If I could give them a 0 star I would.Bought a radio and went to this place to have it installed. It cost me $180+. I asked if it came with a warranty, and they said no but told me if it brings me any issues to bring it back, and they will fix it. When I went into my car, there were clippings all over the floor. I was kinda upset they didn't clean up the floor as a courtesy.Two weeks after getting it installed, the radio wouldn't turn on. I went back to have them fix it, and they told me it would be another $60 for them to do that. We talked to them, telling them we had paid way over for them to install it in the first place and that they would fix it if there were issues. The "boss" man refused and shooed us away. The company did not follow through on their word. The boss on the phone hung up with us with anger while the employee had him on speaker. They are extremely unprofessional. They trash talk other small business (who by the way referred them).They are unprofessional with their customers and with other great small businesses. They over charge there services. They don't follow through on their word.Do NOT do business with them.

Called pacific Audio about getting 2 12 subs, an amp, and some tweeters and they were able to get me setup same day for about $1150. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

It s an awesome business to work with. They have not only done an amazing job on my audio system but the customer service is on point & are always willing to fix or go all out on anything! Definitely recommend

I ve gotten two vehicles tinted from pacific audio including a remote start installation. I ve never had any issues with any of the products installed and the prices are very fair for the work and time used. I m very satisfied with the most recent tint they ve done on my 2024 Toyota Rav 4 XSE and would recommend these guys for sure.

Jesus is the man!! Tint throughout and audio system set up!! Bundled the package and got me a 12 inch Sub with 1500 Watt amp at a steal!!! Highly recommended and tell them what what you have to work with and Jesus has got you!! Much appreciated!! Techs as well they make sure it s done smoothly and right!

They fixed my speakers less than a year ago and now my speakers are doing the same thing. I don t recommend going to them. They will only fix things for temporary usage and your speakers will keep going out.

I bought Honda Fit and wanted to tinted windows but I didn t have enough budget for it. So I shopped around and found out they offered a great price. They did a good job tinting my car windows and highly recommended for your car! They are on sale now for auto tinting, so hurry get your car tinted for the next summer.

Called to get my backup camera installed they told me to come right in. It was 1 hour before they closed very friendly price for install only reasonable. Will got back to get more stuff for my car.

I had an issue with my other headunit I bought from them, Jesus didn't even think twice by when he told me I had warranty still and got me a new one, I highly recommend them if your looking for some affordable equipment

Grade A business. You need anything audio. PACIFIC AUDIO is a great home for installations and other needs. You need it they got it and they will do it. Beautiful job and great quality. Only way to know it ll to see for yourselves.

These dudes are the absolute best. I ve been in the auto sound system game for a while now, and I ve never seen prices like these; nor have I seen someone do such a clean job so FAST! They go the extra mile and are kind while they do it. If you re lucky, you even get tamales. I d drive out of state to get the job done from them. Will keep returning, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Came got speakers for my daughter for Xmas cause she blew hers and when I left it didn t sound like how I wanted , came back cause I was pressed for time and the owner came and re did the wiring and BOOM problem fixed!!! Instead of taking them out like I asked he tried to fix it and it savvvvvvrd me so much time today. Thank you

Poor customer service given by the owner. The owner is a liar, does not keep his word & has a very shady character. On two different occasions, he told me he'd call me back & never did. Also, he was supposed to give me wholesale/discount price like he originally agreed to, but then decided not to after all, because he'd rather rip off the customer with his marked-up prices instead. The minute I said to him that the dealer I bought my car from told me he would give me wholesale/discount pricing, it became very apparent by his demeanor & actions that he was not interested in doing business at wholesale/discount pricing. Only after him not keeping his word & not returning my phone calls, was I not cordial with him anymore while letting him know how I felt about the poor way he conducted business with me. Obviously, if he's not doing business at his marked-up pricing, he's not interested in doing business.I notified the dealer I bought my car from that referred me to him what he did & they were able to help me out anyways by referring me to a different car audio place they deal with that were very helpful. I will tell everyone I know about my experience with the unreputable person that runs this business.

What an awesome business to work with. They have not only done a beautiful tint job on my windows but finished the install of my remote start that I couldn't figure out. Super clean shop and very professional.

Great customer service they are very friendly and professional. The stereo I bought from Amazon was the right stereo. But, the dash kit plate was slightly smaller then the radio face the technician at pacific audio went out of his way to reshape the dash kit plate in order to have a proper fit !! Amazing job !! I would recommend pacific audio for all the needs that you may have. (: my next visit to pacific audio will be my window tint I am supper excited !! Thank you pacific audio.

They installed my Fosgate amp in my new 2021 Silverado and did a really clean install and placed it where I asked. They were also much less expensive than other places I called and got me right in. Great Stereo shop!

I dont trust many people these days. Now this company and the staff handling me with care and understanding couldn t have asked for more. This place went above and beyond . The five star doesn t come easy with me.

Big Time Shout out to the guys at Pacific audio Randy , Sergio and Jesus they always go above and beyond to help make sure the customers are always happy. I ve had new headlight tali lights, light bar , light strip, car alarm with remote start all hooked up here, And stereo installed here they also took care of me while installing my after market two mirrors they do great work and very honest. Top guys that I ve worked with there. Great guys good shop to get your audio and tint done They do great custom work as well !!!!!

So me (William) and my wife always goes here to do mostly everything for our cars. The guys are great ! The front desk guys are great! Jesus is my buddy there he will take care of anything you want. Highly recommended !!! It s yo boy William Always.

Great staff. They were very helpful with what I needed to know and we're forward with everything. They installed a Boss Audio System BCPA9 9" single din stereo with backup camera. They were quick but took their time. Would definitely go back again for their services. Very professional and the setup ended up looking flush and clean.
