So excited that the sales team were able to get us into the 2024 Ram Pro-master. I own a local water damage restoration company called Utah Flood Guys and we are growing! This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Ken Garff in the last year and they helped with paring us to Business lenders seamlessly. There is no question that I will buy more and our sales associate Aaron Clow bent over backwards with options on up fitting the van with shelving. Ask for Aaron directly in sales you won t go wrong.

I purchased a car off this dealers website and had it delivered a few weeks. I am usually a little nervous about doing so, but thought it's a big dealer and would be honest. The car is a 2022 VW with 11k miles on it, i asked all the questions and made sure the carfax was good. Not really the case..... after having the car down here a week i noticed an issue with one of the tires and took it in thinking might need a patch. NOPE, they shipped me a car with incredibly unsafe tires (see pics). This is a family car mind you, and anything could have happened at freeway speeds here in Arizona. Now this leaves me with questions of how could they miss this? Is the carfax correct? This can't be 11k mile tires, why are they wearing like that? This could have blown out at any time! Now i need to take it in and get inspected. To top it off, the dealer is not responding to any of my emails. Great service. Don't buy from them!

I m from out of state, arrived in SLC the day before Easter, and suddenly developed a significant oil leak on my 14 Jeep Wrangler. I called some local shops on Monday morning but they couldn t get me in for days, and I was scheduled to leave SLC on that Wednesday. Then I called up Ken Garff and service adviser Antonio said bring it right in. Less than 24 hours later, technician Jerry had it fixed. Antonio s communication was excellent, and being so far from home he really gave me peace of mind. I can t remember the last time I got such great service from any dealership, even in my home state. Thanks guys!!

Disappointed with Service at Ken Garff West Valley FordI recently had a frustrating experience at Ken Garff West Valley Ford. While I initially received good attention from Robb, and Jordan, things went downhill after several visits searching for a specific vehicle.Despite ongoing communication, updates on the vehicle's availability became scarce. Finally, after multiple visits, the vehicle appeared on the lot. However, the advertised price of $62,735 was inflated to $67,735 a $5,000 overpriced. And this was a week ago!My attempts to reach Robb and Jordan for clarification went unanswered. Emails and phone messages resulted in no response. This lack of communication was unprofessional and disrespectful.Finding a car should be a positive experience. Unfortunately, in my case, Ken Garff West Valley Ford fell short of basic customer service expectations.

Beware of this dealer for any kind of service whatsoever.Had an emergency on the road. I live in LA but when the engine on my Ram started performing poorly with an engine light on, the first place I went recommended Ken Garff. Ken Garff West Valley recommended service and said they wouldn t be able to get to it for a few weeks. They also recommended I not operate the vehicle due to the issue possibly causing damage if I did drive it. So i rented a vehicle to continue my work and my journey. After many $1000 s later in expenses to fix what was I believe a spark plug, I returned to find that the dealership had left my vehicle unlocked and vandals had ransacked and burglarized some tools and equipment I was forced to leave behind for the couple of weeks they took to fix it. They said the vehicle was kept in a portion of the property with no security cameras so they were unable to provide the police with surveillance footage. They also claimed that there were a dozen break ins that month alone and that they never reported it to the police because nothing was stolen. I filed a claim with my insurance and they then denied it because the dealership claimed responsibility. But they have done nothing of the sort. They have since ghosted me and there is no indication that any attempt to make this right will be made by any of the Chad s or upper mgmt at all. It appears they are chiefly in this for maximum profits (not service to people), at the expense of the people they serve. It s likely the staff scoped my situation and engineered the perfect scenario to get away with stealing a few thousand $$$ of my business property. Poor form and poor dealership.

This place has been a life's lesson for me. I always heard about being ripped off by the dealership but not I am living proof!(Warning) If you cherish your money and you time not to mention your patience. do not go to this place!! they mislead me about the time frame It would take to get my car back from 2-3 hours it took 7 days to do a 3 hr diagnostic that cost me over 500 and all they did was tell me I could pay them 7000$ for a new transmission or have them partially rebuild my transmission for 2000$ my car is a 2003. Sonya was the worst at getting back to me.. updating me on my car, she made me call the place 20 times in all the days they had my car waiting from extension to extension each time avoiding my calls.. and intentionally leaving me with no vehicle all weekend being vindictive and spiteful making everything hard and difficult about the process yes ! Sonya! Is the worst!! down to the over hour wait for the Uber there telling me someone canceled it made me call again wait. Super fake personality keep up the terrible service I'm telling everyone go anywhere but here. I hope to save other people headache and being burned. That is all

This dealership does not "HEAR" you. I came in for a recall and got Dismissed inside physically at the dealership after making an appointment online! I can understand they need to order a part. However I called on the phone three times and had three employees stating they were going to help me but never did. I would never buy a car here or get it serviced. I am going somewhere else after trying to get help for SIX months bye Felicia!

We had AJ as our salesperson and he was absolutely on point. He worked outside of hours to help me out and had us send everything in ahead of time so we weren t sitting at the dealership for hours. He was super friendly and sociable and got us a phenomenal deal. Even the finance manager was impressed at the strings AJ was able to pull. Mike in sales was also awesome and the whole experience was great and made car buying a great experience. I traded a vehicle for my new car and that was super easy. AJ also didn t try to talk me out of the car of my choice like my last salesperson. He got back to me asap unlike other dealers. My point is, AJ is awesome and you should ask for him but also you should buy a car at Ken Garff. Super pleased with my buying experience.

UPDATE: Daniel Galaviz did it again! This is our third truck we ve bought with Daniel at Ken Garff and there is nobody we d rather go to. The professionalism and industry knowledge he has makes us feel like we have a vehicle professional who is looking out for us. Rhett the finance guy always gets us the best possible financing, the relationships he has with the institutions is sure to get you best pricing with the bank or CU you want or need.Daniel G gave us exceptional service! He got us into a better truck at a lower cost than any of the other dealers we worked with! Ken Garff is dedicated to their customers and is willing to work around the clock to give you the best purchasing experience. They are passionate about getting you into exactly what you want and more without exceeding your bounds!

Absolute worst service department I have ever dealt with. Aly is impossible to get a hold of and have left several voicemails for the service manager with no return calls. I have been waiting for over 7 months for a part that they keep saying "no update". They had me pay for a rental car while they looked at it for over a week as well. I would highly discourage from ever doing business with this dealer.

I purchased my second new truck from this dealership today. David Tran and the Finance Manager Rhett went above & beyond to ensure I received great customer service. I highly recommend this dealership to others considering a new or used RAM truck! It is not easy to find great service these days this was excellent service!

Incredibly terrible experience, I leased a truck from this dealership in March. 1st It came with aftermarket rims, tires, and suspension that required tightening, and recalibration after the 1st 100 miles, and I wasn t notified. Then they couldn t do the service for a few weeks. Then the battery died after sitting for full day. The key within key fob doesn t unlock the truck. I wanted to take it in, in case it was something drawing power, I had AAA open the truck, bought a new battery, and it s fixed the issue. Then I received a letter informing me of stipulations specifying what my insurance policy had to be structured as, that was never mentioned initially, updated the policy to meet their requirements. Now I m trying to file a claim my insurance, and because I ve changed my policy so recently they want proof that I was required to update my policy based on the lease terms, I requested a copy of the form and was told it would arrive with 3-5 days, and I m going two weeks. When I called for an update they kept sending me yo different departments, and I couldn t get any help!

If you like lemons this is the place. Lots of 1 star reviews from people who bought used vehicles there. Bought a used Ram and tried to put gas in it but the fuel line was blocked. When it came time to make my second payment the engine had a issue. I took it in and here I am two weeks later with no truck and the only update I got is we are waiting on parts. Poor communication and over all a poor experience. Two major issues within three months of having a vehicle from Ken Garff. If you are looking for a used vehicle I suggest looking somewhere else.Instead of a generic response how about a real update on my truck I just bought in September.Update: being told it could be the end of the year before the parts are available. So now I will not have a truck I purchased at the end of September for what could at least be a month. So I work for a month to pay on a truck that is sitting at the dealership.

Took my Jeep in for service before a long road trip since it was having electrical issues. I told them it was the alternator. They fixed the water pump and hoses. They said the alternator was fine and recommended I get a new battery. I go on my trip thinking everything is fine, just to be stranded in the middle of nowhere due to a dead ALTERNATOR! After a large towing fee to get it home, they then tell me it will cost even more to change the alternator that they should have changed the first time. I'll be selling my Jeep and finding a new dealership for a replacement vehicle. I've owned it less than a year.

I came in Monday told them I had a flat tire. They said they ll fix it. They called me told me my car was ready. I trusted them and picked it up and drove it back home. Then today on my way to pick up my kids again it was showing my tire was low. They never fixed it ! It was the same tire with the same nail on it. They just rotated. Came back and told them they said they never saw it. When clearly they send me a video when they were fixing it and you can see the same nail it had clearly. Im disappointed honestly

Bought a Truck brand new and was told that warranty covers up to 100000 miles or 3 years now I m calling with an issue with my shocks that needs replace with 40000 miles on my truck and was told that shocks only covers up to 36000 mile s. Disappointing I was gonna buy trucks for my company from them but I ll look somewhere else. A $1k that lost them thousands of dollars down the road. Disappointing, dishonest place

UPDATE: Ken Garff responded to my review and said someone would be reaching out to me to rectify the situation, and of course we have had zero contact from anyone at the dealership. No surprise there. Stay away!We had the most terrible experience with this repair shop. We were visiting from out of state when our van kept overheating. They completely misdiagnosed the problem but still charged us a whopping $185 for the misdiagnosis. Then the service advisor tried to scam us out of nearly $250 by inflating the repair quote and blaming it on the computer not correctly computing the price. It was a completely ridiculous experience. We ended up taking the car to a small, local mechanic who diagnosed the problem as a hole in the coolant hose, had it fixed within an hour and charged us a fair and reasonable amount. Whatever you do, don t take your vehicle here to be repaired. Unless of course you enjoy blowing your money for no reason, then this is the place for you.

Awful experience from this place. Took my van (Chrysler Pacifica) into this location on September 18, 2023, for a repair covered under warranty. I m still waiting to get my van back and there s no end to this madness in sight. They have tentatively said January 10, 2024. Still, no guarantees that s the date as it has consistently been pushed back for months, shaking our confidence any resolution is coming in the near future. Amidst all of the waiting, I continue to make monthly payments for a vehicle I haven t seen in months. The only thing Ken Garff has offered is a car rental for $30/day. Understandable pricing if I m waiting a week. But over the course of 117 days (Sept 18-Jan 10, 2024) and counting, that becomes another financial burden. Zero empathy from this place. Poor service. Do not recommend.

On Jan. 9th I came to get a recall done on my 2023 Ram 1500 the service desk said it could not be done that day even though it was only a computer flash that would take minutes and to come back the next morning. The next morning I showed up at 9;00am at which time Alexandra Dinning met me at the roll up door with a smile on her face and asked me how she could help. I explained that I needed to get the up date done so that I could get the license plates for the truck. She said that she would get right on it and directed me to the waiting lounge. Half way through the update she came to the lounge to see how I was doing and gave me an update. Once the update was done she came to the lounge to inform me and said she had gone and got my plates from the office and installed them on the truck. The attention, smile and service I got from Alexandra was way better than I had received the day before from the other services writer's. Thanks Alexandra.

Wow. This is what car buying should be. Ron Szitas took great care of us, from the initial phone call inquiry (from our home in AZ!) through the purchase, to the follow up call the next day after we returned home. We were treated with integrity and honesty and respect and that is saying a lot. I have not had this type of buying experience elsewhere and it was refreshing in general, let alone after driving 10 hours from home to get there!Everyone we worked with was great. They worked hard to get us out the door quickly because they knew we had a long drive ahead back home. We looked at multiple trucks at other dealers before this, even called other dealers, and no one seemed to really care about winning our business except Ron. Worth the drive and time we spent to go out of our way to get there. Thank you again Ron & the Ken Garff team!

VERY POOR SERVICE AND THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE!My wife went in for a simple vehicle registration that should take 15 minutes or less. She was waiting for almost 2 hours, with young children, before out of frustration, she finally took her car back for which they provided NO service. Are you kidding me?Since they had her waiting for so long, they tried to use the excuse that her battery died, which if it did, the trip timer/counter would have reset, and even so, the battery seems just fine. They must believe their customers are ignorant, and as such will try to excuse their poor service by lying to them. This shows that they're not only incompetent, but unethical and blatantly deceitful!

Dillon went above any beyond! His customer service is excellent. The only issue I have is how long it took for the parts to get in. Once they got in my truck was done in a day. The tech did a great job. My truck is right back where it was before the stupid idiot hit me.

Update: Finally got my car back after almost 6 weeks (I was originally told 2 weeks). It was FILTHY inside! Looks like all of my windows were open during a hurricane. A very kind lady, Rebecca, said she was so embarrassed that she insisted on going to wipe it down and vacuum it for me. Why on Earth would there be what looked like dirty water spots all over my screen (which is also scratched now), seats, doors, and console? Furthermore, when I got home, I noticed a random part in my back seat! I have NO idea if it s supposed to be in my engine somewhere- is this a joke? I m not sure when management will start taking these reviews seriously. Clearly they are frequent, similar, and nothing is being done about it. You are honestly better Googling how to fix your own car. The staff here is rude, careless, and sloppy!Do you love it when a verbally aggressive service manager talks down to you? Do you yearn for responses like "I dunno, ask Chrysler" when you ask for updates on your car? Do you want your car to sit in the shop for over a month without as much as an "I'm sorry for the delay"? Do you enjoy someone who lies to you about sending text updates, but then can't even tell you your number? Do you want the response, "Do you want to just come pick up your car now so you can start all over from scratch again?" when you are frustrated that the promised finished date hasn't been met for the 3rd time?If you answered "Yes!" to all of these questions, then Ken Garff West Valley service is your place, and Antonio is your man!Honesty, a full star seems far too generous for the condescending, unprofessional, and all around disrespectful attitude from Antonio. The whole process has been a living he!! I highly recommend literally ANYONE & ANYWHERE else.

Had the jeep in to repair what they said was a sensor. $2300. A week later check engine light is on again. Another almost thousand dollars for thermostat and something with the transmission. Tried to con my wife into trading in our jeep for a new one. And wouldn't you know....a week later check engine light is back on. What the hell do your mechanics do? Turn off the engine light and point in the book on what they want to charge people. Do not take your vehicles here to get worked on at all.

Bought a used Ram in October 2022. Before we got it home, the check engine light came on. Took it back to them and they said they would fix it. Got the run around for a year before the service manager pretty much told us they weren't going to fix it and it was going to cost us 3500 dollars to get it fixed. They don't keep their promises, they don't stand behind their products, and they don't care about their customers. I won't ever buy from them again because, contrary to what their ads say, they don't listen.

Stupidly brought my Ram back for a second try. Last time I left truck for service while out of the country for 10 days. They lost it in the lot and found it day before I came home and had to wait several days to get truck fixed and back. This second try no better. Made an appointment which was two weeks out due to their schedule. After the vehicle sat around for two days without ever being looked at I came and got it. What's the point of an appointment. The service department said the appointment is just to check in the vehicle. Service is provided whenever they get to it. Who can go without a vehicle for days? Not me and not going back. You all have been warned.

Worked with Chris Galileo in sales on a Ram Rebel. I m not gonna lie, I was pretty frustrating to deal with. Chris was really responsive, worked hard to find options that would work for me, and honest and upfront through the entire process. He made sure my needs were met for my individual circumstance. Upstanding guy who wants to do right by just customers. Thanks Chris!
