I always go to Les Schwab to check the air pressure in my tires, because they do it with a smile and for free!! I went to this location because it was the closest to my job. When I went in I asked if they would see if there was a hole in one of the tires because I kept having to fill it with air every couple of days, they told me that it would be about 30 minutes, which was frustrating because I didn t want to wait there for that long, it had been a long day at work and I already didn t want to be there, and above all that I had a 30+ minute commute home. I was over it. Hunter stepped in and got it done so quick! Super grateful for him. Walker then informs me that there was a dent in one of my rims, that s why I kept needing to put in air to that specific tire. He then told me that I would need to exchange the rim because it s not safe. I was nervous wondering how I would be able to afford the new rim, but the Lord ALWAYS comes through for me! They switched out the dented rim for one they ve had sitting in the back collecting dust as a sign of good faith! What a blessing! I live far from this location but with how they went above and beyond for me like that, this is now the ONLY location I m going to for anything car related! I dislike doing mechanical things without my husband in fear I would be taken advantage of, but it was not like this, not at this Les Schwab. Shout out to Hunter & Walker! Thank you for a superb job but most importantly for the great experience.

If you're not already a Les Schwab customer, you should be. These guys deserve 10 stars! We just had new tires put on a week ago for our road trip to Texas. While we were on the highway 13 miles before town, we heard a pop and our back right wheel completely sheared off the bolts. Thank God we didn't get into or cause an accident while the wheel bounced across to the field beside the highway. We were towed to Les Schwab and "camped" overnight in our van until they opened Monday morning. They were able to get us in immediately and obtain ALL the parts needed to fix our rotor, spindle, hub, shock, custom parts, etc. Dalton and Froy and I believe a couple of other employees worked on it all day. We were expecting to have to get a hotel and wait a few days for various parts to get in, but these guys were the bomb! Their entire team is incredible and currently they are working on finishing up our van so we can get back on the road again. We cannot say enough about not only this Les Schwab, but the greater Les Schwab company as a whole. The Les Schwab who had just put our tires on last Monday in the PNW, took full responsibility and is covering all the expenses for us. We have been loyal supporters of Les Schwab for over 20 years and will continue to be. Our friends who were caravanning with us told us that based on this experience that they were switching from Discount Tires to Les Schwab. Thank you Dalton and West Valley team for the outstanding customer service. We heard Dalton just got promoted, but he and his team deserve to be promoted again!

Called at 4:48pm wasn t thinking they d take me in bc I was coming from Draper and they close a little over a hour. Explained to the gentleman my situation with my car. Not knowing if they ll take me. The gentleman said nope, go ahead and bring it in and we ll take care of it. Literally saved me from calling out tomorrow from work and from rearranging rides for my kiddos. Thank you so much Dalton.

I have a les Schwab by my house, less than 2 minutes. Worst service I drive 3x further to come to the west valley location! They have been the best . They always go above and beyond. They have demonstrated they care. They don't try to up-sale, they just want to help. They have provided me with service that no other location has been able to provide. Thanks Dalton and all the staff. This remains my home base for all tire needs

I have been a loyal customer of Les Schwab for over 20 years, and I can honestly say that they are the best tire and general automotive business in the area. They have always provided me, my family and friends with excellent service, value, and convenience. Whether it's buying new tires, getting a tune-up or fixing a flat, they always go the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied.One of the reasons I keep going back to Les Schwab is their outstanding staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They always greet me at my car when I arrive and they explain everything clearly and patiently. They never try to sell me something I don't need and they always offer me the best warranty available without the pressure to purchase one.Today, a member of the staff named Jacob aka "Jake" helped me with a tire issue and his professionalism and customer empathy reminded me of the courteous and respectful attitude that the Taylorsville, Utah location always has provided me. Its these qualities that have retained me as a customer and keep me coming back.I highly recommend Les Schwab to anyone who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and affordable tire and general automotive shop.

Fantastic experience. I did a walk-in for a same day tire repair. It took maybe 10min for them to get my vehicle in. I was preoccupied & do not recall how long it took them to do the work. However, they charged me nothing for labor or the repair! The customer service was polite & the customer waiting area is very clean with several tables. I will definitely go here again.

Les Schwab is great. I have used these guys for years. Free flat repair without buying a warranty. They are quick and do a great job. Tires are very competitive and rims are as well. Very clean and waiting area is open and distanced. I can't wait for the popcorn machine to come back from covid vacation.

Went in for a tire rotation & the way the employee s drove my vehicle before they gave it back really upset me. I am a single mom of 2 & I don t even accelerate my own vehicle like that, it s almost as if they are taking a joy ride in it, not professional at all. I take care of my vehicle very well and keep it maintained. -100/100 would not recommend this place.

Horrible Experience, The Store Manager (Shane) personally vandalized and attempted to defraud me by using a die grinder on only one half of the inside of a tire I had brought in for repair, and attempted to show me the damage He caused thinking I would forgo the Flat repair and purchase a new set of Tires, What he failed to understand and realize is I have some life experience, and briefly worked in the industry and knew what he had done. I clearly pointed out that his ruse was fraudulent because he only ground down the inside wall of one half of the tire. and had the tire actually been run flat as he was attempting to create both side walls would show damage inside and out not just one! At that point I immediate declined service and asked for the tire to be remounted and placed back on the car. Wait it gets worse! After returning into the showroom from the garage and out of view of me and other employees he used the die grinder again on the inside of the other half of the tire, in order to make the damage to the tire he caused symmetrical and to cover up his fraudulent behavior. The district and area manager Aaron Knutz has been notified so we will see what will become of this incident...so far no repercussions, apology or responsibility has been taken by upper management or Les Schwab. This west valley location is horrible. Put the wrong lugs back on the rims. Hit everything but the lug when taking them off, now the rims are scratched and banged up. Went back to get the right lugs on and the manager was acting like he was put out to fix their incompetent problem. Worst LS I have ever been to.

I had to replace an axle on my trailer. They told me they had to order a different axle that would cost more, but would come with trailer brakes. I agreed, even though the axle was a little more expensive. I waited about 6 weeks and they end up installing a different axle without trailer brakes, also without letting me know there was a change. They kept coming up with different excuses as to why this happened and why they didn't order the axle with trailer brakes. In the end they tried saying I didn't want the trailer brakes. This place is unorganized and dishonest. They value a dollar more then the customer! I also tried calling the District Manager and he said he would get back to me. Now I can't even get a hold of them either.AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

I received a wonderful experience going here! First class rating! I give to the whole group of workers! Great customer respect and service! A job well done on replacing my front axles on my 4x4 truck with a Great price! and financing to boot! What more could you even ask for! I certainly give this Les Schwab store a full 5 + Rating! Very happy customer with everything done from start to finished job done! Thank you Les Schwab for everything! Great positive team work at this West Valley City, Utah Location!!! :-)

We had a staple in our tire, woke up to a flat. Went in to Les Schwab and they were able to patch the tire and get it taken care of in an hour and didn't charge us anything out the door! 10/10 experience

quoted us $209 for a new tire replacement, we got there at 8:30am and after waiting around 30 minutes we were told we needed a different tire being $335 that needed to be picked up at a different store. They were super apologetic and said it would take a little extra time with picking it up and then starting on the car, we understood and they said they would contact us when it s finished. Around noon I called and asked for updates and they said they just got the tire and it would take around 45 minutes and they would call when finished. fast forward to 2pm, no call so we stopped by and turns out the car was finished.. lack of communication and it took 5+ hours

Went in to simply see what was causing my dash to give me the low tire pressure after just filling it up: rear drivers side tire had a nail in it. Didn t expect them to patch it up for free! I walked in and walked out within 30 mins, no appointment. Very pleasant experience (:

Had already waited 45 minutes when they took a car that had been there for 15 minutes. I questioned them about it and then they decided that I should go elsewhere for service. Very poor customer service. I'll never go there again. If I could give them a negative rating I would. They don't value people's time. Of course when it is just to fix a flat, why should they care. They aren't losing any money anyway. I went elsewhere and it turns out I needed new tires. So they did lose out on a sale. No you will never have another opportunity to serve me. When they take people who came after me before me and they get upset because I question them and then they tell me to go elsewhere. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

These guys are awesome! I've been here many of times with my last few vehicles. Recently I had a total flat, told them how money was real tight and I hope they can repair the tire. Not only did they try and SUCCEED with repairing my tire, they also did it at NO COST to me because I've been to them many times in the past! It definitely helped me out monetarily and I was able to get work in in a timely manner! Definitely will be back!!

My experience at Les Schwab Brake Service was disappointing. I initially visited for a brake replacement estimate, but they insisted on conducting an unnecessary inspection, which was time-wasting. Moreover, they returned my keys with an exorbitant quote. I would recommend avoiding this place.

Great about getting you in for a service but I would recommend going some place else for an alignment. Somehow they managed to make my truck get the death wobble, and create a ton of play in my steering. But if I don't go on the freeway it does track fairly straight.

This place is awesome. We were traveling yesterday and flew into slc airport only to find our tire was going flat on our way out. We are not from salt lake and had planned to drive five hours to get home after landing there. We rushed to this les Schwab and got there only a few minutes before they closed. They stayed and helped us out and we were back on the road within minutes. These guys rock and were super kind. Thanks!

I won t go there again ever. What would you expect when they haven t completed the work on your vehicle. Maybe they go over what they did and what you need too do to bring it back to have them complete it.The lady I paid and got my keys and paperwork from was the opposite of what I would consider customer service.My vehicle sat for 2 months waitingOn control arms from ford that we hadn t expected to need. Went back to the job totally u sure of where we were at and desperately trying to get my snowmobiles out which this was blocking. We put the calipers on backwards they said. Now does that mean left and right are mixed up or upside down. No worries lady at the desk I ll continue my confusion thanks for letting me know that s how you do business

I'm so impressed with Les Schwab. I've gone in there a couple of times concerned I had something in my tire, or had a flat tire. They checked all tires and didn't charge me anything. Remember though, if you go in there under this situation to kindly "tip" the technician that is helping you. That isn't their policy to tip but they are giving great service to help us out at no cost.Thanks Les Schwab!

So I went to try to get a replacement tire because I hit a pot hole deven the representative takes me to the computer and gives me a quote for all 4 tires talking about the he can t replace one I ask for one and he is trying to scam me to do all 4 it s my vehicle and it s my responsibility to decide what I want to do. NEVER DOING BUSINESS IN THIS PLACE. I CALL. DISCOUNT TIRE THEY TOLD ME COME ON IN AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. AND BETTER PRICE 60$ less per tire.

They are wonderful! I had a flat tire and they found out it was a bad valve stem. They fixed it in less than 1/2 hour and didn't charge me anything. I asked them how my tires looked and they said I don't need tires this year. They are super honest and have excellent service! I will definitely be returning when I need new tires!!!
