I came looking at the reviews. And that was my mistake. Stay away from this place! Came in for an oil change. Instead of filling 5w40, they filled it with 15w40. Lost time and money.

The guys is very nice , the speed of repairing the car is also very fast, and it is highly recommended to change the tire!

Workers were very helpful and patient with my questions as new RV owner needing tractor/trailer size tires and setup. Ordered in the ones I wanted, mounted and set me up in about an hour and a half. Price was good and compared well to all the online and local options I looked at. Capped off the experience with a sincere appreciation for my business. Couldn t be happier, they did great!

I changed 8 drive axle tires with new bridgestone tire. They gave me a very good price. most importantly, they did it very quickly. service staff was very skilled and friendly. thank you so much. I highly recommend this place every truck dirver, owner operator and companies.

Really appreciated the quick service and professionalism.James, is freaking gem!Was having an issue with weird wear and he took the time to explain what was happening and why and got it corrected in a timely manner.Will definitely recommend / use them for all future front end needs.

So thankful for the expertise at GCR. I was having an issue with my dump truck tire deflating. Before going to GCR, I had taken the truck to a different shop that was unable to figure out what was wrong with the tire. The beading was fine, there were no punctures and the valves seemed fine too, so they returned the truck to me without any answers. GCR was able to get me in same day. Don was the technician who worked on my truck and was able to quickly determine that the issue was that I had the wrong type of valve and was stuck partially open. He then took the added precaution of checking the other tires and discovered they had the wrong valves too, which means they would have likely failed as well. All said and done, he had me back on the road in under an hour and a half. Not bad for a walk in!Their expertise is second to none. They were able to get my truck fixed same day, without charging me a fortune. I highly recommend.Service: Tires

This is my usual commercial shop they're really pretty good. They discovered issues with the balance problem on the front wheels of my truck that have been there for 3 years that nobody else picked up. Hardy recommendation. Just there having trouble getting tires just like everybody else.

They found a wheel balance problem relating to dynamic balancers on my steers that had destroyed two sets of steer tires in as many years. Sharp text quick service. Their supply is suffering a little right now but they have a lot of customers.

Their business in based on 18 wheelers for the most part, only 1 tech for regular people or the public. Their prices wasn't even good either, take your business elsewhere unless you are having work done on a big rig.

We have a business account setup with GCR and they really are great. Andy and the team are all business but always do a great job. In my humble opinion most of the poor reviews I see on here are look to be from unreal expectation or not being familiar with the industry. I refer all my customers here and definitely recommend them.

Always good service, just had 8 drives put on. At least 3 guys jumped on it. In and out the door In about 1.5 hrs. One of the best things is that they use a torque gun (for lack of the proper term) so no need to go somewhere else and have anything retorqued

Went in to have a leaf spring to be replaced. We brought everything we needed ourselves. We were told it was a 2 1/2 hour job. It took the mechanic 5 hours. We wanted an alignment but decided against it when we were charged $500 in labor for a 2 1/2 hour job. Plus the alignment was going to be another 3 hours. Smh will never do business with these people again.

Awesome quick professional service at a very reasonable rate, friendly knowledge staff that goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of properly.If you ever have a tire problem in Salt Lake, or need a new set, or an alignment these are the people to see.

Very friendly, quick service. However, laying my brand new polished aluminum steer tire wheel face down on the concrete and scratching the heck out of it is unacceptable. Stupidly assumed I wouldn't need to check for damages before I left. Now I have a brand new ruined polished aluminum wheel.

Lost a trailer tire on my way down for a camping trip with a load of scouts. GCR was extremely helpful. They had the tire in stock at a good price. I ended up replacing all 4 tires and they got me turned around very quickly despite having a couple of semis they needed to service first.

1 of the best places to do wheel alignments in utah, James Arnold is the alignment Specialist, he is very good on what he does & treats U fairy. The place is easy to find, size is medium so not allot of trucks can fit @ once. Only drawback is that they don't have a hotel list if your truck needs a couple of days 4 the repairs or a shuttle to take you to 1.

The alignment guy James , that does Big Trucks an Trailers really knows his stuff, very smart guy... Trk an trailer are tracking great since he aligned them both. he's hard to get into, because he's booked up, so plan on making a apointm a week out...

If you have all day to watch the technician not work on your truck and help his preferred customers that show up after you this is the place!! Purchasing a set of new tires and waiting while others get moved in front not good.

I had this location put my snow tires on last fall - and was told that the tread on my (regular) tires were less than 50% and I needed new tires (low profile, replace one means replace all). I questioned that since they don't even have 10,000 miles on them. Last Friday I called and made an appointment to switch my tires back to the regular ones. Showed up at 11:07am and the place was locked up tight. One entire hour wasted. Really pissed off. Made an appointment with Firestone downtown for Sunday morning. The [Firestone] tech brought one of my regular tires to me and asked who had taken them off. He showed me a bubble in the sidewall and asked if the place told me about it - told him nope, just that my tread was under 50%, to which he promptly confirmed that I had over 80% on all four. hmmmmm . . . where should I buy new tires?

They replaced my tire really easy. They don't keep car tires in cause I suppose it's a truck shop but they took care of me no problem.

Very friendly staff!! Very professional they got me in as soon as I showed up and they changed my trailer tires for very cheap brand new tires . I would definitely recommend this place and would bring my business again to this place . Thank you for keep me on the road and getting my work done.

Pfft waste of time no used tires no new tiresPushing the recaps. Hell no. We could not even fix a flat because the tire was wornHaven't ever been disappointed by GCR beforeBut this place was awful . I tried but 100 to fix a flat is a bit much anyway
