I had a screw in one of my tires and they fixed it for free. I came in at about 11AM and they weren't busy at all so they started working on my tire right away and I was out of there in about 20 mins.

Wow these guys are great they really go the extra mile to make the customer feel well great customer service. They stayed later to get my car done. I m just really impressed if you need tires this is my first choice. Thanks discount for all that you do.

Got me in and out faster than I was told upfront thank you for over achieving for me today! Eduardo was helpful friendly and awesome! Thank you to the team for going above and beyond! This was done while the store was busy with a irrational customer that they bumped up in the line to appease them. Not only showing the care for me but for all the customers in the store.

I ve been a customer for this store over 2 years. And I love it. Their employees especially the vendor called Bradley, is amazing. Professional, lovely with all customers and very supportive. I had a little issue with my car and he took care of me doing the best he could and even more. I totally recommend this store and a bonus for Bradley.

The guys there will take care of your needs, and get you back on the road in no time. I would suggest making an appointment though, if you just show up even for a simple job, you could be waiting 3 hours or longer.

They are great to work with. We've used them for many years. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they were so crowded and a little behind schedule. Maybe I shouldn't even say how good they are because then more people will be there and even more crowded but hey they do a decent job and are fair. Props to Bradley for taking care of us.

********It's a big spacious waiting lobby, which came in handy since I needed to wait 2 hours for my place in line to get my tires in for routine maintenance. Eduardo was good at telling me more about some of the windshield wipers that were available. The Polynesian gentleman with the ponytail that came and advised my car was completed and drove it upfront was awesome and friendly too. I got to see him be consistent with the 2 hours worth of customers and treated them all well. They will price match on tires and wiper blades so why not put them to the test. I did and purchased my michelin's there.

I love this location. These guys are always professional and provide the best service. Today I had a question on some warranty work and Isaak helped me out no questions asked. Top notch quality every time I go here.

Love this place. The counter folks are very knowledgeable. They explain thing very thoroughly. They make sound recommendations and don't sell me something I don't need. Their service techs are fast and professional looking. Ive never discovered any sort of evidence they were even in the car. The prices are very reasonable. They've always kep their word no matter who said what. Definitely check em out. You'll absolutely be glad you did.Part 2 of my review. Went there this morning with one more vehicle for some new tires and to rotate the tires on my daughter's car. My apt was for 8. They got me in right away. As the Sienna was getting tires, the Camry's tires were being rotated. They found a screw in a tire. Patched it up, filled it and rotated tires all within 15 min. They also gave us a $43.27 credit for tires we we're replacing on the van. Again, Discount Tire's integrity shines through. They definitely have a customers for life from my household...

The manager (James) and his team are the whole reason I stick with discount tire. They provide the level of professionalism that sets the bar. Great job to Jordan and Dax for getting every detail executed and done in a timely manner. This group has the system down. Thanks for everything.

Service people are quite friendly and helpful. They looked for a reason as to why my tires were wearing out instead of just throwing on new tires. I appreciate the extra effort and the information and service they provided.

I had a great experience at Discount Tire. The customer service was above and beyond to find the tire size i wanted that would fit my vehicle with the size rims i wanted. Thus is the second time I have bought tires from them and I have never been disappointed with the service there. Will continue to buy tires there.

Thank you so much Discount Tire. I had a blow out on a tire and needed replacement. Brandon was amazing nice and helped me get the right rims and tires for my truck at an amazing price. Thanks to employees like Brandon I am a life long customer.

Came in to get a nail out of my tire and asked that all my tires get inspected. The rep was very responsive in checking the tires and made me aware of their status. Friendly staff and charged all 4 tires in 30 mins. Very pleased!

Went to the state street store only because they had the tires i wanted in stock but they didnt put the new tires on the back of the car only purchased 2 tires and they broke a stud on the car. Came over to the west valley store and they were in shock the way the state street store did so much wrong they worked to hard to make everything right and they went fas beyond what i was expecting they put the tires where they should be and paid for the broken stud and gave me free wiper blades i cannot expsess how much gratitude i have i will always come here to have work done

My wife went to get a free rotate and balance and all they say everytime I've been there is they can't because they are worn too much and need new tires. Look at all the tread I have left. If you are really offering free don't make it a gimmick just to sell new tires. Won't ever go there again.

09/25/2023: So my car's Tire Pressure light came on, and it looked like my Front Left tire was possibly low, so took it to my local Discount Tire store. No appointment, so I just walked in and there wasn't a line, so the service Representative DAX immediately helped me out. Nice guy too. He went out with me to my car to check out my issues and took some measurements and told me it would be around about an hour and a half or so. I went back in and sat down. It was more like just less than an hour and my car was ready to go. Great service today. I like this place. I'll be back as a customer again. :^)

These guys are always fantastic, found out I didn't buy my tires there when I thought I did, I needed to get my tires balanced and rotated and they did it for free because I've been there before and that helped me out a lot. I will always go back to these guys. :)

Every experience is unique. I can only speak for mine. I have been coming to Discount Tires for more�than two�decades now. I have been to many of their stores throughout the valley and have never been disappointed, mistreated, or pressured to buy anything. Being an immigrant and a person of color in Utah can be tricky, but not at Discount Tire, I always have great service. This West Valley location is no different. The crew is very professional, friendly, and always has gone above and beyond to make sure I got the best service possible. It's a busy place, if you are willing to wait, their lobby is spacious and clean and the chairs are comfortable. If you don't want to wait, drop the car off, and you will get an automated text when your car is done. My tire sensor was 20 dollars cheaper than the other shops around and the labor was free. Without�an appointment�was in and out in 35. Why would go anywhere else?

Struggling to go up to three stars today but will give credit for good service in the past.I bought and paid for a full set of tires which were at a different location (understandable). I was told that they'd 'probably' be at the shop the next day so I asked that they call when the tires were in so I could come in with my vehicle or drop it off. I verified with the salesman that they had my number on file.After not getting a call, I stopped in on day three only to be told that the salesman and his manager had tried to call "...like three times". When I inquired about what number they had used, he read off three different numbers - one of them was correct and I carry that number 24/7.Anyway, I was given an estimate that it would be a thirty to fourty-five minutes wait to get the tires mounted. I waited two and a half hours while watching cars come and go or just staring at open bays. Oh well, at least they'll be done before they close!I might come back. If I'm greeted by the same 'salesman' (who I won't name here), I won't be staying long.

Purchased a brand new Model Y a month an a half ago and on the drive home the car was shaking at freeway speeds. Took it to Tesla's Service Center only for them to tell me that they couldn't replicate the issue..... (Insane they gave up so easily and didn't even try to look a little deeper at the problem.) Drove it for another 2 weeks and decided to take it to Discount tire to have the wheels balanced. All were fine except 1 that took over 6oz of weight on one side to get it to balance. It was then moved to the front to see if anything changed. With it in the front, the vibration continued but now it would violently shake the steering wheel at speeds above 60mpg. Took it back to Discount Tire today and had them remove the tire from the wheel. Found the acoustic foam just freely moving around inside the tire. No evidence of glue or anything. It's almost comical, but frustrating at the same time that the problem was exactly what I thought it might be. (Thanks to online forums) Thank you to the Staff at this Discount Tire location for listening and helping me troubleshoot this issue. I have been a customer for 15 years and still get impressed with the level of service I receive.

When deciding whether or not to get new tires I started doing my research and comparing prices. After much research, I decided to come to Discount Tires. I was greeted and helped immediately. I did schedule online so the wait wasn't long. I was in and out within about 30 minutes. The staff was welcoming which is a plus!
