Decided to try this place because of the drive-through service. I have a bunch of kids and didn t want to find a babysitter or bring them all inside to a shop. I was able to pull my van into the bay and me and the kids stayed in the car during the service. I went in for an oil change and was done with entire thing in less than 20 minutes. Super convenient.

Awsome crew they don t hesitate. They get job done nice I had them checked for leaksRadiator fluids etc. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM ALWAYS.. like there prices..

The fellas at this location are TOP NOTCH!! Jesse and his crew are always so helpful and friendly. They take pride in the work they do. I am a repeat customer for sure! And it all started with an oil change. I went back and had them repair my front end. Super happy with the service I was given

Great people!!, i needed help with my car and they didn t resist helping me out. They even offered more, like to check my car using a car scanner. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Really good customer service. They still did my oil change even though I showed up right before they closed. It was quick and non stressful.

Went in for an oil change, was charged over $100 for bad service. Noticed my car smelled like burning oil when I got the car back. I figured he spilled some oil, which he did. Once I turned the car on, it was idling odd, almost like it wanted to stall/shut off. Drove 30 miles back home and opened the hood. Oil was spilled everywhere and idiot forgot to put the dip stick back in which explained the odd idling after service. Never going back and I advise people to go elsewhere.Service: Oil change

The employees here are extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I came in with a bunch of lights on my dash and learned it was either a dead battery or a dead alternator and ended up getting both replaced at this location for a reasonable price. They were able to find and apply their best coupons to the repair to help me out financially. They took great care of me and my car and even offered to pick me up in my newly fixed vehicle so I wouldn't have to walk in the heat. Phenomenal service! Jesse definitely knows what he is doing! Some of the other workers seemed a bit out of focus. Made me a little nervous; but Jesse kept them on task. Everything went well. Just didn't feel like everyone was in sync with each other. My past experience there was much different. Strong team execution. Much more friendly/professional service. This past visit just felt forced. Like, let's get it over with and move along to the next. Overall, everything went fine. The atmosphere was different this time. I'll still be a return customer. Everyone just seemed a lot more stressed this visit (given it was the weekend). The first time around everyone seemed to enjoy working together. This past visit. Not so much. Overall a solid place for an oil change, and basic maintenance. We all have bad days. Maybe I just rolled into one of them. No hard feelings. As mentioned. Will return for future service.

I am sitting outside, got here at 7:55 knowing they don t open till 8. It s not 8:10, no one is inside the building, no one is picking up the phone, going to a different safety and emissions places. Upset at my time being wasted. I also haven t had my morning coffee.

One of the only places that still exists where you can provide your own oil/filter and they won t charge you 4-6x as much as the raw materials cost. Got me in and out quickly and without issue. Plus they liked my wagon, which was super rad!

Quick, friendly, and cheaper than JL until you find out that the listed price isn't actually the price. I got the $107 oil change and had a coupon for $20 off which by my elementary school math skills is $87. Imagine my confusion when I was told my total was $119.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

These guys are fabulous! I went in practically at closing time for an oil change, and they were courteous, friendly, prompt and efficient. I'll be going back there to have some other issues I'm having with my car repaired, and I would definitely refer them to anyone who is looking for honest business with car repairs and/or maintenance.Service: Oil change

The guys treated me really good. Got my car in and out very quickly, they acted professional, it was a good experience. The only thing I recommend is check your oil mine is about a quarter of a quart low. I checked it when I got home. But the service itself was good.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Edit: retuned to the location and explained the issue. They quickly fixed the issue, (inserted wrong :P) and I'm back on the road with no worries! Thanks for great service!Great and quick service, very nice staff. Unfortunately they mangled the skid plate on my car and now it drags at high way speeds, tires were also giving low pressure warnings after my visit. Might be coincidental but it happened as I pulled out so I don't know one way or the other.Service: Oil change

I had my oil changed here a few months ago. When I went to have my oil changed a few days ago at a different place, it was discovered that grease monkey had cross threaded my drain plug. This made it so the other place was unable to change my oil. When I called, grease monkey told me to come by and they would fix the problem. I asked if I could go to any grease monkey location as they are located 30 minutes out of the way each way for me. They told me they would provide me with a free oil change due to the inconvenience. When I arrived they refused to look past the bolt on the bottom of the car, and said everything looked fine. They also refused to honor their offer for a free oil change, and insisted the other company was simply lazy and didn't want to do the work on my car. I was very unimpressed that they were unwilling to take accountability for their mistakes, and futlrthermore felt as though they had brought me out there under false pretense. I was also very uncomfortable the entire time and a little intimidated as they had all the techs gathered around my vehicle while they were talking to me, and I had to insist that I wanted to leave before they finally closed my hood so I could leave. I will not be going back to this location.

Fair price for full synthetic oil and a new filter. I should have asked if they would price match the coupon I had from Jiffy lube next time.The techs were friendly and answered all my questions.Fast and friendly Service!I will return in November.Thanks guys !

First time visiting this location, long-time Grease Monkey customer. I was impressed with the efficiency and the staff I spoke with were very professional. The waiting area was small but nice, and the free water bottle was appreciated. I will definitely return to this location and recommend it to anyone!

Had an oil change and fuel filter done for less than half that "a major chain" wanted just a few blocks away. Personnel acted like I was the most important person there, you don't see service like that very often anymore. Highly recommend this store.

They are very friendly and thorough. Master muffler sent me over because they were busy today. They were also very quick. About 25 minutes in and out the door.

Went to this grease monkey to get an quick inspection. They found my oil pressure switch was broken and needed replacement. They worked with the time frame I had and were able to get it done that day. We did have some miscommunication and hope they continue to improve. Would make sure they walk you through what they will do to your car and expected expense thoroughly. Other than that they are great.
