Ken Garff WV Ford Service department is second to none! I have always shyed away from having my car serviced at a dealership because I just didn't trust them. When I started going to Ken Garff, they COMPLETELY changed my opinion!!! Rob Walton has been my service advisor the last few times I've gone in, and he always treats me so well! The entire staff always has a warm smile and friendly hello to anyone they pass. I am so grateful to have them to keep my car in tip-top shape! Thanks so much!!!

I like to give a Shout out to Shari, in the Service Department! Stressed and worried about our family vehicle and she answered with kindness, knowledge and willing to help me. That there is the least I can say about her service today. She was professional and acknowledged my concerns and frustration. To have someone who genuinely understands and takes time and doesn t rush me off the phone is also a huge. She is above standard customer service. Ken Garrf got a customer because of Shari. Thank you

I m a few days behind on posting this, but had great service recently so wanted to share. I needed my car serviced and chose Ken Garff Dodge because of its location, but I will absolutely be going here from now on! Cameron in service was especially friendly & very knowledgeable about all my questions and made me feel confident I had all the facts and services that were important for my vehicle. My vehicle was also ready on time and I m very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you to Cameron and the service dept team! The service department at this dealership is exceptional. They are very attentive and quick to diagnose the problems. The service advisors are great to work with, especially Carson. His customer service skills are what every service advisor should have. His knowledge is through the roof when asked about potential issues. Overall I am very happy with the service department.

Andy and Ally on the service department are absolutely amazing!!!! Always take great care of me and try to save me money where they can. I live in Sandy and pass SEVERAL dealerships to get to them, but they make the commute to West Velley worth the trip.

I can't say enough positive things about Ken Garff Service and our Advisor Lucas! He's amazing and always ensures our vehicles are well taken care of! Service Drive and Showroom were just renovated and it's really nice to wait for a vehicle or just shop around:)

i ll tell you what. i was having an awful day, things kept going wrong left and right and then on top of it all i was having problems with my truck. i was very anxious to deal with it as is. but the service at ken garff was just phenomenal. i had the privilege of working with mr. cline over there in the service department. he has got to be the biggest sweetheart i ve ever met. not only did he handle the situation with my truck problems but he even went the extra mile to talk me through some of the problems i ve been having with my mother in law. he gave me some great advice that i was able to apply and i m happy to say that it helped tremendously. needless to say the truck was up and ready to go within the hour, everything perfectly functioning once again. ryan in service did such a fabulous job fixing everything. on top of it all mr cline even offered me the rest of his cafe rio burrito that he had for lunch earlier that day, it was a little cold, but absolutely scrumptious. he gets pinto beans and mild sauce, enchilada style just how i LIKE IT. i now join mr cline and his lovely family every sunday for dinner. his amazing wife prepares it, we are best of friends. all thanks to this extraordinary experience i had dealing with the service department at ken garff jeep dodge ram in west valley. i wouldn t let anywhere else in the valley work on my truck.. and that s saying something because my entire family runs the service department at another dealership down south. they just don t do it like ken garff can!

WORST PLACE EVERTHEY WILL ADD ON SERVICES ON YOUR LOAN EVEN YOU TELL THEM NO WHEN YOU GO BACK TO GET IT FIXED THEY ALL GET BACK TO YOU LIKE YOU MADE A MISTAKE, NINO DO NOT GO TO THIS PERSON FOR SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS HE WILL ADD ON STUFF EVEN YOU SAY NO. I ASKED FOR THE VIDEO WHERE I TOLD HIM TO ADD ON NO ONE DARE TO CALL ME BACK OR SEND ME VIDEO BECAUSE THEY ARE AWARE THAT HE MADE A MISTAKE. Everyone was kind so this 2 -star review is not because of that. It was SO slow. I was there for 2 1/2 hours with a scheduled appointment for an oil change. It literally took almost 4 hours after driving to and from. The employee that took my car through the car wash did an awesome job - he said it was because he went slower than most others that take cars through. Typically after the car wash it looks not much better than prior to the car wash. We have one more oil change with them and we aren't sure it's worth even using because of the time requirement. I know everyone is short handed on employees because of covid, but prior to labor shortage it was a pretty lengthy time. Again, all the employees were very kind.

At first I was nervous to take my car there because of some of the review but I took a chance and they are AMAZING ! I do not have anything bad to say they fixed my car and gave some prices and paperwork on other things that need to be done. Rebecca in the office is awesome and martin fixed may car , we will be back if our car needs to fixed again .Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Krista should learn people skills. Horrible attitude and talked down to me. I just spent 30000$ and was asked to take time off work to bring the vehicle back so a issue could be fixed. Should not have to deal with people like Krista.

Lucas and Sonya have been great to work with this year. They get my car in and out, give price breakdowns and service options which helps me budget. I have had my cars serviced here since 2012. I keep coming back because of their service and I think their pricing is competitive. It's not the closet location for me either.

Love the dealership, not a fan of the "service" center. 9 out of 10 experiences I've had have been poor. Never wash your car but advertise it. I've been left waiting in the lobby while the staff ate lunch. I've had dirt footprints left on my leather seats in my Jeep. They have previously "forgotten" to rotate my tires. I've shown up with an appointment and told that it didn't matter that I had one, and most recently was told their appointments were full but I could walk in. I went in for the lady to roll her eyes when I said I didn't have an appointment. I have scheduled a rental to be told they don't have any once I arrived. Last but not least, my Uconnet/radio has a bug where it resets everytime I shut off my Jeep(no presets save, no devices remembered etc.). I've had it for a year now and I've asked for assistance with it at least 4 different times just to be told they don't have time. EVERY TIME. 4 different vehicles.... Many "chances." I would recommend you avoid the service center at all costs. One of these experiences alone would be understandable... But I have such low expectations of them now. Take your vehicle to a different licensed dealer. You'll get better service and care.

I need to have my key fob done for my truck. That's all I even had the key fob in my possession already I just need to have it programmed. I waited almost two weeks to get in there so they could do it . I was late to my appointment and they wouldn't help me, wouldn't look at me, even though it takes 5 minutes for them to program a key fob. then they rescheduled me ... in another 3 weeks. Needless to say I'm calling around the other dealerships to get my keys done this is freaking ridiculous!

Brought my car in for an ac problem and it had a timing chain recall. I let them do it and sense then have had nothing but issues. The harmonic balancer has fallen off, non factory bolts were used, as well as the tensioner they replaced was broken and left in the oil pan where it was stuck to the oil pump screen. It ruined my whole motor. These guys are nothing but hacks. They don t give updates while your car is in their shop and we waited 2 hours for our service guy to get back from lunch to discuss our car. My dad purchased a truck from them and will not have a single recall done on it as they would destroy it. I d never recommend this shop to anyone especially if you want quality and professional work. Save your time and energy and stay away from this place.Service: Engine repair

THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! They had my car for over a week and every time we called to see what was the status was on the car they would make up excuses EVERY SINGLE TIME! The issues that I took my car in for was not even fixed. It was in the shop for NOTHING. They still took payment and did not even do anything. This place deserves a 0 for their services and professionalism. I have never seen such a horrible place. They are frauds and I am so upset they lied about fixing my car. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEY DESERVE!!Services: Electrical repair, A/C installation & repair

First I drop it off. They then text me saying they did a free Alignment and want them to fix it for $149 this car is no I just bought it it doesn't need a freaking alignment I even checked that. So trying to get more money. Then I get it back and my check engine light came on! They want me to wait weeks when they messed up. SCAMMERS! Don't go to them!Service: General repairs & maintenance
