Called these guys and asked if I could bring my own fluid/treatment for a drain and fill, and they said no problem! I get the vibe that the money comes secondary to their passion for the trade. I have an appointment next week :) ( I ended up deciding to just pay for their fluids instead, but I thought that the fact they were willing to use fluids that would've been purchased elsewhere showed that they aren't just trying to get your $)

Transmission went out on our Fusion. These guys came out and towed the vehicle for free, took their time and did the job correctly. They even fixed a coolant leak while they was still in there. Took an extra day because of some screwy parts, but the improvised and got the job done. Very highly recommend and will definitely utilize them again soon.

Called to have someone come look at my car and no one came.
