I would have rated 5 stars because the service was great and fast. I received a parking citation on my trailer because no trailers are allowed to be parked on Lampert ln. I was told to drop my trailer on the street for diagnosis and repair. No one had mentioned that I couldn't leave my trailer on the street and when I asked if they would do anything about the ticket, the reply was they don't own the street. Anyway enjoy your Thanksgiving holiday and Merry Christmas.

I was charged $700 + when they replaced the plastic water line with 5 connections on the driver's side of the motor. 2016 CascadiaAfter watching the video of how to.... and he said it took about 45 minutes and on my receipt the part cost $42 that's when I got upset or pi....d!!!So I'm just wondering why sooo much? Even when stretched out to an hour it should not have been more than the standard hourly rate($180.00) plus the price of the part and of course the shop add-ons.

My company bought 5 trucks from this dealer. My truck blew 3 drive tires in the first 3 weeks of driving the truck. All 2014 retreads. "Its legal" was their response. This morning one of our other trucks blew a steer tire. Come to find out that steer tire was manufactured the 11th week of 2014. I cant even fathom how this dealership can ethically sell there trucks with 2014 steer tires. Its incredibly dangerous for our drivers and other vehicles that were around our truck when it blew. Our driver injured his shoulder in the blowout. Out of 5 trucks, ALL 5 have had major problems. We had to replace a radiator in my truck, literally 3 weeks after driving it. Major electrical issues in the others, leaking windshields, A/C not working, new clutch in another truck. Our last 2 trucks never left their lot after we purchased due to other problems, and waiting on parts that are on national backorder. what kind of Mickey Mouse operation are you people running over there? INCREDIBLE!!Services: Tires, Electrical, Air conditioning

Appointment for repair was scheduled for 7 am on Monday, May 30th. Arrived and everything is closed. Michael doesn't answer.

This shop did most of what I had them do on the list. However they didn t touch my DPF filters, that I had them do! Also they say they ll call you back in about 20 minutes, in which the guy didn t call me back! Pretty frustrating! I know they re busy. But still.

Very dissatisfied with their treatment of customers. How difficult would it be to put a half dozen chairs along the wall of the Service Center (6 ft apart) for customers waiting on their trucks to be serviced. Myself and others were waiting outside with virtually no seating and in the hot sun. I personally was waiting for over 6 hrs. Can not blame this on Covid-19; I blame it on employees that just do not give a damn.

I bought a truck for my cousin last month. Kevin is the person you should reach out to, help us from the start until we got the truck. Very professional and friendly to us. Listened to our questions/needs and found us the best truck available for our money and we're very much happy with our buy. Will be reaching out to Kevin for future buys.

Came here from IL to fix multiple issues on my 2019 Cascadia. I don t trust Fteightliner dealerships from Chicago anymore, so I decided to give Utah chance to prove not all dealerships are ripping off their customers. And I was not dissapponted, took me immediately, fixed everything I asked for, my bill was even lower than I was ready to pay. Many thanks Greg and your team! P.S. there are multiple hotels available in this area, quiet and nice place to stay and wait for the repair job

Day number 13 for what I was told would be a 3 day job. Truck is finally back running but had to fix the air where they forgot to rewire the compressor.I don't care if I have to get towed 500 miles to keep them from working on my truck because every time I've talked to them I got a different story.

Don't break down with your Freightliner and need Premier Truck Group of SLC service on a weekend to get back on the road quickly. Their PTG SLC website (that parent company Daimler Trucks North America apparently sees) SAYS they're open on the weekend to "keep us truckers on the road." But their Google Maps entry clearly shows what I experienced; they're closed on weekends but they have a few disinterested people at the location surfing the web for a few hours on Saturday while telling anyone who shows up, "It'll be Monday or Tuesday before we can get it in." I've been to quite a few Freightliner dealerships and repair shops, and SLC was the undisputed worst. Fair warning drivers.

I'm not happy with this place. They have no customer waiting areas. It's too hot outside and they won't let u stay inside. They have no chairs and no place of shade. This is not how u do business. U can't be have open. Either all the way or not all all. Go somewhere else.
