Ever thought getting your oil changed could be fun? WELL IT WAS! Lucius and Wyatt were super engaging, thorough, fast, AND efficient! They communicated through the entire process. I didn't feel pressured to upgrade and was super appreciative of their maintenance suggestions. They found I had a nail in my tire and that I have a transmission leak. I'm very grateful for their advice and care in performing their work! SUPERB customer service! Thanks to the entire team at Oil Stop in West Valley. I will definitely be back (ON TIME NEXT TIME!)

I have been going to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed since I ve owned a car. I had a really great experience at this Oil stop location today. It s a drive thru service, so you stay in your car. They showed me samples of the fluid in my car vs what clean fluids looked like - I didn t feel pressured in any way to add additional services. They take customer service to the top, offering drinks (twice) and always spoke to me courteously and professionally. Getting an oil change for me usually involves waiting nearly two hours for completion with often times high pressure tactics to get you to buy more services. It really felt like this place was trying and priding themselves on going above and beyond. I would HIGHLY recommend you check them out.

I have been coming here for around 15 years getting mostly emissions testing done and some service work done (I do most of my own vehicle repair and maintenance). This place has had a change in ownership and here are my observations: The building has been remodeled inside and out - it looks clean, updated and professional. I see new equipment and they have converted the waiting area to office space (which as a small business owner, I feel is a better use of space) but now the services are done without the customer ever leaving their vehicle - very convenient. I was in and out for an emissions in less than 15 minutes (there was no one in front of me) and I was offered a drink of choice both times I came in this week. Despite all of these upgrades the biggest upgrade are the staff: I saw team work, respect and great communication with both the customers and each other. Nico did both of my vehicle tests and I was so impressed with his professional manner, quick work and friendly, respectful interactions. What a great guy - I'd hire him! This is a great change to our community and I'll be back for sure. WELL DONE!

This is an excellent place to have your car serviced. I really don t mind all the suggestive items they do because that lets you know the state of the condition your car is in. It s incredible how some people don t even want to hear that. I get some times we are tight on money, but you really need to know how your car is doing. This would recommend this place as a preventative step to keep your car healthy longer and avoid them big ticket repairs. So far they have not disappointed. Knock on wood .. lol!

There are less expensive options for oil changes, but, honestly there really aren't better. The crew that helped me were extremely cool, and efficient, and focused on communication and customer service.I am now a customer for life if this level of service continues. As a former mechanic I appreciate the attention to detail and attentivnes to the customer.I am a "Door Dasher" and they were awesome in working with my needs to get on the road as well as my budget for the service.In short male sure you are prepared for an amazing experience I only wish 6 stars were an option.

We had to wait less than 5 minutes. We were greeted immediately upon arrival. The service man discussed everything with us and helped us make the right decisions for our car. We will return for more of your service for sure.

This place was bought out, so it is under new management. It was okay and the service was good. The people were very friendly and professional. They gave me a complimentary soda when I got there. My only issue was there was 1 vehicle in the bay getting the service done when I got there, and I was there for about an hour and 15 minutes. So if you don't mind a long wait I would give it 5 stars.

I had been putting off getting my oil changed because I didn t have time. I drove right in and they got started. Never had to leave my car. In and out in almost no time. Friendly, honest service. I didn t want to buy the extras and there was no pressure. Thanks for a quick and pleasant experience.

I ve gotten two oil changes and both times the customer service is exemplary super polite, they follow protocol, I ve gotten a few discounts from online coupons and from them. it is a bit expensive but for my old beat up car it s worth the care the give it.

So, I needed an oil change and I wanted to try out the new OILSTOP that showed up close to my residence. Well, what an experience! Luckily there wasn't any waiting when I went. The staff were very nice, professional, but also personable. I was shown the transmission fluid from my car compared to what new, unused transmission fluid looks like. That helped make it easy to decide that it definitely was time to change my transmission fluid. The same was done with the power steering fluid and again it is eye opening as to the difference in the fluid appearance. I noticed that Mobil 1 was one of the products offered and that's my preferred oil to use so I felt very confident in picking OILSTOP as my place of service for my oil change.In the end, I was very happy with my service, it was performed quickly and efficiently, and I felt that what was offered was well worth the price. I'm very happy with my initial exposure to this OILSTOP location and I will DEFINITELY be going back there.

This location is now an Oilstop and they did a great job! This was a very low pressure non- commission based oil change. The staff were very professional and they were very quick to explain the services they offered. They offer a free car wash, complimentary beverage, and free 90 day top offs. Prices were reasonable and they have a military discount. Keagun, Krayton, Wyatt, and Ashley did a great job!!

This place is my new go to. The shop was clean, employees were very professional and kind! They weren t pushy at all with add ons. They were all happy to be there and you can tell they put pride into their work! Honestly, best oil change shop I ve been too.

Very polite and quick. They came up and showed me the oil levels and air filter and I could physically watch them take them out and put them back so there wasn't any trickery I could see to try to make a sale. Didn't pressure me at all to get anything. Free fluid top offs, free air fill up, lubed the door hinges for free. Explained everything to me in a way anyone could understand, without a bunch of industry lingo. Thank you guys for the great service!

Wonderful service! My only complaint is that I wanted to get my car registration renewed while I was there, but for some reason they were unable to do that. It might have been because it was President's Day.

I just stopped in on my day off for an emissions test. I encounteredNico, who was very professional and courteous. He twice offered my something to drink and got to work right away. I was going to go to DMV with my certificate and save a few bucks. Nico pointed out the fee for on the spot renewal, he was so professional i agreed to on the spot renewal.

I went in yesterday monring Feb 8th. And everyone I interacted was courteous, attentive, and just nice being around. Informed me of my options of additions to my oil change with zero pressure. I highly recommend and will continue using this shop

I am so please with the service from Jerry and Kevin here. I am do glad they bought this location. They are nice, efficient, clean, and very friendly. I highly recommend coming here for emissions and oil changes!!

Outstanding customer service!! I will be recommending these guy's to everyone. I am blown away how absolutely on point every person working here was!! I will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on! You don't have to get out of your car and they offer beverages and clean your windows too! I get my oil changed at the Oil Stop on 3500 south 5600 west in West Valley and love it!! They are always so friendly and honest. They are fast and efficient. I recommend them to everyone!

My engine light came and indicated to turn off the engine. I pulled in there, and they checked what was going on and solved the problem. They were very friendly, extremely polite, and knowledgeable. They have a motto posted, they followed it and beyond.

Amazing service!! They are kind, caring, and HAPPY!! You don t get service like that nowadays! They greeted me immediately and offered me a beverage. I was able to stay in my car while they did everything. Will definitely be coming back!! I ll drive out of my way to come here!!
