I am so impressed by Two Bros Auto Glass services!!!Not only did they come out to my job to replace my windshield, they also provided me with affordable rates and amazing techs who knew how to execute the job at task. They speak English and Spanish and are super friendly. I will definitely be using Two Bros Auto for any future repairs. And I highly recommend you do as well. Two Bros Glass repair person left broken glass all over truck and the ground. The lock on the passenger door didn't work after the window install. I called the office and they refused to take any responsibility for the issues. I mentioned that left us only one way to vent about the service. I have several trucks and the competitor will be doing the service work from now on.

Was in a rush to get my rear window replaced, I called 2 brothers auto glass. I shattered my rear window at 4:30 pm on a Thursday night. I found the number to 2 brother and they had me an appointment for 9 am the next day. I was in and out in an hour and a half. Would highly recommend them. Someone recently broke into our camper and we needed to replace the window with a custom pane of glass. It was so easy to communicate with the representatives I felt like I was their only customer! When asked to bring the camper in for an assessment, they said they'd be able to get it done on the spot in about an hour. I was so happy and relieved to get this off of my plate, and for such a great price, too. Thanks Two Bros team!!!

I used Two Bros because they quoted the lowest initial price. After getting installed they called me up and told me they needed to charge me an additional $102 because the quote was wrong. A few months later the windshield started leaking and they told me the mouldings on the side of my windshield were the problem, and the tech who installed it initially didn't replace them, but just put my old ones back on. Two days later, the windshield was still leaking, and the owner told me that his master tech told him he couldn't find a leak, so they weren't going to replace it, but I could bring it in so another tech could show me that there was no leak. The new tech today found the leak, but instead of replacing the windshield they're just adding some glue to seal the hole from inside my car. They are telling me that they'll replace the windshield if it's still leaking, but I'm not holding my breath. The fabric on the top of my roof has a bad water stain, and the floorboards are soaked. I guess you get what you pay for. Take my advice and pay a little bit more to have Safelite or Discount glass replace your windshield that way you don't have headaches like I've had.

I was incredibly impressed by their communication and rapid service. Their price was lower than anyone I checked and they were able to get me a quote quicker than anyone else. It s been a month since my windshield was installed and it s been doing its job perfectly THANK YOU!

They came out to my house which was helpful and amazing. The price was excellent too. The only complaints that I have is about the work that they did.There is black sealant smeared on my hood, door, next to the windshield and on my headliner. It looks like they tried to wipe it up but they weren't thorough. I ended up cleaning it all up with some cleaner and paper towels after I saw it all.Inside of the truck, there was old windshield garbage that they left all over my seats and floor. The trim was not put back on my passenger door so if it rained I'd have a cab full of water.We'll see if it holds when I get it washed in 3 days. They also didn't pop in the plastic above my hood so it could have popped off on the freeway.Sloppy and messy, where is the quality control? I do not recommend this company! Go somewhere with professionals.

Absolutely amazing service! I needed two rock chips repair on a whim, and they provided it with straight-word communication. The wait was minimal. Once it was finished, the secretary explained helpful information about what to expect. Would come again!

This has been the best auto glass replacement and tinting shop I ve even been to. They were able to schedule an appointment for me the same day I called for a windshield replacement. Their price was hard to beat as I was quoted several hundreds of dollars lower than other shops I called. Their staff was so friendly and informative, and their waiting area had coffee, tea, and Netflix.I later went back to have my tint done on my car and they did a beautiful job. Two Bros gives you fast and affordable quality services, professionalism, and care. I have nothing but praise for Two Bros glass. A national chain quoted me much more for the install and a 7 day wait for an appointment. Two Bros did an excellent job on the day I called for a lot less. Very friendly. I did not use insurance for this job and it was no problem.

I wish I could leave a better review. I went to Two Bros website and requested a quote on a couple windshields. I waited or a day and didn't get a response so I called. After being on hold for 50 minutes the call was briefly answered then hung up. I ended up at Safelight. I try to give business to the local guys but this time they failed me.

My car got broken into last night, I called and got quotes for Monday or Tuesday of next week. I called Two Bros and they had me in and fixed within a few hours!!! The staff was friendly and efficient. I can not recommend these guys highly enough! They were also the best price I was quoted.

They did a great job replacing my windshield after it was hit by a rock and cracked. They got me in two days later and were done in 3 hours. Great guys and really open with quotes and estimates. The customer service was outstanding, and the windshield was the perfect one for my Cadillac. I was quoted three times the amount at competitors. I m so pleased with this business they were honest I had a defect and a unknown recall in my calibration . They didn t charge me I wouldn t have known but I definitely appreciate an honest shop. Huge warning to anyone thinking about getting work done here. Took it in for broken mechanical piece in a side window. Turned into us going back three times to keep getting it fixed.After the third time they tried to tell us they wouldn t honor their lifetime warranty because we had been there three times.That s a red flag, a life time warranty means for a life time. Not just a random timeframe.We then took it to Safelite Auto Glass who got us in next day and fixed the problem no issue, with their tech telling us it was an installing/tech issue.Attempted to get a refund and that has turned into nothing but a headache with them refusing to refund over half the cost of the repair.Absolutely garbage local company, sometimes it s best to stick with the big businesses/corporations who actually have the means to fix problems.DO NOT RECOMMEND.

2011 Jeep Wrangler, had to get my windshield replaced. So I also got a 5 strip of sunshade across the top of the windshield. Really helps with the sun. Planning on getting more windows shaded darker.Service: Auto windshield replacementService: Auto windshield replacement

Yes they do same day windshield replacements. Yes they take semi trucks. Yes they charge $460 cash price. TV lounge is decent.No they are not personable or friendly.

Everything went smooth as can be. They beat safelite s price by several hundreds of dollars. The appointment process was great. They got back to me quickly with a quote and set the appointment in a matter of minutes. When they came to our warehouse to replace our windshield to our van, they were in and out. We saw them once to give them our keys and they popped in once more to give our keys back. I don t think it took an hour but we weren t watching the time. The service was great and will use them again in the future.Service: Auto windshield repair

Great, affordable price! Windshield replacement looked great. They cleaned my mirrors as well. It's all Crystal clear! Thanks so much!Their base location is a tad confusing. GPS navigates you to apartments, But it's west of there on the North side of the street near an auto body shop. Their sign is on the other side of a gated fence. Once I got there it was smooth sailing, And I was on the road again within 45 minutes.Below is the crack and the windshield looking pristine.

I tried to call one auto Glass place to replace the driver's side window and never got an answer. I took it to a second place that never got back to me. I just dropped into Two Bros Auto Glass. I waited a few minutes for them to check it out and they told me they could have the part in 30 minutes at the price I had guessed it would be. After I got some lunch, they put it right in and I was on my way. It was done quickly and efficiently and I don't think I want to ever go anywhere else.Service: Auto power window repair
