Don't purchase a vehicle from this dealer, as they are selling cars above MSRP. Other dealers in the valley are not, so bring your business elsewhere. Ford's CEO has spoken out against this practice as the dealers don't set the price. We are at year end and they are still listing 2023 above MSRP.If they participate in this practice, I am sure they will also gouge you on service, which seems evident from the reviews.

I've been waiting for a recall part to come in and was told it would be a week and I would get a call back....it's been almost a year and I've called and texted numerous times with nothing. Now I have 2 recalls that need to be fixed on my car and trying to get a hold of the service department is a nightmare.But I will say I had a good experience with my oil change. Just wish communication was better.

Needed a catalytic converter & a waterpump repair done on my car they did it and did it well. On my car the waterpump is a complicated process so it wasnt cheap. But they did get it done fast and had great communication. They even got me a lyft back home.I removed a star mainly cause i wasnt happy bout the repair bill but meh really thats my fault for liking the car i have. Im still givn it 4 stars Technically should be like 4.5 but whatever.

Called to talk to a shop advisor on car issues and make appointment to get repair. Front receptionist (service) told me advisor busy and they would call when available. Well it's been two days and no call. Took vehicle to competition. Disappointed with service shop.

Yikes. Poor fleet service. Impossible to get them to call you back. They had to replace my water pump twice because they didn t tighten all the bolts.

Waited 20+ minutes for the privilege of speaking with any salesperson. Turns out I don t need to buy Ford trucks after all.
