I needed a cheap quick oil change. I called these guys and they said I could get in with a 20 min wait. I was able to use a coupon from my phone. ( They just needed the code) and when I told them I couldn't afford filter changes they didn't pressure me! I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Definitely coming back.

Went and got an oil change on Friday. Drove my truck today and realized I had a burning oil smell as well as I noticed oil all around the area I work took it Back after I looked underneath and noticed all the oil All over the underside of my truck they said when installing the new oil filter they crushed it at the top and it was leaking from there. I simply asked them to redo the oil change and to clean up the truck. they did not clean up under the truck. There was smeared oil all over and now I m getting a burning smell from it being on the exhaust and they didn t even add oil to the vehicle. I just checked it and it s not even reading on the dipstick. clearly management as well as their technicians need to go sit through a 30 minute video on how to do an oil change because they clearly can t

Girl destiny that works there needs to be educated more in her line of work. I was doing a renewal of my registration and utah pass a law to were we don't need a safety any more unless your car has a rebuild title or salvage tittle. Any ways she was adamant that I need a safety. I didn't want to argue with her so I left came couple of days later and ask one of her coworkers becuse the time I went, the first time it was her and some kid , so the second time i went and ask one of her coworkers there he said no I don't need safety and got my registration renewal, apparently there are to employees at this location that need to be educated dstiny and the kid that was working there , if I didn't know and was clueless I would of paid for something I didn't need. That a bad look for business.

Went in and and got some work done recently. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable on a lot being done to my vehicle. A gentleman named kanai did his upmost to service not only myself but all the customers there and was a total professional he and his staff are the reason I will be coming back they did such a good job. It's hard to find good people at their positions.

I stopped in to have my older, high mileage vehicle serviced with an oil change, and I was directed to a bay with one vehicle currently being serviced; there were 3 bays filled with 2 vehicles waiting to be serviced; when I went in an stated my need of a high mileage oil change, the counter person stated they only had full synthetic oil but wasn t given a price which I saw on their price screen to be around $90; however, after the service with a $25 discount coupon, the price was over $120 which I didn t dispute but was confused by because I didn t recall a price that high on their board; my vehicle was the only vehicle in the bays once it was driven into the bay for the service m; I feel I should have been quoted the price when I checked in because it differed from the service screen price; I won t return to this Jiffy Lube - this was my first (and last) visit to this service center.

Overall my experience was ok, there was some nice people who attended me but when it was time to check out , they through the next service sticker instead of handing it to me, very disrespectful , the tone of the worker seemed a bit unprofessional talking to me, this was my second time coming and unfortunately my last because last time I came in they didn t acknowledge I was waiting there , it wasn t busy , and I only wanted to get my tires checked , the service of today was good , they offered me the different things what my car needed but overall customer service wasn t so good.

Closes early lube tech tells you it's corporate who tells them to close early and that there last service is how at 6. When everything tells you online 630. When will corporations stop misleading people. That jiffy lube just lost my fleet of business. Over 6 vehicles and I won't be going there again

Jackson will ignore you, even if you talk to his face. Has a rude attitude and not very helpful. Other times I've been here has not been bad, just with him. Also I hate that he sticks out his tongue so much.

We paid for a emission test and they said the battery has been disconnected for service we need to drive it 100 miles to reset the battery when we return they said they were going to charge us for another emission test they told us the first visit it would be free of charge to retested vehicle

I wouldn't suggest going to this location. I've gone to Jiffy Lube for many years and typically I'm always happy with the service. However last time I went they didn't ask me what oil I wanted in my car. I still don't know what oil they put in. I wouldn't say the girl was rude but completely detached. Made for a very uncomfortable experience for me and the other customers. They didn't ask me if they could change my car filter. And they forgot to put my glove box in after checking the filter but never mentioning it to me. I planned on buying a new filter but it was never offered. Plus this location is particularly dirty, small, and it's hard to find parking. It's worth driving 10 minutes to another location.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!Worst experience with automotive needs. Called before coming in to make sure they could do my emissions because I had gone to three different locations yesterday and none of them could help (notice a trend with how terrible Jiffy Lube is overall?), and the individual I spoke with in the phone assured me they could do the emissions. I show up, tell them I want emotions then a signature service, no problem they say. After I wait for an hour, they inform me that the signature service was complete, but that they couldn t do the emission test. Sure enough I had to pay $135 for the signature service, even though I told them before they started that the emissions is what I needed. Will never return to this location and will actively discourage people from going to this location. Waste of time, waste of money, and they didn t even apologize for the inconvenience that they cause.

Fernando is great!!I brought in my 2 vehicles on 2 separate days for: all fluid checks refill as needed, 2 engrave catalytic converters, 2 oil changes, 1 radiator flush, 2 tire rotations, 2 brake checks, 8 tire pressure checks, 1serpentine belt, 2 inspections, 2 emissions, 2 registrations. He has done all maintenance on both vehicles as long as he's been at this location.Waiting area presentable, restroom presentable, needed & got paper towel replaced, was kept updated on progress, everything completed in timely manner.THANK YOU FERNANDO. I went in for emissions and registration, other than a couple predictable hiccups I really appreciated their respect and service especially from the elder technicians.The predictable was I called before coming and quoted time was an hour and a half from accurate, one young technician couldn't drive my clutch , it's not the best clutch it's a worn 6 speed transmission, it seemed the techs closer to my own age had the place together nicely and are very patient.

I had my brakes done @ a different location 8mos ago & was having problems with them already so I put in a call to the corporate office & spoke to Nick, he advised me that my brakes were still under warranty & to take it in & they'll fix them. I chose to go to this store because it was close to where I live. I spoke with Fernando Garcia & he got me right in & looked @ my brakes & agreed that they needed to be redone. He ordered the parts that were needed for my car & got right to work keeping me informed about everything he was doing along the way. They also gave me a free oil change for my trouble. Fernando & the crew there were amazing! He told me if there was anything I ever needed done to bring it back in & they'll take care of it. I really felt like he took pride in his work & he treated me with so much respect. I left with the confidence that the job was done right & my car was once again safe to drive. Thanks Fernando for doing such a great job & treating me like family?! I would HIGHLY recommend this location for your auto repair/maintenance needs!Services: Brakes, Oil change

These guys were amazing. From customer service to speed of work being done. They always explain what is wrong & right before starting service. Amazing coupon book at this location they give you with fabulous discounts on everything from oil change to wiper blades. Shop was clean, everyone was professional & courteous. I will ONLY go to this location from now on.They are a FULL SERVICE SHOP. EASY access off 4100 so just west of Redwood on North side..construction on building to side, but no trouble getting in or out...REMINDER...NO VENDOR WILL TOP OFF ANTIFREEZE OR BRAKE FLUID..BE SURE & ASK TO BE CHECKED & FILLED IF LOW..IN THESE OUTSIDE HOT TEMPS YOU DON'T WANT ANTIFREEZE LOW OR BRAKE FLUID LOW, FOR SAFETY REASONS .GO SEE THEM TODAY,YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED, FAST & EFFICIENT & COURTEOUS SERVICE!

I thought they did really well. They were extremely busy. So we had to wait in line but that wasn t a big deal. Someone still came out to great us and informed us of the long wait time and we were willing to wait. It was an emergency. For the long wait time they cleaned our headlights and gave us the better oil change for a lower price. They were great. No complaints from me.

Very fast friendly and kind. They were sharp and new exactly what they needed to do. The shop was clean and professional and well maintained and organized. They told me what was recommended by the factory at the milage of my vehicle. I will be back when its time for the next oil change. I came in to register my car. I was met while a older gentleman who was very kind. He gave me a good time when it should be done and was upbeat and chill. Then I met a man named Launie. He took care of billing. He was very passive aggressive. I was dealing with a death and was struggling, and Launie kept looking at me while in the lobby, so I went up to the desk assuming he was waiting on me. I went to desk prematurely and Launie aggressively said "DID I CALL YOUR NAME?". I said I'm sorry my bad i thought you called my name. When he called me up to pay. I apologized again letting him know im dealing with a death in the family and was struggling. He smirked at me after i said that. I was in shock. He signed my credit card signature by himself. Which is illegal. The worst customer service I've had in a very long time. Fernando the manager was very kind. he heard me out and took the time to listen to my concern. He was very helpful and listened to my problem. If it wasn't for the two very respectful employees this would be a one star. The excellent service after made it a 3 star. Launie is lower then a one star ask for someone else if you get him helping you. I promise its worth it.

Went in for emissions and registration. Was told 1 to 1.5 hour wait, they were working as fast as they could before closing. Mentioned they may not get to me before closing. I chose to wait and see. 40 minutes later, I was out the door with my sticker!!! Incredible. Personable staff, super friendly and awesome.

UPDATE: 7/29/2019Emailed Travis back with my invoice and details. Really just so appreciative they they even got back to me! Fernando, manager of this location, called me just hours after my emailed response. Was very apologetic and sincere in the service I received. Definitely made everything RIGHT again. I do vouch for Jiffy Lube though. Ever since my first car I have always done my oil changes through them. Never have had a problem. And the first problem that arises, they do everything in their power to make it right. Thanks guys!Called 2 minutes before driving up and was told there was a 15 minute wait. But when I got to the bay they said 30. But it was actually 45. Which I understandable, I know you can t time everything perfectly especially because one of their customers left and was no where to be found.3 stars because the complimentary things weren t done. Wouldn t bother my much if the mechanic didn t make mention of them. We put your tire pressure at 35, vacuumed, topped off your washer fluid... etc but it was all lies. None of those things were even done. Now I question the job they did on my oil change.

Went in, told them basics about what my issue was. Within 10 minutes They had looked at my vehicle and diagnosed the issue as well as presented me with all possible solutions and time frames on how long they would take. They gave me the options and let me decide how I wanted to proceed. The whole repair took less than 30 minutes which was amazing. Will certainly drive the extra few minutes to come to this location in the future.Service: Tires

This is was the first oil change I've had on my vehicle that was not paid for by the dealer. I was not quite expecting the cost to be more than double what my last vehicle oil change was. The oil required for my car made the price higher. The guy, and his team were super understanding and patient while I spoke to my brother to see if I could downgrade the service to the thinner oil. I ended up going with the more expensive service with the thicker oil, and they were able to match my coupon to get the price down as low as possible for me! I really appreciated the flexibility and willingness to help considering what I had budgeted for on the cost. Service: Oil change

Honestly this was the worst shop I have ever been to! the mr new guy that has a small skeleton tattoo on his face should redo his emissions test we argued 1994 Honda Civic that only has one 02 sensor not 2 and he failed me on that, Come on jiffy lube get some better Tech!!!

Im from out of town so I stopped here for an oil change. They got it done within 10 minutes so I didn t have to wait long. Was quick and easy. Everyone was quite and didn t say much but my only complaint would be they forced the synthetic blend/full synthetic oil on me which costed around 90 bucks. They didn t even mention the other option which would be the basic 45 dollar conventional oil that I later saw on a sign in the lobby.

Vincent was a very honest guy to work with. I told him about a problem with my brakes and I had agreed to getting them replaced but he noticed that the brakes actually didn't need to be replaced and was honest about it. A wide range of vehicle services, state emissions, and On-the-Spot vehicle registration renewals are available at this location, which is very convenient for neighborhood residents especially those that live in Enclave, Shadowbrook, and Redwood Apartments, and those that will be living in the new Sage Valley Apartments & Condominiums that will call Jiffy Lube @ 4100 South at Redwood a direct neighbor.The helpful staff takes the time to seek out problems and resolve them. They understand that vehicle service can be a tad pricy especially for high mileage vehicles like mine. That's why they do all they can to find as many discounts to apply for vehicles requiring extensive service. They also offer financing for those that need some pretty substantial service but don't necessarily have the entire means to pay up front.I trust the work these guys do. I feel I have a reliable vehicle that will carry me for the next little while after each service, and to me, peace of mind is important when your vehicle is what allows you to make it to work in an efficient manner so you can provide for your family and have more time with your family.Thanks, Jiffy Lube @ 4100 South at Redwood Rd!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
