I came in on Friday 2/2 at 12:30 for a tire rotation and oil change. On the inspection video Ernesto said I had a huge oil leak and transmission leak, as well as my rear control arms are breaking. I talked to terry at the front desk of their service area and he told me the control arms are not a safety issue more of just a noise and if it doesn t bother me it should be fine. He also stated my oil leak was tiny. On the papers I received it said small oil leak and the front control arms are breaking not the rear. That s super confusing when I m hearing three different things. I also went to go start my car and my push to start button and the sticker around it was pulled off as well as my button protector. Someone had just set it in my cup holder and wasn t going to tell me. I walked back in and one of the technicians came out to look and said they need to order it to replace it, he didn't get any information from me. Walked back out to my car started it and turned my wiper blades on and the driver side one was ripped. I had been using my wipers all day because it was raining and they were not ripped before coming into Ken garff. Two things on my car are broken now that never were before I gave my keys to them. I am very upset and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Let s be honest, buying a car can be one of the most miserable experiences sometimes. Not here though! Tucker, Tyler, Scott, and Steven are so amazing!! I had such an incredible experience every step of the way. I m so so thankful for all of their help. Tucker helped me go through everything and made sure I was getting the reliable car that I needed. He seriously went above and beyond to help me. I will forever recommend going and seeing Tucker to anyone needing a good vehicle. Thank you Tucker for everything and then some!! What an amazing team at this location!!

Tyler was fantastic! Knew the F-150 product extremely well. He was a consummate professional and kept me informed throughout the negotiating, financing and delivery processes. He followed up the evening we purchased and again in the days that followed assuring the truck and dealership were meeting all expectations. Would highly recommend both Tyler and Garff Ford to both family, friends and colleagues. Thanks for simple and pleasurable car buying experience!

The worst experience I have truly ever had as a consumer in my entire life.To start, I drove all the way from Las Vegas to SLC to pick up a vehicle.Kourtney, the salesperson sent me a video of the vehicle (Chevy Cruze) stated that it was in perfect condition, very minor used wear but no issues.I drive 7 hours, get there, the car has bas alignment. First red flag. I purchase the vehicle regardless, figured alright, just an alignment. I give my down payment, start my drive back to Vegas.Well, turns out that they sold me the car with the rear bumper clips not even secured. An hour into my road trip back, the bumper flys off. One hour into purchasing the vehicle and the insurance is already dealing with a claim since it hit a Semi Truck I had no option but to make the claim. I call Kourtney and she tells me verbatim, "its not our fault, bumpers dont just fall off" yeah, I know they dont just fall off. Thats what happens when you sell a car with no clips attaching the bumper and you're going 80mph on the highway. After getting no where with her, the manager of the dealership decided that they're going to cover a measly 200$ for their lies. My deductible was 500$, ontop of the alignment. The car was in the shop for weeks, so I had to make my first payment for a vehicle I couldnt even use. If it was up to her she wouldnt have given me a dime.Trying to reach out to Steven, the finance mgr has also been a nightmare, the guy dodges my calls, texts, voicemails, everything. Please be careful when buying from this dealership, they will smile and laugh until you give them money and then its the total opposite. In the photos from Kourtneys video she sent me, I did not notice until after how popped out the bumper was from both ends of where the clips go.In review; Drove 15 hours to and from SLC for a damaged vehicle, management was a nightmare to deal with, sales person was not helpful at all, my insurance policy was canceled due to the accident happening not even TWO hours after getting the car, my insurance premium skyrocketed. These people seriously messed the rest of my year up, be careful and inspect every inch of they vehicle they try to sell you from here.I think the only helpful person was Michelle, who was responsive to me and my request for a copy of the contract.

Best car buying experience ever! We found ourselves in quick need of a new car on the way home during our cross country trip. Our sales advisor, Edgar Prieto couldn't have been more friendly, helpful or professional. With his help, as well as the rest of the crew at the dealership, we were able to transfer our gear, and be on our way with a beautiful new Ford Expedition in a few days. I could not more highly recommend!

Tucker was awesome! We were in and out in no time. We got the truck we wanted at the price we wanted. Even in the finance department went pretty smooth but it was a cash deal. Thank you so much Tucker!

I read a lot of reviews about this place, many not so good. My first experience was not great but that all turned around the second day I went because I worked with Rico Martinez who was kind, upfront, and understanding with us. He took good care of us in this one off situation purchasing a used vehicle. I cannot speak to the quality of the rest of the staff or dealership as our experience was a quick, in and out, purchase and we only interacted with him and the finance woman who was also kind and didn t try to hard sell us on any extras (we had financing prepared in advance). If anything comes up post purchase I will update this review but as of writing this is the morning after the purchase.

"We hear you" (...but they don't listen).AWFUL. The epitome of why people dislike car dealerships. Not specifically the people, but as a whole. And admittedly, some of this is my fault for being trusting.I was going to buy a particular Mustang; I test drove it, but it was sold before I could come to a decision. To prevent this from happening to the other Mustang I was interested in but had not seen in person (same year and trim less money with more mileage), I placed a $1500 downpayment over the phone. I did buy "as-is" with no extended warranty, as there were no issues disclosed to me. Again, I trusted that the dealership would be honest.Within ten days of purchase, the brakes started to grind. I know that when brakes are grinding, the issue has been ongoing for months, so they likely knew about it from their trade-in inspection. I contacted them. It took nearly 4 weeks to return my many contacts, as the person was "on vacation." By this time, I had not been driving the car for over a week due to the brakes and had taken it to an auto repair place, where they quoted me the necessary repairs: fix loose control arm bolts, replace two disc rotors, fix the valve cover gasket, and canister purge valve. Over $1k in repair costs. I asked this guy back from his vacation if they would do these repairs for free (I sent him the evaluation from the reputable auto repair place), and he said he wanted his garage to look at it. I didn't want to drive the car an hour to his location, considering its condition.A service manager from the dealership called me and left a voicemail to "discuss," but I had already waited several weeks and the previous guy at the dealership wouldn't commit to repairing the car at no cost, so I then gave the go-ahead for the (local to me) auto repair place to complete the work (again, it had been nearly a month). Now I need to have the transmission evaluated because it is difficult to shift. All of this is not something that happens suddenly, but things that wear over time, and I have not put near the miles on the car necessary to cause these issues since purchase, only leading me to believe they existed when I purchased the car (which they would have known from the trade-in inspection). It was just an all-around bad experience that I wanted to share in the hope that others could avoid going through what I am.I should have known better. All of the billboards, the downtown building with the name on it, and fancy dealership office spaces are not free; the customers are paying for all of that with overpriced vehicles. I am all for profit. Sure. But this... anyway.I hear them now... laughing all the way to the bank at our expense.

Inquired about pricing and installation for a mirror replacement on my 2013 Ford escape. They quoted me $500.00 for the mirror and $ 200.00 for installation. I ordered one myself, paid $ 224.00 for the mirror and took me a half hour to change it out. Spent half the money for the parts. $224.00 plus $ 6.00 for shipping, Huge savings. This place is a rip off.

Had a vehicle towed in. Had zero communication for 4 days. I called they said it would be a few days before they could look at it. They finished a few of the recalls a day or 2 later. They ordered parts and I will have to bring it back. Whoever was in our car stole things from our car. Nothing very valuable like food and drink but pretty basic don't steal from your customers.

After months of looking around and debating me and the wife finally decided to buy a new vehicle , our salesman Tyler was very good to deal with considering how indecisive we were going to the dealer ship multiple times test driving multiple vehicles and not being able to decide what we wanted, he was very knowledgeable on all the vehicles we looked at and never did we feel like we were being rushed or wasting his time. We ended up with a bronco sport and we love it. Tyler made the whole experience amazing and Matt in financing was easy to deal with as well he was very informative on everything we went over. I would definitely recommend these guys and will definitely be back when it s time to purchase another vehicle.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and during that process they found an issue that was covered under my warranty. Thank goodness because my warranty was over in 1100 miles. I m very grateful for their attention to detail.

I came to get a new car, Junior was the sales representative that helped me out. Not only did he hide the interest rates and absolutely lie about the condition of the car. he also made me wait two weeks, miss a vacation with my family by promising me the car and not delivering four separate times, as well as he was not even the one that gave me the keys at the end of the transaction. I ve done sales for about five or six years and this is by far the worst salesman I have ever met in my entire life. Do not buy a car from here. You are better off just walking to work.-an extremely unsatisfied customer-You guys suck-Eli Greer

So I work at this gas station not so far away and this couple just literally got this vehicle from this specific location. for some reason it has broke down. It's one of those computerized vehicles. From 7:15-7:45 we kept calling the store trying to get a hold of someone. We pressed 1 sales It would ring 8-10 times and then repeat the selection menu. We pressed 2 for service and it took us to a voicemail saying they were closed. We pressed 3 for parts and it went straight to voicemail saying they were close. Now personally (and I work customer service as well) it doesn't matter if you close at 8 pm and it's 7:51 it is still my job to answer the phone regardless of how much I want to get out of there. These guys are getting towed now to pep boys to see what's wrong with the car they just drove off the lot and I have to say the impression that this location has given off is one of not caring. I will be buying a vehicle soon and I was considering this seeing how I pass by it all the time to get to work but with the clear lack of any kind of care from their end I will most certainly not be going to this ken garff or any for that matter. They have misrepresented the company and have left a permanent bad vibe concerning the location. I feel really bad for this couple dude. But you can hit 1 repeatedly and I don't know if it automatically sends you back to the selection menu or if someone just got tired of hearing it ring and decided to press a button to ignore the call but that's the way it came off.

This place is a living nightmare - I have never had a more negative and memorable experience. I purchased the 3 oil change advantage care package - DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE.I will say my very initial car buying experience (in late January) here was as smooth as it could be, but oh was that short lived. Two weeks after buying a 2020 outback w/ 20k miles - the battery completely dies and will not hold a charge. This dealership claims to do a 100 point inspection but do NOT believe them. How was my battery somehow shot after two weeks of driving off the lot? Doubt they checked. Thankfully that was covered under Subaru warranty.Cue the next issue. At my first oil change in April it was brought to my attention all of my tires were so misaligned that they needed full replacements. But when my inspection sheet was printed - no red/warning marks were indicated on the sheet? This is so their M.O. I questioned how the hell my car could need a full set of new tires when I have only been driving three months when apparently the tires were perfectly aligned when I bought it? They completely denied it and sent me on my way. I went to discount tire (amazing) to get them replaced.Onto the next oil change - this time my fianc was taken advantage of. He took it in for the standard oil change and was let know that the car qualified for a 30k mile tune up, he said if the car needs it and was never.quoted how much it would be. At the end of the service he was asked to pay 900 dollars!! My fianc had no idea they were even doing it because they failed to confirm. Red flag: committing your customer a service without any explanation??Third and finally - the cherry on top. I was going to write a review regardless but this experience really showed that the only place the people who work here belong is jail. As usual I take my car in for its final oil change and I am made aware that my brakes need FULL replacement (car is a 2020 w/ 38k miles). I find this ridiculous and say I will get a second opinion - so the service guy says my brakes are almost to a point of metal on metal. Regardless I drive it off the lot (with an inspection sheet that says my brakes are needing replaced). Fast forward a week of worrying and barely driving my car because I m concerned I ll damage them further. I take my car into Pyle automotive and they inform me that my brakes are in no way need of repair and I have years of life left on them. Saved me 700 dollars.Long story short - THESE GUYS ONLY WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND WANT YOUR MONEY. They will lie, cheat, and change whatever evidence to fit their narrative. Please for the love of god save yourself the trouble and go to a small local shop -because these guys already punched their one way ticket to hell.

I have bought from multiple dealerships over the years and never had an issue until buying from Ken Garff. I bought the truck approx. 7 weeks ago now. The dealership agreed to fix issues related to the check engine light being on, as well as the broken antenna. They would not replace the tires, so I purchased tires with them when I bought the truck. Week after week I heard nothing regarding the tires or parts for my truck. I patiently reached out a few times, asking for a time frame when those would come in, and no one would get back to me. Management never answered my phone calls. I always got sent to voicemail, and when someone in sales would answer I was put on hold or they would say "hello, anyone there?" and then hang up on me. Finally I had to call a gentleman in parts to get answers, and he was able to see one part was ordered but couldn't see anything ordered for my antenna or tires. He delivered the message to sales for me. I was within days of driving on expired temp tags and still hadn't received an answer regarding my truck. I politely reached out and expressed that I still hadn't heard anything regarding my truck and asked for a new temp tag. The sales associate told me to continue driving with the expired temp tag! I am Law Enforcement and told them that I was not going to do that and demanded a new temp tag. The part and tires came in and I was never contacted. Yet again, I had to contact the dealership to find out that they were there. When I received my truck back after getting the new tires put on and the check engine issue "fixed", all 4 of my wheels were damaged, they were in new condition when I bought the truck. The dealership had no remorse for their staff's mistake and was not empathetic towards damaging my truck. Then proceeded to offer to touch up the wheels with paint! My check engine light is still on, the antenna was never fixed and now wheels that are $500 a piece are damaged. My Father and I have contacted the dealership multiple times, trying to get a day scheduled that I can bring the truck in to get fixed, and they continued to blow us off. The only positive I can give credit to was dealing with Jake in financing, he was super friendly, personable and excellent at communicating. I have done all the work communicating with the dealership regarding everything else. Ken Garff was already paid and received the money for my truck and the tires weeks ago. I am only asking that they honor our original agreement, to fix the issues regarding the truck when I bought it so it can pass emissions and to replace the wheels that their staff damaged. They have no respect for a paying customer's time or money, extremely poor communication. I would never recommend this dealership and will never bring my business back here again.

Everybody was super nice very professional helped me out a ton very transparent and it was awesome that they were able to put on an aftermarket transmission oil pan that was an upgrade from the plastic one. We also needed to set another appointment for the end of January and one of the people that work there offered options that went above and beyond working around that appointment as well couldn t of had a better experience.

The sales man I had totally did not have my best interest at heart.I did not like how I was treated trying to buy the car I wanted.they only wanted the most amount of money for a car that I can get somewhere else for less. They would not work with me at all and the sales manager said they would turn the car on for me but the salesmen I had JR did not even start the car for me so I could know how it sounded.they have market up the car too where you would just be better off getting the same car and for a lower price at another dealer. Sorry too say they have fallen from what used too be a very reliable place now is just Very disappointing....

Austin May was so easy to work with, super cool and no pressure. He let me test drive as many cars as I wanted to and gave honest advice. I felt like he wanted to help me more than he wanted to sell me something. I would recommend him 100 times.

Went in for oil and filter change only with an appointment. Although they were able to get my vehicle on the rack within 10 minutes, it still took them an hour and a half just to change the oil and the filter! This is just ridiculous. They use young men who do not have a lot of experience and obviously don t worry about how long it takes - I noticed the one man constantly checking his phone. Last time I was in this here I got home and the guy had allow the oil to get all over the frame of my truck and it leaked down onto my garage floor so I was very unhappy about that. Do not recommend this place if you need the work done in an expedient manner.

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. After purchasing a used car for my college daughter, we noticed the blinker wasn t working. In the process of trying to fix the lamp we found out that there was an issue with the wiring. I called back Ken Garff West Valley Ford and received no help even though they had noted when they had gone through the vehicle that there was an issue with the light. I had to spend additional $600 to fix the wiring of the front lights. My daughter has had the car for three months and now it is having transmission issues. We had to pay another $600 to have the transmission fluid flushed and it is highly evident that Ken Garff does not do anything to check the cars they take in to sell and do not do anything to take any responsibility for not going checking through them and selling cars with potential serious issues. I would never ever purchase a car here again and I will tell all my friends to not even think about it.

Our salesman was Justin and he was absolutely the best! We went there to find a Raptor truck and saw a Bronco Raptor that we thought our son would love. We went back with our son, who sat in the driver s seat, (Justin was up front with him), while we sat in the back. Justin showed Ryan all the features of this vehicle and explained everything it could do. Then he drove it off the lot and we went for a drive. My son Ryan more than loved it and told Justin he was sold on it. That was last Saturday and we are going to pick it up today, (Wednesday). My family knew Ken and Bob Garff and we have purchased most all of our vehicles from Garff. They are the best! Thank you Garff Ford andJustin!

Recently got my car to use for business purposes, Moh my salesman has been amazing every time. I knew I was buying a used car that was beautiful. After getting it there was a strong cigarette smell coming from the cabins. Moh told me to bring it back to get it detailed and he threw some new tires in there too. I have followed Moh to every dealership he goes his service is above and beyond. Very thankful to Steve the finance manager who was able to meet my budget needs without any problems!

So far, so good. The service advisor named Robert W in the Quick Lane was immediately attentive to my needs. I told him about my previous experience at Larry H Miller Service Department in Draper being awful, so I practically begged Robert to help me. He totally did! He was calm and got me handled immediately. I was SOOO relieved because life has been crazy. We will be ordering parts etc. I hope things continue to go well in the future with these guys. So far, so good on my first visit.

Bought a vehicle from tyler in november, was told the car was ready to drive off the lot. It was not checked for emissions. This delayed my registration causing me to drive around on expired plates. After me reaching out several times I finally got a straight answer. Do Not go here if you want quality customer service
