I got a Toyota tundra and it was advertised online with a blind spot monitor system and a parking monitor system. The truck has these things but the sensors do not work. The salesman at the dealership did not know how to fix this (this makes sense because he s not a mechanic) and said it probably would be cheap to fix because it was likely just a code that needed cleared. All the places near me charge a certain amount to read the code. It look like my left bumper is warped pretty bad and it is hard to tell unless you really look at it. I included a side by side view so you can see how bad the warp is. I did buy extended warranty however it costs about 300 in gas to get to salt lake and back.-Update. This truck I purchased was in an undisclosed accident. The inspection they do clearly is not that awesome. The left bumper has been hit hard and it folded under the bed. They advertised it with a blind spot monitor and parking assist. Neither of the systems work because of this accident that happened. After making Ken Garff aware of this they offered 900 of the 2500 bill it would cost to fix but I do not have 1600 dollars to drop right now. I do not know who's to blame but I would avoid here if you can. If you are set on going here then buyer beware. They are willing to not explain body damage to sell a vehicle. I would like to trade in for a vehicle that actually has the things I paid for but I cannot because I am locked in to the loan on this thing. For the record, the warranty that I paid 5K ish for does not cover any body damage from a previous owner. Body damage THEY KNEW was affecting the truck. Because of buying this warranty it has ruined my options of getting another vehicle. I am locked in to the loan at around 36K when the trucked only costed around 31K. I cannot get my money back. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Amazing experience! We were looking at trucks for about 3 weeks and came in to look at a 2012 GMC. Bret helped us out so much, even sending an overview video of the exterior and interior before we came to see it! He was the least pushy dealer we had interacted with and was very willing to work with us and our lower budget. Very nice dealer, they let us take it to our mechanic to have it looked at, and Ken Garff was willing to help us with the minor issues. Thanks Bret! We will be back when looking for our next car!

At first, Alex and Jager were super nice and helpful, we waited over a hour to go in to finance to sign paper work, after filling out the paperwork I left. The next day I found a ding and scratch on the new truck, Jager said he would make sure they were fixed since it is a brand new truck, been over three weeks and I haven t heard anything. During the whole process I tried to call Kevin over 5 times and he never picked up the phone, every time it got sent to voicemail with a full voice mail. I tried to email Kevin and Alex and got no response. Paid a lot of money to be thrown on the back burner, I ve bought a lot of vehicles at dealerships and this has been by far my worst experience, I will not return there, and I will not recommend them to anybody.

Fantastic Car buying experience. Spencer was our salesman and was great. From the whole experience from the accessories person to the finance person - Abraham - to Noni - the manager they were all great. Highly recommend. Also as your search I would start with car fax records that have green light maintenance records. We found what we wanted and then the dealership was great to work with. Very good experience. Will update the review if anything changes.

They actually started out as a 5/5, but slowly lost points along the way. They were great about responding to my emails to initially get me in to look at a car. The test drive went well, and so we went in to look at some numbers. The first sales price they gave me was significantly higher than what was posted on their website. I had to point out to them that their sales price was wrong. I should have known that was an indication of things to come, but they explained it away that the price had not updated "in their system". The rest of the negotiation was ok, but then little by little the deal changed.First they had to charge me more than agreed up for registration based on my zip code. I was not aware that registration costs vary by city to city, and I'd assumed that the cost was the same across the State. After all, registration is done by a State agency. But I took their word for it.Then after pre-paying for 3 oil changes, they told me that they use a new shop, but could not tell me which shop to go to. I still don't know where to go. When the time comes I'll take it into their shop, and hopefully they'll know where I'm really supposed to go.The night I drove my car home, the door ajar light stayed on after the door was closed. So the interior lights stayed on and drained the battery overnight. The next afternoon the car would not start. During the sale, they assured their mechanic would look over the car, and I think he would have noticed something like a faulty door ajar switch before releasing the car for sale. I emailed the sales team photos of the check engine light and ignition light that came on when it failed to start. I put the battery on my own trickle charger and it was at 35% at that time. Hard to believe something like that could make it out the door after their mechanic checked out the car.Over the course of a few days, I sent 4 emails to the sales team. No response. I filled out the survey they sent me. No response. Several times during the sale, they asked me to refer my friends and family to them, but in good conscience I cannot do that. Not after the way my deal turned out and their communication went completely dark.

Alex, Jager, and Josh were all very friendly, took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave me plenty of options, and broke down all the numbers for me to make sure I understood everything that was presented. I appreciate them going above and beyond for me, and for getting me the best deal possible for my trade-in and new vehicle. I will happily recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to Ken Garff West Valley!

My review is based on the fact that I came to purchase a car, but not one salesman came out to assist me. I was even looking at cars closer to the office but nothing. Guess they don't like making sales. I'll tale my business elsewhere...

Mixed feelings & out $3,000 down.I'm torn about my experience with Ken Garff this time around. We've done business with them in the past, and I'm not sure what made it so difficult this time around. The main reason we went to them is that they have never given us a bad deal in the past, and they were open and honest with us.This time around they sold us a 2013 Nissan Juke w/ 95,000 miles and it seemed like a good deal, however; it turned out to be a lemon. A huge issue with this particular year, make, and model is that the CVT overheats and puts the car into "LIMP" mode. We weren't told about this well known issue and 4 days after my purchase I was stranded in Nephi UT for 6 hours. It only took me 15 minutes to look up this well known issue with this particular vehicle. My wife has a 2015 Nissan Juke and we've never had this issue, but as it turns out 2015 was the year Nissan fixed this issue with the Juke.Prior to having this breakdown in the middle of nowhere I had attempted to return the vehicle to Ken Garff and was persuaded that it was a good car and that the 2013 Nissan Juke had no major issues and to keep it.I should have listened to my instincts and said: "No way, I'm not having this I want a different car." Little did I know if I had done so at that time I wouldn't have been out my $3,000 down payment. So with less than 500 miles driven and less than two weeks after the purchase I attempted to get into a different car. Now they told me that because the financing had closed I was S.O.L. and the $3,000 was gone into the nether. They were only willing to give me the "trade in value" of $6,500 for the Juke I had just paid $12,965 for a few weeks earlier.Only after my wife left a scathing review with only 1 star did they seek to make reparations. It took them a few days after that to reach out to me and ask me to call to see what they could do to fix the issue. In the meantime I had taken the Juke to several dealers to see what I could get for the "trade in value" of the car and into a different vehicle, they were all willing to give me at least $7,500 for the car to help pay it off . Kelley Blue Book says the trade in value for this particular car bottoms out at $7,244 and maxes out at $9,551. So why Ken Garff wasn t willing to make the whole thing go away and give me my $3,000 back and the max trade in value was beyond me.They fixed the issue by finally offering me $8,500 for the car to help me into a different vehicle. Our bank, after we called them, was willing to give us a loan for the amount of the other car, because we would own more than the car was worth. So after this experience we were out $3,000 down and $1,000 for the difference of the cost of the Juke.I know very little about cars and wanted to get into a car that would be reliable and last, so this wasn t a good experience, however; it was tolerable. I m not sure if I ll do business with Ken Garff again, but if I do I ll be far more shrewd about their Special Deals .4/23/2021 - Update I'm going to their service department today, and they offered a free 2nd key when we purchased the car. I hope they follow through with that promise, considering the fact that the Fiat is having some issues with its electrical systems.

The guys at Ken Garff West Valley are AWESOME!! They treated us like VIP'S throughout our entire experience and were very knowledgeable about the types of vehicles we were interested in and had multiple options to show us. And when none of those were quite right, they went back to work and found the PERFECT SUV for me! I love my new car and we'll be going back soon for a truck as well. I can't recommend this place enough! They're GREAT!!!

I love my car but the guy who sold it to me lied about the issues the car had and then completely ignored me when I tried to reach out to him to get the safety issues fixed. I ended up having to talk to his boss directly

I had the worst experience here and I ve been to multiple Ken Garff stores. The only person I liked here was Kevin. I was given an I owe you as I missing some things from the car. Long story short I never got anything from the I owe you and it was EXTREMELY difficult to reach the salesman who was in charge of the I owe you. I have since traded in my vehicle for a better car with better service from a different store.

Had a wonderful experience buying a used car. Daniel was very helpful and informative during the whole process. They were willing to get different cars from other lots for me to test drive on different days if needed. Financing took some time but it was very easy.

Had a very easy car buying experience here. Worked with Bret who made sure I was in a reliable vehicle, he was super helpful in finding options when I explained what I wanted. Once I settled on a vehicle. He made sure detailing was done and also made sure I didn't forget stuff in my trade in. (Almost forgot stuff under the cargo storage space) . If you come to this location, ask for Bret, he really is helpful and has your best interest at mind.

Bought a certified used 2017 jeep grand Cherokee and 2 days latter the check engine light came on i call the dealer and they told me to take it into there shop called to make an appointment they were not able to get me in for close to a month made the appointment 3 days latter they send me a text to take it in to the shop they did not do the emissions inspection so i did now they want me to pay $3,700 for it to fixed you would think if it was a certified used jeep that all thet would have been fixed now they re holding off until the 30 days are up to make me pay for it after telling them that I want to return it

Vladimir was a great salesman. He tried hard to get me my dream car in the price range a month I could afford. When I experienced an issue he was there to get it set up to get looked at and Ken Garff covered the expense. It takes time to get a call back (a few hours)but they will do it. Everyone was so polite and professional. I will definitely go back and recommend to anyone.

When I was purchasing my vehicle. The salesman told me that my credit union (MACU) does not finance vehicles over 100,000 miles. That was a lie. They do, at 3% interest. However, the sales man lied and pressured me to use the one they are partnered with (Ally Financial). Which. Had a 12% interest rate. So, Ken Garff, as represented by the people within their location, is nothing but scammers that lie and pressure you to conform to companies they are partnered with, that have an absurdly high interest rate. Along with that, my rear view mirror was broken at the time of sale, and they reassured me they discounted the vehicle. They did not.

Buyer beware. GPS add-on is $995. Ken Garff will lead you to believe the GPS is included in the price. Read the documents carefully before signing anything. Read every word. Waste their time. The dealership will not do you any favors. I can't believe we as a society have allowed car dealerships to be so scummy.Ken Garff, don't bother with a response. I already know you won't do anything about it.

Mostly an average experience. Issues I have is they sold me a car empty on fuel and gave me a $20 voucher in an economy when fuel is $4.30 a gallon. Also the detail job was awful!! I think they may have sprayed it down with water, maybe, rims weren t buffed, mud in the truck bed, water spots everywhere but ZERO Interior work. I took it home and spent and hour detailing it myself. I Made a complaint they said I can bring it back for a better detail job.But really who wants to go back to a dealership the next day and spend more time for them to correct something they failed on, not me! Just do it right the first time! I ll just leave my review and move on. I ve had better experiences elsewhere.

Everything was good until I got in the truck. He said he'd fill the tank and then gave me $20. I don't know if you filled the tank in a diesel truck recently, but after spending $45,000 on a truck you'd think he would stay true to his world

I m leaving 2 stars for the service center, and wish I could leave 5 for both my salesman. They WERE and still ARE extremely kind, and knew what I was asking for within my price range, without breaking the bank and got me into something I absolutely love, that will get me to my every day errands, however I am LIVID with the SHOP s services.. my car has been back twice in the shop, for (I m going to use the word negligence) for the guys working on it. They were careless the first time and broke the plastic cover on the side of my seat, not sure if they thought I wouldn t notice or care? But I brought it to their attention immediately because that was NOT how I left my car in their care. The second time I took it back I gave them 4 things to fix, and the only thing I asked to be fixed on the inside of my car was the center console cracks, they took my dash apart, (and I can t figure out why that was necessary) and didn t bother to even clip it back in properly and there is GREASE or RUST stains all over my passenger seat, I m not sure what or why this keeps happening but I am highly disappointed in the service I received from the shop. I expect the inside and outside of my car back in the condition it was left there in minus that I would like the repairs done properly. I don t want to pay out of pocket to go to another shop to have repairs done, since they can be done for free there, but I also don t want to sit and pay to have my car detailed every time because they can t place protective gear over my seats before getting in the car. I am supposed to trust that my car won t be ruined with every repair but holy cow.. take pictures before you leave any vehicle with the shop
