Called this place to see if they could do my annual DOT inspection. The guy on the phone told me they could and no appointment was necessary. When I arrived the guy at the desk told me they could probably do it if I left it for the weekend. He didn't even get up to check with anyone. I feel like I wasted a lot of time trying to do business with this company.Utah Fleet Services got me right in with friendly, professional attitudes.

Great service quick and they do give warranty on their work. Drivers lounge upstairs with a bathroom that has a shower

When this service was Warner it was dependable & well run. Ever since Penske bought them and it became "Premier " the quality of service has gone down hill. They are very frustrating to deal with.

Premier Truck shop were able to fix my truck no problems. Something that Prime couldn t do.
