They were friendly. And that s why I give them 2 stars instead of 1. But my door handle mysteriously broke after leaving the shop. It worked flawlessly before I arrived. As soon as I got into my car, it broke and now won t open the door. Suggestion is if you go there, do not let them close or open your door from the inside, as they will potentially break your door handle like they did mine

Here I was on the last day of the month, forgetting that I needed to renew my registration.Luckily, I was able to get into rapid lube in emissions, super quickly get my emission and Registration taken care of.You are heroes!

DO NOT GO TO THEM. They sold my buddy a broken car and said it was perfectly fine! The transmission is blown and the ac compressor is broken, and other little things. They are very selfish because they wouldn t give the money back or offer any sort of solution. VERY BAD COMPANY.

Been bringing our cars and our clients cars here for the past1-2 years. I would say we visit their location 5-6 times a month. Chris and David are always prompt and keep us updated with state guidelines with all things emissions tests. They are professional and always give great service.

I bought a van from John who told me there were no issues with it. On the test drive, it died when idling, which was a red flag to me, but John said it was probably water that got into the spark plugs from washing it. I trusted him and went ahead with the purchase. A few days later, the problem never left, so I took it into my mechanic and turns out there is low compression in the cylinders. Now I have a couple thousand dollar engine repair. I tried calling John to see what he could do about it, because he told me it didn't have any issues. He claimed my mechanic was lying and then said he was in a meeting and would call me back, which never happened. Maybe John truly didn't know there was an issue when he sold it to me, but the fact that others have complained about their car purchase on these reviews is enough evidence to me that it may be in your best interest to shop from someone else.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUISNESS! i bought a car from the car salesman at this place and he told me everything works and it was a great car and the transmission blew before i could even get home. i called them asking if there was anything they could do about it and he told me no. he also told me the AC just needed to be recharged and failed to mention the entire AC compressor was broken. i now have to buy a new transmission and AC compressor and fall behind on rent. please learn from my mistake and NEVER GIVE THEM BUISNESS.

This guy is SO shady and will steal your money without thinking twice. Do NOT trust him. Do. NOT support this business!! He sold us a car that blew up five minutes later. It was listed as good working condition with no issues. He obviously knew about these issues. Supporting him is supporting a criminal who takes advantage of people. I noticed another comment with a similar situation with a Subaru. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

By far.... THE FASTEST oil change I ve ever experienced! They live up to their name. I even showed up 30 min to closing time and thought I d be turned away (((like other lube shops))). I can truthfully say, it took FIVE MINUTES!!!!!!!!!! I m AMAZED. My maintenance light went away, so I m comfortable in being comfortable with this review. Keep up the good work! 5 stars is an understatement, but it s what I m limited to unfortunately. 10 or 12 stars, for sure

Bought a vehicle and we had talked about it s history. I get some parts may need to be replaced on a used car. But some parts were missing, which is my fault for not getting underneath but I don t know why they were removed. The engine light were not on and came on as soon as I took it for emissions. When I confronted him about it he said he told me and it doesn t matter because I signed his form. Which is true but I trusted him. Taught me a huge lesson.

Needed my emissions done on my Chevy Volt. Some places don't know how to do this kind of car, as it mostly runs on electric. But they had no trouble with it. No appointment needed, and I was in and out with my renewal stickers in 10 mins after work. Highly recommended.

I've taken my cars here a few times because they're close to work. They've been pretty good until the last time.The person that did my oil change could use some training on people skills. He was in such a rush to get into my car that he nearly bumped into me as I got out.I went to wait in the waiting room and soon discovered that someone has been smoking in there again. I have seen one of the employees smoking in there before. I mentioned how bad it was and it had gotten tolerable until this last visit.I was waiting for a while when the technician opened the door and said in an irritated tone that my car was done and he had knocked on the glass a couple of times. Apparently that's the signal that he's done. I would have appreciated him opening the door and communicating in the English language the first time.A week or two later my wife said the car was starting to really smell like burning oil. I checked the oil level and it was very high. I took it into my regular garage and it had been overfilled and put enough pressure on the valve cover gasket to make it leak. It cost me $375 to fix that.I called to see if they would help me out with the repair bill and the person that answered told me that it was impossible that they had overfilled it because they were all so experienced.Between the unfriendly tech, the smoky waiting room, an overfilled engine, and refusal to accept responsibility, I'll take my business elsewhere from here on out.

These guys are always fast and helpful. They'll talk to you about any problems they encounter or find while testing your vehicle or doing an oil change. Take their recommendations and you'll be keeping your vehicle running well for years. Prices are good.

My 17 year old son bought a car from this business, and when he got it home the transmission, windows, and air conditioner were all broken. He spoke to the guy and he was not willing to take the car back even though it was the same day he bought it.

this place is a joke NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS i bought a vechile from them and john said the car had no issues and figured out the transmission was totally busted he will scam u out of ur money and time DO NOT GIVE THEM THE TIME OF DAY and is not allowed to be selling cars to minors which he did ac compressor was totally busted said it needed a re charge witch was false and also failed to mention that the window was busted as well

Don t buy. They totally scam you out of your money. When you get over 60 in their cars it blows. Then he offers to fix it himself please for your safety don t buy cars from this company. I m sure their oil changes are great just not the cars

THE WORST PLACE TO BUY A USED CAR FOR SURE! The guy who sells the used cars not only lies but also rips you off of your money. He false advertises that the cars run and as soon as he takes your money, you're stuck with a car that has a whole lot of problems. Please do not waste your time at this place! If I could give it zero stars I would!

I went in to have my car inspected, and was gone within fifteen minutes. No bullshitting, kind staff, and prompt service, even though they were about to close for the day.They've definitely won my business.

Do not take your car here. They quoted me one price when I arrived with my car, tried to up sell me even when I stated that all I wanted was an oil change and then tried to charge me 50% more than the quote price for a specialty oil filter they had never seen before in 15 years of doing their job . I drive a very common VW suv and have gotten less expensive quotes almost everywhere else in the valley. I only went here because of the proximity to my office. The waiting area is like walking into an ash tray as other people have reviewed. Waste of time and money.

I have taken both my cars multiple times for the state inspection and safety- they are always quick and super friendly. Oil changes are also quite quick and done very well.

They lived up to the name! Super fast service. Mechanics seemed like they were happy to be there. The gentleman who helped me was kind. I was recommended this place and I'd recommend to others!

If i could give zero stars i would. I dropped my car off for an oil change and left. Came back and as soon as i stepped in the door a guy working underneath a car says to me "So you are the one they are talking about." I said "I'm sorry i don't know what you mean." He then replies saying "Well if it were bad i would of said something." I roll my eyes and walk to the front desk then i hear him say "I'm gonna ask her if she is single and wants to get together with me." So unprofessional and disgustingly creepy.

Over filled my oil by 2 quarts and my crank is aerating my oil causing low oil pressure do not recommend. Hope they are willing to replace my engine!!! It s 7KService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Fast, and honest.I have 4 vehicles that I take to this location for the routine services. These guys are always able to fit me in, and very honest with their work. And the factory recommendations for my vehicles.

this place is absolutely a scam he did a oil change on my car he cross threaded my drain plug this guy is just a complete coconut do not come here on less you want your time wasted
