I toke it in to get serviced and come out with a leak. Returned it and they fixed the leak know I have a check engine light on. What the hell man what kind of service are they doing there s never had problems with this truck. No communication between the mechanics and service people. Overall bad service

At one point or another your car is going to have issues and need to be serviced. It s inevitable. How the service department handles that service really determines how likely you are to continue buying cars from them. These guys are pros. They handled it fast and communicated well. It would be nice to have them return the the car washed but that s really the only way they could have done more.

The best buying experience I've had! Luke was very knowledgeable in the truck I was interested in. I felt zero pressure to buy, which I appreciate. I was able to communicate my needs and expectations and was met with understanding. I did not purchase a vehicle on my first visit, but was able to return a week later. The sales manager was easy to work with, and the financial consultant was fantastic too. I felt like I got a good deal, which is important to me as well. Overall, I believe this dealership will take good care of it's customers!

I took my car in three months ago with a issue. With the cars auto stop throwing a fit. The guy Braydon was extremely helpful and upfront and honest about expectations on when they could look at the car. They figured out what the issue was and called me up and informed me what it was and told me how he appreciated everything we knew on how are car was supposed to run. I waited three months to write the review simply to 1) make sure nothing popped up and I did not feel it was something they caused to have me come back like some places do 2) to get my oil changed to get the full experience. We set up our appointment in advance which Braydon had recommended we do and it worked out great we were done with the oil change in a hour which is standard and he even recognized my husband and me.I truly felt like he and the whole team are honest and wanting to keep your car up and running and thier goal is to keep you from needing to come back with big problems, but knowing cars I feel when a big problem comes up I feel they have our best interest in mind.

Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet Service is a great place to have all your vehicle service needs done. Friendly, and knowledgable people, happy to answer all of your questions. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was really soured and upset by my first appointment set visit to this place for service on my Uplander. I left a previous review stating what had happened to my car while it was there (or at least what I was told had happened).It turns out, I was about to be called by service manager Brandon, to hopefully correct the situation. It just turns out that due to unforeseen conditions in the shop and my shop contact person, that it was a bad case of miscommunication between all of them.Brandon had me bring my vehicle back in, gave me a vehicle we could borrow for the time, and they fixed my van like it should have been fixed the first time it was there. They even threw in a part that needed to be replaced because it broke in between shop visits.I am so greatful that this situation was rectified and we were taken care of much better the second time around. Thank you Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet for making it right!!!!
