Awesome place.. hope all the workers gain Elvis's knowledge and customer service. Very much a learning experience here. We were taken very good care of once the big boss stepped in. We really like this place!!!

We went out to eat and as we got out of the car we heard air hissing from our brand new tire. Turns out we had run over a large, sharp chunk of metal.Glens tires was within a 1 minute drive and we had to go someplace close. We were lucky, this place is worth their good rating. They had us in and out within half an hour, and they managed to patch the tire so we didn't have to buy a new one, and they were reasonably priced.

Thought this place was really great with good prices. I found out from another mechanic that they were taking parts from my car and telling me I just needed new tires and balancing. It s very upsetting to find out a place you thought was convenient and reliable is taking advantage of people who don t know much about cars. I highly recommend going anywhere else for your car if you re unsure what issues you re dealing with.

Awesome tire shop. Service is too notch. I had them level my F350 and put bigger tires on it. Frenando and the guys knocked it out of the park. And gained a lifelong customer!!

First customer service was the best ive seen so far, thanks to *Kenia*. Second the prices of these used tires along with the wait time was incredibly cheap and fast. Props to Glen's Tires for succeding.

We drove 2.5 hours to run errands and Glens was the best place for rims and tires in stock. They took care of us so well and so fast we will definitely recommend them and be back for any of our needs!

Came in for emissions testing, was first failed for a cel. Took my vehicle to my mechanic for a evap fix. Brought my truck back and was told to drive 50-100 miles then did that. When I came back after my drive the lady at the counter said I was supposed to drive 5-10k miles. How does one drive 10,000 miles for emissions testing? Disnt make any sense to me. Ended up going else where and was in and out in 10 mins. Would not recommend. Wasted about a half day with driving and the mechanic. ** updating this review as ive now seen a reply, all I have to say is there is damn near no truth to your statement, that wasnt even the code I failed for lol p0446 is what I failed for. My mechanic did perform the repairs which is why I was able to pass elsewhere. All your mechanics did was hook up a walmart code reader to my vehicle and say it didnt pass. When I came back 7 minuets later it was because I had left my emissions paperwork there with the lady at the desk who apparently doesnt exist. Also im sure the lady at the counter was in the cameras view since she brought my keys to me while I was sitting in the waiting area. Im glad you tried to cover your butt with this over explaining but all you did was make it seem like youre trying to cover up the truth. There is absolutely no way I drove from glens to park city then from there to heber, then to orem then back to salt lake and up to ogden and back within the hour you provided with your cameras. As I stated previously I wasted at least a half day trying to figure it out with your mechanics. The last time I came in was probably around 4-5 pm so from 10:40 am to 4pm is 6 whole hours but my understanding of time is off? I was never looking to bend the rules or laws simply get emissions done. Thank you for helping me find a place that actually gets it done! I also appreciate your comment on how bad my sense of time is lol. Took the freedom to attach the pictures I took on that day documenting my milage driven. Thanks again!

I purchased new tires from them a few months ago. 1st I noticed they stole my special ordered valve caps. Then today I had my tires rotation at another store only to find out my locking wheel locks are gone. But replaced with just regular lug nuts. I'm like are you sure I have the key no sir you don't have any. Wow they took those also. The entire time I thought my very expensive wheels had some protection. Well they did until I got new tires from glens

Initially I was amazed with glens tires. Purchased 1600 worth of tires and out the door it was 1800. They were fast and easy to work with. Took my truck there the second time and everything changed. Shop is first come so no apt. Got there at 1:30 and I have photos of the truck outside still at 3:52. I was also the only one in the shop at the time I got there. I did lose track of time because I was studying. There was no communication and I had to ask are they going to work on my truck after 3.5 hours being there. Finally they started working on the truck (around 4) after I saw maybe 15 people go in and out. Truck was finished at 6:18. So 2-2.5 hours of work I would have been happy paying for. They charged me for 4 hours of work and weren t willing to budge.If you need a tire or rim go for it they seem great at that. They didn t scratch anything and have great communication with simple jobs. Other than that it s a no from me.

These mechanics were truly amazing. They took us about 20 minutes before closing and got four tires replaced in roughly 20-25 minutes. They were very helpful. They recommended high quality tires at the right price. If you live or are driving through Utah this is the place to go. Thank you!

Very little selection on hand. Used to carry lots of second hand tires reasonably priced . Purchased hubs for knockoffs here and the lug pattern was wrong not once or twice but 3 times..

I know there are other good tire shops around Salt Lake, but Glen's is by far the best tire shop in the valley in my opinion.I've been coming to them for years and they've always provided excellent customer service, excellent prices, and a great product.Tonight my truck ended up with a nail in the tire coming off of the freeway onto 3500 south.I walked into Glen's at 6:24pm (they close at 6:30pm) and while they still had several other customers they were helping, they still patched my tire and had me on my way within 10 minutes so that I could get home and get to work in the morning.Another time a couple of years ago, I was looking for a tire for my sister's car and they didnt have what she needed.The rep went out of his way to help me call around to other tire shops to help us find the right tire and at a price she could afford.I've always received an excellent deal when I have purchased with them, and was treated excellent even when I didn't.This place is a small local owned business who follows the old school business principle of taking care of people whether they are customers today or not.If you're in need of an excellent deal on an alignment, brakes, tires, wheels or anything else that hey offer do yourself a favor and give Glen's a call.

They forgot a lug and the PSI pressure for all four tires wasn t even close to what I needed. The ranges for the psi in my tires after they had replaced them Varied between 25 and 46. My car calls for 36.Update I just replaced the tires that I bought from you guys a year ago they are rated up to 80,000 miles and I may be got 25 or 30 out of them. I rotated and balanced them after every oil change there s no way that I should ve gotten that many miles on those tires I should ve gotten more. Discount tire is for now on.

I came here at 6:45pm on Friday to replace the wheels on my 4Runner. They were very efficient and affordable in their work. I was out before 7:30pm. I highly recommend Glen's Tires as they take good care of their customers.

I updated my review from being a 1-star to 5. I may have had a bad experience before, but they re-earned my respect with their efficiency and professionalism on Saturday, March 9th 2024. I highly recommend these guys.

You will not find a better auto shop in the valley. Maybe even in Utah (especially since they have a location in American Fork as well)Not only do they do quality work at a more than fair price, they ALWAYS have my cars done in a timely manner.The staff is friendly, helpful, and informative in every interaction.Lastly, they have the best selection of tires and rims that I ve seen in town!We ve brought our cars here for years and I couldn t think of going anywhere else!

Probably the best tire buying experience I ve had. I received quotes from multiple locations and Glen s tires gave me the best bargain. They also wen the extra mile and stayed late to have my tires mounted and balanced. They were efficient with the work and had a great attitude during the whole process.Fernando was consistent with updating me with tracking information and Irving was at the shop doing everything he could to get my wheels/tires on even after closing. I highly recommend.

Went in I liked a set of rims but wanted different tires they ordered them and in an hour and a half everything was done including the waiting time for the tires to get there.deal was made super easy! Thank you Fernando for the help!
