I've been coming here for 10+ years and I know there has been changes in management, but I trust these guys, it's convenient, they get the job done and I personally have not had issues with their recommendations and services. I do miss when I'd get an oil change and they would put a single stem rose in my car dashboard. Hopefully that can return but overall it's been great for us.

I went in for an emissions and to renew my plates. There was one car in front of me in the bay where they told me to park my car. I waited over an hour to get my the emissions done and to renew my plate. There were three cars that came in and got oil changes in the time that I waited. It was actually a little bit longer of a weight than I expected it to be, but the that we're working. There were so kind and I was just grateful that they got my car done. I probably will be back

Mark and his team were wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and very professional. They gave me very good feedback and took really good care of my truck and got me back on the road in no time ,Thanks you guys.

Hands down, this is the first choice option for me whenever I need any maintenance work done. I love this place! If you wanna take your car to honest, hardworking men, bring it here!Mark the Manager, Chris the Mechanic, and all the men there are as sweet as can be and do a great job making your visit enjoyable. You wont just get work done on your car...you'll find out why the work needs to be done, why they recommend a specific product or service and why I personally choose to come here. Thanks so much for the amazing work everytime!

I was told by a friend to go to Grease Monkey for an emissions test on my car. I was very impressed with the service that I received. They greeted me right away, the test was done quickly.And the price was reasonable too. I would definitely recommend them to my family & friends.

All we needed was our emmisons done on our lexus but he checked our battery and filter and kept trying to sell us a battery after telling us we failed emmisions. He told us it was so bad our car will not start the next day. Our car has been fine. There was no reason at all for our car to fail. We took it to Jiffy Lube and it passed. We have never EVER failed emissions. We had to pay here and pay again but felt like we could not trust him to take our car back. We have gone here several times and this was an awful experience and will never go back. They took off our air filter lid off and did not put it back and left it on the floor. This was waste of time and $45. After reading other reviews I see other people have complained about trying to be sold a battery also. We are hoping we will at least get $45 back. There is obviously something shady going on here. Our battery is fine and we passed emmisions!

This is always my preffered location to get my oil changed. They are fast and efficient as well as competent, which is not a combination that you can always find. They also offer other services, but aren't pushy if you tell them no. The manager Mark seems like a nice guy and everyone that works there is always polite and nice to deal with.

Mark and his crew were so helpful today. They had my back after dealership replaced my water pump in February. Come to find out today Mark notified me it was not fixed. As of now it's at dealership right now fixing it. I want to thank you guys so much.

Grease Monkey came in clutch for our family! My car died down at discount tire in WVC, I walked over to grease monkey and Aizik offered to help me! He was so kind and helpful. He came over with a battery reader and oil. We were able to get the car started and drive it over to Grease Monkey. There they changed our battery and topped off all of our fluids. Mark was the manager and just super pleasant to speak with. He helped us check out and ran through the bill to make sure we weren t charged for anything extra. I really appreciated his thoroughness. Thank you!!!

Not a good customer experience. Not treated in a fair manner. They don't care when you arrive, they only care about getting the next car in and out. Not a lot of brain power demonstrated by the emoyees and heard a lot of talking down of the Grease Monkey company. Facility is in really run down condition. Just not a place I would choose to go again. Saddest part was they didn't really seem to care that I was driving away and not going to do business with them. Avoid this place if you have a choice to go elsewhere.

Went in for oil change and guy tried to sell me a battery because mine according to them was not good anymore. Funny thing is though my husband had tested my battery the day before perfectly fine, got home had him test it again and what do you know? Perfectly fine. Shady tactics coming out of this shop for sure will not be back. Beware test your battery before going so you don t get played.

Went for emissions and renewal. Pulled up to an empty bay. They were servicing 2 vehicles already. Waited for about 15-20 minutes. No one ever approached me or asked what I needed. I saw several employees just hanging and talking to each other. I left and will never come back.

Always very nice and helpful. Had to go above and beyond to pick up the parts for my car and did it quickly. Was in and out which is so nice during a busy week! Thank you!

On the good side they were quick and I didn t wait long. On the bad side, the waiting area has super worn chairs that look filthy and the walls are all dinged up and it just isn t a comfortable place to wait. Then they must have spilled oil all over the place because there are oil drips all the way up my driveway and the next morning there was a huge puddle of oil on my garage floor. They are quick but very sloppy.

Came in and got my oil change. Mark helped and explained options to me. There was a customer in who also got the change who accepted options including knowing costs then somehow was surprised by the cost. Leaving a review as she had said she was leaving a negative review and that is not right by a business who is friendly and just giving you options you can take our not take

New management is a thousand times better than their last group.I had been fighting with their former employees and getting ghosted for over 4 months to get a part replaced on my vehicle that was damaged.Today, 12DEC2023 I spoke with Mark, their new manager, and he had the replacement ordered within 10 minutes.

Waited over an hour, only a single employee could do emissions and he spent that hour outside smoking what appeared to be an entire pack of cigarettes. When he finally came back inside he went straight to the restroom coughing up a lung and began playing games on his phone for another 30 minutes (I could hear the game audio through the door).Incredibly inconvenient, abysmal customer service.

Love coming to grease monkey to get my oil changed. They do brakes, transmission, emissions, and any other car or truck repairs you need. Great customer service and they're fast.

quick and efficient. work was done in a timely manner. same as anywhere they try and soft sell you on changing air filters but not a high pressure sell like at some jiffy Lube places I have been to.

Mark and his team Was very helpful with our experience. Mark Is the manager he is very friendly and wants the best for his customers and their car and I very appreciate that and respect that a lot will definitely be coming back again thank you guys you did an awesome job

Don t expect anything fancy in the waiting room, but if you want a service done right and quick, this is the place. Usually I do the oil change myself at home cause I don t trust other mechanic but this time I was traveling and couldn t do it myself. I looked at the reviews and I noticed that the owner of this place was attentive to the reviews so I decided to give them a try. Was not disappointed. The Mechanics were really nice, they knew right away which viscosity oil my car takes. I asked them to do some adjustments since I have over 200,000 miles on my car. And they were willing to make the adjustments, they had to inform me that s not what the dealer recommends and I would have to sign a waiver, which I was fine with. I told them I wanted just a quick oil change nothing else and that exactly what they did. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. On a nice note they used a torque wrench on the oil drain pug to make sure they didn t strip it. Over all I m really happy.

They sold me an old battery and when I came back in 3 days because my car wouldn't start, they replaced it with another old battery 10/21. So I went to BIG O and bought one there. When I tried to get a refund from Grease Monkey they said I should have come back to them.I told him I already tried that and they still gave me an old battery. He said it was just last months battery. I had to tell him the 21 was the year not the day. I don'ttrust that he knows anything about batteries.

Quick. No issues at all. We will go back to this location for sure. Thank you.Had to change my review. After the service, we kept seeing oil stain on our driveway. Turned out the mechanic did not tighten some cap properly. Also when I left and went to the grocery store, I had to come back as they forgot to put the air filter back in place. Nice staff but service is not quite there.

Got me taken care of pretty quickly. Seems to be a little more on the expensive side for a standard oil change. Service was great
