I went to Higgins after my accident (damage to the front bumper) and they told me they had the parts available & it would take 2-3 days and they stayed true to their word! I got text updates on the progress, clear communication, answered every question we had, and they communicated with the insurance and coordinated the rental car, so we literally did not have to lift a finger. Our car looks practically brand new! We also got our car cleaned inside and out which is a bonus for us. They are amazing and I will absolutely be reaching out for anything that we need!

I got in an accident and needed my front end repaired. I got in contact with Higgins and they got me as quick as possible. They got my car in and was able to get all OEM parts! They kept up communication with me the entire time, made sure I was aware of any changes and how long it would be. Spencer also made me aware that the tires on my car were old, rotted and needed to be replaced. He was able to get me new tires and at a price you can't beat! They worked quick and efficient, my car was done within a week! Can't thank them enough for everything they were able to do on my car and being able to fit me into their busy schedule. I strongly recommend Higgins and will continue to go to them for all my car needs!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

100% recommend this place! Customer service is EVERYTHING in a business and these people are killing it with their customer service from their front desk workers to their estimators. I picked up my car today and not only does the outside repairs look good but they even detailed the whole interior leaving it better than it looked. I had my st clean title came in for some work I got into a accident after owning it for a while I was worried at first of how this process what gonna be but they explained everything from the beginning gave me constant updates returned my USED car in pretty much brand new condition I couldn t have asked for better service washed and vacuumed my car witch I did not expect 10/10 communication 10/10 service WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THEM!

I've had the unfortunate event of having to use Higgins twice because of body damage to my pickup. They are the best. They have excellent customer service, they always let you know what's going on with their vehicle, and they don't dip into your pocketbook so that you're eating ramen noodles for a year. They are very fair in their pricing and their body technicians are excellent and I believe go on and above. At least this has been my experience both times. I have always had my vehicle before the schedule time if not on time. I strongly and highly recommend them..

Higgins is simply the best. This is my second time taking my car and I seriously do not trust anyone but them to work on it. They re so detail oriented and treat their customers with the utmost professionalism. They had my car done a week and a half earlier than anticipated, their entire staff is so knowledgeable and helpful anytime I had questions or concerns about my car. I am also incredibly impressed with their warranty no one else compares. I refer everyone I can to them, if you take your car anywhere else it s truly a disservice to you.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was given a ridiculous estimate from a different body shop and Higgins gave me a realistic, budget friendly fix and explained away all the issues the other shop needed a fix. Absolutely will return and 100% recommend.

Amazing experience. I don't typically leave reviews but this is one that I felt deserving. I researched many auto collision places before deciding on Higgins. The staff was friendly, kept me informed, and my was cleaner and looked better than when I originally bought it. Thank you to the Higgins team!

This was by the far the best experience I have had with a body shop! I am so glad that the other shop that I had went to told me that they couldn't work on aluminum because I found this place. Let me just say that they were so thorough and very communicative that I didn't have a worry in the world while my truck was in the shop. JaDee and the front receptionist (unfortunately I didn't get her name) were awesome! JaDee was very good at listening to what I had to say and assured me that they would do additional inspections to ensure the quote was right from the other body shop that I had received. They eventually had to put other repairs on the quote and they let me know as soon as they had the additional numbers. They also kept me up to date on the time it was expected to be done and even got it done 2 days earlier than what they expected. The receptionist when i first dropped off the truck was very clear and helpful and she was a pleasure to work with and stayed a little after closing when i picked up my truck so that I could fill up my rental car with gas. All in all the transparency they relayed throughout the entire process assured me that I was in good hands. You guys rock! Thank you!

I am very pleased with how everything turned out. Their shop/office was comfortable, clean and welcoming. Patricia was great to work with. Unfortunately I was rear ended. The people at this shop were efficient as ever. They didn t cut corners and the price was even lower than I was originally quoted. My truck was in and out quickly. This still blows my mind because it was done so fast over a holiday AND a weekend. It was returned to me looking brand new! I don t hope for anyone to get in an accident but if they do I know where to send them. Thank you all for doing such quality work.

My First time having them work/repair a vehicle for me after an accident and couldn t have chosen a better place! .. Awesome Work and customer service. Definitely happy with the service they provided. If you re thinking or unsure of somewhere to take your vehicle, don t look anywhere else! Higgins body and paint you won t be disappointed. I have Bear River insurance and Higgins body works with them. They ve done a great job communicating with me through every step of repairing my car since my son crushed it. I definitely recommend this place if you want somebody to really take your time they know what they re doing and have great customer service.

Excellent Service! - Owner Jake super awesome! Patricia was amazing she answered all my questions, and was extremely friendly! Fabian and his team did a fantastic job on the body and paint! Higgins was beyond helpful in getting my car repaired after being rear ended. They went above and beyond in communication and service. The car looks fantastic! Higgins made my car repairs so simple and easy for me. They are so kind and were able to get me right in and scheduled for repairs. They worked with my insurance company and very well and, car rental service I had, and I was able to receive updates as soon as things were getting approved, and repairs were being made. Thank you Higgins for making one of life s stressful moments so much easier.

My car was hit while parked and I wasn t sure what the damage was going into the shop. Higgins shop took care of everything, including communicating with insurance. I received prompt text notifications and calls when my car was ready. My car looks and feels BRAND NEW. It made something that was truly annoying into something fun. They returned my car in such a wonderful condition - it was shiny on the outside and detailed on the inside. I was genuinely lucky that my insurance chose this shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for minor to major work. THEY TRULY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Special shout-out to Pattie (Patty) for handling it all. :)

Not recommend. Day one I was checked in and my car was taken for repairs. I sat in waiting room for an hour after check in waiting for my rental. Nobody asked me if I needed anything I did however need my rental. I was the only non employee in the building I felt completely ignored!! I got my car back after a few weeks the transmission lines try installed blew transmission fluid all over the undercarriage, suspension , brakes, a/c compressor and belts. I took the car back. They fixed the leak but didn t clean the oil mess off the a/c and now the hole car shutters like its going to blow up when the a/c turns on. If I could give no stars I would.Update 2-27-24Car went back to the shop transmission fluid emptied out of the transmission cooler lines that Higgins installed. Transmission chattering in park drive and reverse having a hard time getting out of first gear I have to lift the throttle to get a shift.This car never had mechanical problems before Higgins worked on it. I m very disappointed I might have to sell this car to get something reliable again.

We were introduced to Higgins Body and Paint after being involved in an accident. They were absolutely amazing. You can tell this group of people are professionals and know the repair industry inside and out. They were all incredibly friendly. I worked mostly with Danielle and she was awesome. She helped me along the way and always had an answer for my question. JaDee was a rockstar as well. He is very knowledgable with what repairs our car needed and was honest with the time frame. He said if parts were on backorder it could increase the repair time by several weeks (or months!). With that said, he gave us an estimate of July 5 and delivered (one month to the day from when they received the vehicle). JaDee did everything in his power to get our car turned around as quickly as possible. He found a couple of work arounds for parts on backorder. The communication was awesome. We'd get updates on the status of our repairs as well as any changes to the targeted completion date (as mentioned earlier, the completion date was nailed). When we picked up the car it looked awesome. JaDee went over everything they did and showed us what was repaired. I was a little unhappy with the headlight (very minor thing) but without hesitation JaDee took the car to the shop and came out ten minutes later with the issue completely fixed. Without a doubt I would do business with Higgins again. They're great people who do quality and honest work. Thank you Danielle, JaDee, and the rest of the Higgins staff!

Honestly this shop is the best shop. Not the first time clien but a repeat.I was in a recent crash and and they not only took time to help get my trunk open so I can get my camping gear but they also are so on top of what they are doing and got me the information need in great time. With the amount of work they have i thought they would get to my car in a few weeks for an totaled estimate but nope. Just a few business days is all it took.

I had my first accident and was clueless about what to do or who to go to for body damages. Higgins was referred to me by my insurance company and they had nothing but great reviews. I took a chance on them and I'm SO so glad I did! My car came back color matched and flawless and took only about a month to complete. They even took extra steps for me that were not apart of the accident's damage and returned my rental car. The receptionists are so friendly when you walk in, Jake was very attentive and made sure I knew about all progress updates and their system of checking is amazing. I will forever go back to them for all my body work needs in the future!

This team was great to work with. Everything was easy with them. They worked directly with my insurance and even had the repairs done two days before they estimated. They kept me updated via text the entire way. Everyone was very professional as well. Highly recommend!

I travel for work so having to get work on my car will always be stressful but Ellen and Cody did such a great job on keeping me updated and trying to get my car done in a timely manner, especially since parts for my car can be challenging. I m glad I got my car serviced here.

I have found the body shop I will always return to if necessary.First off, the drop-off process was quick and painless. It seemed a little impersonal in the beginning, but I admit the fact I needed repairs and was looking at a $500 deductible had soured my mood. So my initial emotions were not the most trustworthy.I dropped off Monday and had a (great) rental for the 4 days it was being repaired. When I came to pick up, the payment and pickup process was just as quick and painless as when I arrived. Ellen was very amiable and cheerful. I can tell Higgins employees take pride in their work from my interactions.One word describes my reaction to the repairs. Awe. I am very obsessive about the condition of my vehicle, and I will say that I was amazed by the work. It looks better than the original factory work which had obvious weld marks under the paint on the rocker panel. The paint job is perfect.I cannot be more satisfied with my experience. I would recommend Higgins to anyone looking for repairs. I admit mine was minor, but with how obsessed I am with my car's appearance and maintenance it was a big deal for me.Thank you Ellen and everyone on the team that repaired my vehicle! I appreciate your work!

If you have any damage on your vehicle, go here.Little less then 3 days to get this completely repaired, probably 2 days honestly. They work with you, they keep you informed and are upfront with what they will do. They are super professional and hands down the best shop in my opinion.I've had two times they've repaired my vehicle, both times it was done extremely fast with no cut corners. Don't hesitate, they will get it done faster then you can get in to another shop. 11/10Zc.Service: Body & Trim

They absolutely did an amazing job. My car looked brand new. The only thing I have to say negatively is that the nearly 40 mi worth a missing gas out of my car, that should have been replaced. But overall, You guys did amazing job.

When the back bumper of my car got bumped and damaged, I checked with 5 different repair shops in the valley (2 of which had done repair work on my car in the past) to get an estimate for the repair. Higgins Body & Paint was the last place I went to, and as it turned out, they gave me the lowest estimate.One thing I was told, however, at ALL of the shops I checked with was 'remember, this is just a preliminary estimate - and if additional damage is found, the cost will go up.'Yeah, that that's just the way things go...I finally decided on Higgins to do the repair, since they did give me the lowest estimate, and they were conveniently located between my work and residence.Higgins did a great job!Although it took a couple of days longer to make the repair than I had hoped for, the initial estimated cost was honored, with no added repair costs. (I can't say that this would always be the case for everyone, but I was quite happy it was for me.)To be sure, I am very happy with the end result.I already have recommended Higgins to my friends and workmates, and will likely continue to do so in the future.
