I ordered a CV axle on line for an older vehicle. As promised it was in the store the next morning, October 25th, 2023, for pickup. Outstanding! The store was clean and well merchandised.When I entered the store, an older gentleman was stocking the shelves and greeted me as I walked in. There was a very young man sweeping the isles also.I was the only customer in the store. The older man walked behind the counter and asked what I needed. I explained that I ordered a part online and was told it was here. He immediately said we have nothing here. He then looked in the computer asked me what I ordered, I explained it was a CV axle. He again, as though very put out, said It s not here. We ve received nothing at this store. I showed him my email from O Reilly stating my part had arrived. Seemingly more put out he looked behind me on a shelve and said I don t know what to tell you, we got nothing. Fortunately, at this point the young boy that had been sweeping overheard and told the other employee to check the online orders. The older employee said, There s nothing. The older employee acted put out, rude, and annoyed with my efforts to get my part that I had already paid for. At this point the young employee walked to the back, grabbed what ended up being my part, and gave it to me. The older employee rolled his eyes and walked away. The younger employee finished the transaction for me.Give the younger person a raise, and train the older person, or remove them. I typically go to Autozone but decided to give O Reilly a try this one time. Not sure if I ll come back unless they can staff the store with superstars like the younger fellow.

I love it when the person helping me knows what I want better than I do myself. I walked in asking for a headlight switch while holding the knob. He looked up the headlight switch and walked around the counter and picked up a box of knobs. They were the wrong one, so he picked up a second box. It was the right one. The price of the headlight switch was $107 which I would have paid. The knob was $15. This is the service I look for. I will come here first.

Older gentleman here refused to help change out a battery. Made up excuses about how he has pneumonia and arthritis.If you have pneumonia why are you at work sir.O'Reilly needs to do better. Permanently lost my business today.

The younger kid with black hair that works here didn't feel like warranting a lifetime warranty part so he made up some story about how he couldn't do anything and the manager just left to get us to leave... my friend was in line behind us he rang up all of his stuff and then told him the card reader was broken. Horrible attitude, slow, sitting on a stool, couldn't be bothered to help anybody. Really should be fired. This isn't the first experience we have had with him.

Had an alternator fail in one year. Has a lifetime warranty but the reviews for the alternator were also very poor. All say they had multiple failures in less that a year. I don't want to keep replacing this alternator with the same trash. It's already left a family stranded. I asked for a warranty refund. They refused. I returned a set of knock sensors to autozone after 5 years. Told them I wanted OEM sensors this time. They gave me a full refund no questions asked. Go to autozone. Get better service.

This location is the best! Today I rolled in needing a new car battery. Not only was the help I got excellent, but the employee volunteered to install the new battery. Made my life easy for a change. Well done!

I know this is a little small maybe even petty but I bought a pair of gloves from this o'reilly store most cases from o'reilly I have no problems returning defective items these gloves fell apart within one week I just wanted them to replace them they told me that It was not a warranty item and could not be replaced Or returned So basically they told me to eat s**t recommend go to any other o'reilly store but this one Or just go to somebody different I guess there is no such thing as good quality service anymore

The Store Manager at this location is Fanonamal when it comes to Customer Service he goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are properly taken care of before they walk away. That goes for his employees he has trained them well I have shopped other stores in the valley love them to BUT my favorite by far is this location.

I went to this store to replace 2 batteries for my pick up that I believe were bad, an employee named Michael had an attitude for no reason when I walked in. He said the batteries were tested fine and asked me 20x if I'm sure that my truck won't start and I said yes. I told him when I tried to start the truck it sounded like the batteries were dead. He threw a little temper tantrum when I said I wanted new batteries because they were under warranty. Now my truck starts thanks to the new batteries but I would recommend to not have Michael help you because he will most likely have an attitude.

About 2 to 3 weeks ago, I bought new windshield wipers for all of my windows and had them install them. Front passenger & driver, and rear window. My father was mechanic and taught us to pull our windshield wipers away from the window if freezing was expected so they wouldn't freeze to the window. The first time I had to use the new wipers was after a snow storm. The windshield was cleared before I drove off. While driving, I thought the passenger side wiper had come off. When I stopped, I found that the rubber had become dislodged. When I went to look at it closer, the wiper blade came off the car and fell into my hand. I went back to the store and the guy replaced it although he wasn't too pleased. Move forward a week or two. We had a major storm, but I didn't drive while the snow was on the ground. Tonight (24th) I was driving for only the second time when needing wipers. It was just raining, no snow but between 3500 south &4100 south on Mountain view, the driver wiper flew off the car. Luckily I was almost home & it wasn't too bad out so I made it home. I haven't decided if I will go back and have them put another one on or go to Auto Zone & cut my loses to have piece of mind that if they put the wipers on they will stay there. I'll have to wait for a clear day though as I can't drive in the rain right now

3 yrs ago they earned a 5 star review but since then, I've had Lance help me multiple times, and he's not a happy helpful person. One time he was complaining about the Mexican window washer that made more than he did. This last time I brought in a wheel stud to compare to a new one. He didn't want to find one that was similar. He said to go somewhere else. I went to Autozone just down the street and got what I needed

This Location is excellent ...Im a Nationwide Expeditor called yesterday to special order my Mercedes Sprinter brake pads over the phone Mr. John was knowledgeable and professional and today on picking up my order everything was top notch I got my order right and He also helped me to get the service done by recommending a few places since I don't live here just passing thru . I'm very impressed by the customer service courteous with a high level of commitment ( detail oriented) toward their customers.Thank you very much

Nothing too bad, but they need more people there. I was trying to assist a woman just outside this establishment who was stalled in traffic, ran inside to see if they had jump start battery pack and had to wait like over 5 mins just to ask a question. Only to be told they have nothing they can help with. The wait is what got me kind of annoyed but staff wasn't mean or unfriendly.

Today the employee refused go outside do check engine light at my car. I was his first customer of the day(7:30am). I understand he was working by he self and a customer was getting at store after me. Make the second costumer wait and take care of your first costumer!!!

Ruben, the employee who assisted us, did an excellent job. A different location had sold us the wrong parts the day before, and he went above and beyond to make sure that we left with exactly what we needed. We can be difficult customers at times, and he kept a smile on his face the entire time, and calmed us down without any problems. Thanks Ruben!

I had the worst customer experience, not even a " hey how is it going". There was an older dude with an extra long beard, Lance i believe is his name, maybe he was having a bad morning. He made no eye contact or was friendly at all. It was an uncomfortable interaction. I will still visit the store because its so conveniently located and o'reilly employees are usually super friendly.

Don t waste your time here just because it s location is convenient, there s an Auto Zone up the street where they ll actually give you service.Went here cause my battery died at a light and though I was able to restart it, I was panicked. When I said I needed them to change the battery, since I was on my way to work, the salesperson said they couldn t because they were the only person in the store. When I said I couldn t buy from them then, suddenly there was someone else in the store and they could help me, but then when they looked at the battery they said it was too corroded (there was a little corrosion on the connector) for them to do anything.I then drove up the street to Auto Zone where they MIRACULOUSLY were able to brush the corrosion off with a wire brush, discovered the real problem was a loose connector, tighten it up somehow despite the corrosion, and send me on my way.

Lance has always been knowledgeable and can look at a picture of the part and know exactly what it is. We depend on his expertise and willingness to help solve the problem. Excellent asset for this store.

I very much disliked the customer service. I went in last tonight to see if they could help me with a battery .left it there over night to charge and I had just bought this battery at an autozone so it was a brand new battery . My van s alternator isn t recharging the battery . Anyways came in this morning to get it and they where very rude I asked for my battery guy goes back puts it on the counter states that it s bad and walked away. Didn t offer a new battery or nothing just left I thought it was really rude

I always get prompt service. I order parts from them about 2-3 times a day. Every once in a while they supply the incorrect part, but are quick to supply me with the correct one. This location has the best customer service out all the parts stores near by.I only call Napa and autozone if I absolutely have too.

Lance is the only reason I go to your store. I pass 3 others just to go to his store. He is fair honest and fixes everyone else's mistakes no complaints no hassle. Lance is the only reason the west valley store lives!
