My car was taken here to be evaluated for a slight vibration at high speeds (about 75mph). This shop kept my car for 4 days, didn't call me back for hours, and then when they did call me back, they told me how my car was too unsafe to drive it off the lot. It needed over 3500 dollars of repairs, saying the rack and pinion system was loose and leaking, all my wheel bearings were leaking, and I had leaks everywhere. I told them I was on my way to pick it up, and he told me it was so unsafe to drive, that I needed to leave it and fix it there. He Offered me to leave it there for a month so I could make payments if i didn't have all the money upfront. He was "trying to be nice, cause I was a single mother". When I picked it up, it had transmission, battery, and drive line warning lights on, it scared me so bad I almost had it towed. Another shop told me to drive it for 30 miles to see what the lights did, and they all turned off. I took my car to 2 other shops and they both said there was nothing wrong with my car and it just needed new tires soon, which I got, and my car drives perfect now. I almost got conned into fake repairs for 3500 dollars. Don't go here!!!!!!!

Aside from the untimely occurrence of my clutch going out on Christmas Eve, followed by New Year's Day, and then Martin Luther King Jr. DAY, and Nissan not shipping all the parts needed, I am very satisfied with having my car back in full 6-speed manual motion!Thank you Transmasters for all you did to get me back enjoying what my Sentra SR Turbo is made for!

Took my 2010 Titan in to get the rear differential service because of some grinding. They communicated better than any other shop that I've dealt with and their timely service and price are steller as well. Great guys and will take it back to them again.

Well these guys did it again I brought my 1976 ford f250 in for not shifting right they found and fixed vacuum leak and fixed other issues I wasn t aware of these guys are great I couldn t be happier

If you re looking for a place to get your vehicle fixed, this is it!! They took my car in on Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon it was ready! Now my van is running smooth like brand new! The service here was unbelievable!!! Karl fit me in and totally took care of me. I was so worried it would cost a small fortune to fix my BMW that was having issues. Karl handled everything and was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful I left extremely happy and grateful i was able to get the problem fixed promptly. These guys there are so awesome I needed a few things from the truck we're having fixed in the man fixing the transmission was so awesome he lowered it from the rack so I could get what I need. I love this place I totally recommend them!!

As a female, I would highly recommend Transmasters. Karey is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was comfortable and all of my concerns were addressed.Their prices are extremely reasonable. I came in to have my transmission serviced.

Amazing service and courteous people. The only possible complaint you could make about this place is communication. That s on the customer, just call and ask what s going on. Be patient- they have to look for donor cars and parts which can take a while. Would recommend to everyone!!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I brought my antique RV here for some fuel and brake repair. For the next several months, I called to check on it, and was told they would get to it soon. Each time, I made sure they had my contact information. Almost two years later, I called and was informed that they had gotten rid of my vehicle, citing it as abandoned. They indicated that attempts had been made to contact me. I received no calls or emails on the matter. The vehicle is titled with the DMV - no attempt was made to contact me through state resources. Transmasters informed me that there is nothing that they can do to remedy the situation. I had no intent for it to remain there for so long - I just wanted a repair.Would not recommend.Service: Brake service & repair

If I could give a 10 star review I would but I'm only allowed 5. I would recommend this place to anyone I know!! I took my car in for a transmission repair it took just a little longer than expected but that is okay. Very pleased with the outcome and the pricing was the best! Took great care of us and our motorhome. They also communicated well with us regarding the problems and cost to fix them. Once they completed a tune up they found problems with exhaust and fixed that as well. Additionally, on our way home our check engine light came on. We called them and they said to bring it back and they would do a diagnostic. They found the problem, fixed it quickly, and sent us back on our way! My husband took our 1999 ford f150 into their shop for a diagnostic - the owner said that he would call when it was done. We went back a few hours later and it was ready. The owner said there was no charge and told my husband what he had done. The owner was very informative, extremely professional and definitely knows CUSTOMER SERVICE. You just don't get that kind of customer service anywhere anymore. We will definitely recommend Transmasters Transmission to our friends and family. Deserves 10 stars. The Customer service that Carl provided was beyond any I have ever had. The price was way below any of the other Transmissions shops. The job they perform was done exactly on time and the quality of work was excellent. If looking for any repairs especially Transmissions you have you give Trans masters a call, You wont regret it. I finally found a shop that does good work and that I can trust. In fact, they fixed a problem for $168 that the Jeep dealer couldn t fix at a cost TO ME of over $4000.THANKS

I took my car to another repair shop and they told me that my engine was missing. Very terrible place to be aledgedly "affordable". I brought my car to karwy that same day, right before closing. He had my car done the next day and it didn't cost me my first born. If I could give 0 stars I would, Have had my car there for almost a year. Paid about 3k the first time, they said to bring it back if it had problems and they d guarantee to fix it. After i got it back the first time, not even a week my car acted up again I took it back and I got charged for some electrical issues it had and I had to pay more money even though they said they d give me a guarantee. I have yet to get it out and it s been almost a year. They re trying to charge me another $1000+ for what they think is the problem. I pulled in today without an appointment, I was having issues with my Hummer H1 conversion that wouldn't shift into 4 wheel drive and with it starting to snow I was concerned I wouldn't make it up my hill to get home tonight. They had me pull in and within 30 minutes had me all fixed up. super nice crew and will definitely use them again as well as refer any business I can there way. Its encouraging to see this level of service still exists. Thanks guys.David Simpson

Needed a clutch replaced and while they were looking at that they found several other problems that were a safety concern. I told them to fix it and do the brakes and then explained that I was going out of town and would be out of cell reach for the week-end. They understood and were willing to fix and hold the vehicle until I returned on Monday.They discovered the steering rod was going to break and fixed that for me as well as noted that the brakes were more than safe and did not fix that. Completely within my range of approval while I was gone. They were respectful of me, my methods of communication and the situation of the vehicle and my out-of-town trip. I am confident that they will take care of you and your car as well as work with your unique situation to the best of their abilities.Very happy and will be returning to their shop.

Karey was super awesome to work with he was able to give me a price and stick to it. They had fast service and they were honest with what was wrong I have had them do two transmissions for me and both have done amazing. I just had them finish up a transmission on my work van and they did a great job. I have a 2nd truck that was screwed up by another transmission shop and im bringing that to them also so they can fix it right. We took our 1976 GMC Sierra for basically a complete overhaul, Pretty much everything new from bumper to bumper. They were very professional and we are very happy with their work. I highly recommend them to anyone for auto repair.

It's been two weeks since I dropped my car off and they told me they would have it done by a week or a week and a half tops, I'm in dire need of transportation and they seem to not care. I've called multiple times asking to see if it's almost done because when I do call they say that all that is needed to be done is test drive it and they'll call me back but they never do. Worst experience I've had with any auto mechanic!!! would not recommend to even my worst enemyService: Transmission

Traveled from Nevada to SLC area for a medical appointment, and my car wouldn't go into park. Called Transmasters and they were able to squeeze me in for a quick look, order the part I needed and get it installed very quickly. Great people and great work! Thanks so much!
