me in and out in just a day and my car runs like a dream! Ty was great! He was able to get me in last minute at closing time to diagnose and fix a few things on my BMW. They worked through closing time to finish the things i needed done, which shows me he takes pride in providing great service. Other than the service I felt that i was reasonably priced for the things that were done. Appreciate the help and would recommend this shop to everyone.

Big thank you to Ty for repairing my Audi Q5's wastegate on the turbo when the Audi stealership wanted to replace the entire turbo. I left the car with him as I travelled out of town and he was kind enough to help me get back and forth to the airport from his WVC shop. Most importantly, the car was properly diagnosed and repaired!

Asked for a simple fluid check on my CLS500 I was willing to pay any shop fees needed. Refused and stated they could only do a full service on the transmission. Found a different shop that was willing to perform the fluid check. Without an unnecessary service.

Ty is awesome. I dropped in my GLC today and his garage is filled with mouth drooling S63, M3 and Macan. Ty is awesome to work with and doesn't recommend stuffs that I don't need to replace. They also have loaner cars u can use if you go early enough. Will be back for cosmetic repairs.

Outstanding service. Tyrone went above and beyond on my SLK350.Not only that but he was half the price of the Euro shop in Logan. It was worth the hour drive to not be taken advantage of and have someone flexible to work with on time.I will be back. Thank you!

I called this shop and requested a pre purchase inspection of a vehicle since I live out of state, Ty got the car in same day with no issues, gave me a very in depth inspection of the 2014 Audi S4 that I was interested in. I was very happy with his process, he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with his service and I was. Ty is honest and knows his stuff, I would recommend him to anyone whos looking for great service on their European car. He is the best! He can diagnose problems that others can t or won t. He is passionate about what he does and he proves it in his services. He knows these vehicles in and out, if something stumps him he will do the research to figure it out. You can t find that at other places not even the dealers. They would rather get you out the door and move to the next victim. He charges a fair price for excellent work. High end vehicles deserve high end work not just high end pricing. I Will only use Ty European Auto repair for my Lexus and Mercedes. He is so knowledgeable and knows exactly how to fix luxury cars. He is very honest and fair and I never feel like I am being taken advantage of. Ty specializes in luxury vehicles and I only trust him to take care of my cars.
