I called ahead to make sure they had the part I needed. The guy at the counter went and got it off the shelf with in a few minutes of my arrival. Great service! Old school junkyard, that's my favorite part! I hope they stay around and the same!

Extremely kind and genuine service. They were able to quickly find the right part, and retrieve it from the back shelf. It was also priced very reasonably. This is not a junkyard, but an automotive recycling storefront. I loved this place in particular because it took no work on our part to find the right vehicle, part, and remove the piece ourselves. Highly recommend.

They were out of what I was looking for but were so darn courteous about it and pointed me in the direction of someone who did have it, that I left feeling happy. I will be back. They even offer water and snacks to their customers!

This place is awesome. They found me the part i needed and there were only 1 in utah and they found it and got it for me. Couldn't get any better. There polite good price's and up front. Will recommend 100% will for sure be back. Thanks everyone. You're Amazing.

I ve never been to the place only through telephone. But Dusty helped me during bad times the holidays around the corner money was tight running back and forth from places to places, Dusty helped me till I got the rim for my car it didn t matter whether it s compatible with my others as long as it gets me by. I called for a part and they said they had it. They took my information and told me they d call me in a few hours when it was pulled. I didn t hear from them that day so I called them back the next day. They told me the person who helped me and pulled the part was not in but they would give me a call when he came in. They didn t call me that day so the next day which was the third day I gave them a call they told me they had the part but just needed to find it and they would call me when they found it. I didn t hear from them so I went into their store to pick up the part because they told me the day before that they had it. When I got their they told me that they found the part but sold it to someone else. They only cared about the sale and not the customer. Now I lost 4 days that I could have ordered a part and had it come in which leaves me without a car for another week.

These guys are amazing! very polite on the phone and get what you need! we've bought numerous parts through these guys and have absolutely nothing to gripe about! if they don't have it in their inventory they tell you who does! if only every business was so easy to work with!

One of the few BEST auto parts places of all of Utah, Dusty and Rowdy have AMAZING customer service, Veterans in the parts world with great knowledge, They have been awesome to work with over the years. Have helped me with everything I have needed, Always courteous and in great spirits! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING guys!

Great experience. Needed a spare donut tire replaced that I couldn't get at tire shops and getting it from a dealer would have cost $200 more. Fast and friendly, I would highly recommend.

Needed a part for my Toyota. They were the only one in the valley that had what I needed. When I called they did have it, but was closing in about 10 minutes I actually made it in time. When I said who I was his eyes kinda bugged out . I was so excited that everything worked out so well that he was excited for me he ended up giving me a really good deal thank you so much I really appreciate it

Didn't get to do any businesses with Rowland due to not having the matching motor for my truck but they were very very helpful on help me making the right decision about companies who I've purchased a remanufactured engine from! Cheers.

I have been the manager at large dealership in SLC for over 20 years. I have been doing business with rowland for much of that time. They have always been very professional and helpful. they didn't always have what I needed, but they went out of their way to find what I needed. I would recommend them to anyone who needed any used part.

Made a special trip for some seats and seat belts and Rowdy had everything pulled and ready. Super friendly and priced great. After driving all the way home, I realized I didn't ask for the seatbelt trim. I opened the seatbelt box and Rowdy had it all right there for me. I damn near burst into tears. Def my place for parts now.

I live in Elko Nevada and was having some work done at Hunter Machine. I needed another cylinder head and Red recommended Roland Auto Wrecking. I called immediately and they had a head on the shelf at an awesome price! Furthermore, since I was already out of town, they helped get the head over to the machine shop! Besides awesome price and availability, Rowdy went the extra mile to help me out! Much thanks to Rowland and Hunter Machine for all the help!

They helped me find the right coolant overflow tank, and told me how to read the code on the sticker in my glovebox to find out which mirror my truck needed. Friendly and helpful.

We called to receive a window replacement on Saturday they told us it would be out on Monday. We called Monday morning and they said "we didn't know you wanted to PULL the trigger". Of course we wanted to?? And they said they'd have someone get on it. And it would be done by 1, so we head down thinking it would be pulled. And they hadn't even started on it. They told us another 2 hour wait

I have owned an automotive shop in West Valley for over 12 years, originally I used any number of sources when we needed a used part. We found Rowlands about 10 years ago and haven't used any other source since. Dusty and crew are hands down the friendliest people in the business, always helpful and willing to go the extra mile when things don't go as planned.
