Hillside tire is seriously amazing. They are our favorite place to go. We recently had a flat tire and they got us in quickly and got it taken care. They are always super friendly and willing to answer all of our stupid questions. This will be forever our go to tire place.

Came in just to put air in my tires, and, they found some Corrosion on my wheels. They removed it and put new sealant on them for free! No more leaking tires! I will come back again because of the great customer service! Thanks Hillside!

5-star experience getting my car serviced. I had the best customer service i ve ever had by Jack!!! He s top notch for sure. I d recommend Hillside over any other car service place. Thanks y all

I have to say Gary the assistant manager is awesome! I was told by the mechanic Dave at Salt lake Chevrolet that my 2018 ss Camaro had a bad left front strut mount after he did diagnostic and that it was going to cost me 850.00!! I told them I would bring my car back next Friday 10/27 to get it fixed well something told me to take it to Hillside today 10/21 to have them look at it because on the phone Gary said it didn't sound right what Salt lake Chevrolet was telling me. I get there and Gary was very nice and took it into his shop with no appointment to look at it for me. Come to find out Gary and his mechanic found nothing wrong with my car other then a loose bolt that needed tightened!!! He just saved me 850.00!! And he asked for no compensation for what he did for me!! Hillside will now be the ONLY place I bring my car to if I ever need something done!! Thank you so much Gary for your honesty and professionlism! You rock!

Oh my goodness, Hillside Tire and Service deserves more than 5 stars! They saved me. When my tire ended up with a hole in it I called around to a bunch of places. No one else would help me because it was close to closing time. Jack saved the day and fit me in. They were so fast and professional. I was so impressed by Jack and the employees there. They totally saved my day. I am so grateful for businesses like this one. I highly recommend Hillside Tire and Service!

We bought tires, and had this shop mount new wheels on our car. They went above and beyond with their customer service and putting up with how over bearing I was over the new wheels. Our family has brought in all sorts of vehicles to them for over 13 years. Great shop, great people. 10/10

We got quotes from multiple locations. He did it for a better price, was straightforward, and ended up charging us a little less than estimated. We ll be back for all our maintenance.Overall very open, very honest, I ll come back. Heard good things from a coworker. I m so glad he recommended this place.

Just brought in a flat tire and they fixed in about 20 minutes. I have taken auto stuff here for years and always get great service and good value. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome!! These folks will take care of your vehicle service needs fair and square - not just tires. My Jeep is very special to me in ways that are difficult to explain. It felt comforting to leave it in such good and qualified hands.

I pulled up just before closing. An employee was pulling a truck into the garage for the night. Immediately the gentleman asked if he could help. I said my tire feels low. I was asked to pull up so he could check tire pressure. Turns out I had a nail in the rear tire. This guy (Jack) said, let me get that out of there and fix your tire and you'll be on your way. Literally 3 minutes later he was finished. I watched him make the repair with the tire on the car. THIS is the kind of service that puts a business above another. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tire/brake needs.

Got a flat on I15 and found this place on Google and had my car towed there. Tesla would have certainly charged me for a brand new tire, but these guys repaired it for free!!!!!!I couldn t believe it, it s not often a business offers their time free of charge!I really appreciate it, thank you!

Great customers service. Came in with a flat and they were very busy. He had me pull up to a bay and a guy came out right away to fix it. I was fully prepared to wait an hour to an hour and a half. No big deal. It took less than 20 minutes. I can t not tell you how happy I was and I really appreciate their customer service with getting me in and out on a very busy day. Thank you.

Overpriced, dishonest, and incompetent. They don t know what they re doing. Not even for something as simple as an oil change. The oil light shouldn t be coming on after an oil change. Last time it was due to them not putting enough oil. We foolishly gave them a second chance and they did something wrong again! Because the oil light came on after taking it for an oil change. I don t know about you but I don t have money laying around to fix damages caused by this place. We would do our own oil change if we had the time. This is ridiculous that they have raving reviews but can t do something simple like an oil change.

I went in for tail lights and came home with a broken axle on my wheel hmm I don't think that's a good shop if they are doing that kind work to get some more money out of you.

I came to fix my brakes and the total was 1,300. I barely had enough for food shopping, struggling trying to make ends meet for my family and I just had 8 hundred but an amazing employee Gary how I can truly say thank you to him he literally made a miracle happened and brought to 700 I'm truly am grateful. Thank you once again Gary I'm definitely coming back to service my car to them for now on

Tried to charge me a 1000 dollars for a starter replacement. Found another body shop and it was 450 for everything.

This shop is amazing. I honestly won't go anywhere else. They are always really busy and it might take a day to be seen but it's completely worth it. I had all these concerns and me not being a car person they walked me through everything. They even offered to show me how to check my own oil properly because I was afraid I was doing it wrong. They are all nice and friendly and do amazing work at the best price. I seriously drive out of my way passing many shops to go to them. next year when I move across the state bet your money I'm still driving to this shop. Came in for a repair and it was a big one. The guy even recommend since I already had so many issues not to fix the car and get a different one. They lost money today but gained a life long costumer( they already had that from last experiences). I work on construction sites and anytime I hear anyone needing a mechanic I send them here. Hour out of the way? Worth it. Next year I'll be an hour and a half away and I'll still come here You can't beat this shop. If your reading this review just go there. No need to look anywhere else.

I have used Hillside Tire & Service in West Valley for both my vehicles along with both my daughter's vehicles. Jack helps us find the right tires for the right season. He always goes above and beyond by helping find the right financing as well. I recommend this shop to anyone I know is in need of auto service.
