Ultimately unprofessional, they don t know how to take care of their customers, much less their poor staff. Kerry, boss/man in charge of the company has such an attitude and makes rash unprofessional decisions which is why they are constantly hiring people. Kerry will mock his employees and belittle them. He will make promises to his staff and go back on his own word, can t trust the boss, which means you can t trust the company in a whole. He doesn t follow the guidelines and goes based off how he feels day to day. Save your time, money and energy instead for a company that has values and actually cares for their staff and their work because this dump isn t it.

The night before we were supposed to leave town, we discovered a hole in a fuel line in our van that was leaking gas. We called probably 10 other shops all around SLC and none of them were able to fit us in, but these guys did (despite an already full schedule) and we are SO grateful. They were sympathetic to our predicament and even let us hang out in their break room while we waited. Very good experience- can t thank you guys enough!

The company I drive for have us bring the company trucks here. I've had a few issues with my truck. I'll text Kyle and let him know before I'm on my way.Kyle is great to work with never had an issue with him or anyone else in this shop.I get there and they come out look at the problem order the parts and get on it. He knows we can't go without our truck being in the business I'm in.These guys are great at what they do.Thank you to all if you they keep me going.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

This is my experience I never used this company before..I had a 26 foot box truck come in to get brakes bled and a DOT inspection done. After a few hours they called me and said that they did not have the correct equipment to run a diagnostics on this truck. They called me to let me know there was basically nothing they could do at that time. I said please do not do a DOT inspection on the truck as it will fail because of the brakes and since the truck is not running I don t want to register it right away the gentleman said OK that makes sense.The next day the young lady called me to collect payment on the diagnostics for the brakes and the DOT inspection. I was upset because I told them no DOT inspection. She said somebody will get back to me I never heard back I called in and today the first thing Kerry told me that he didn t want to be confrontational he claims he started with the DOT inspection and then Did the brakes which doesn t make sense, it s putting the cart before the horse certainly he would do the brakes first then a DOT inspection. He spoke over me, he was rude and confrontational. I was not interested in arguing or asking the obvious question why you would do the DOT before the brakes? he was very unprofessional and possibly covering up miscommunication going on in the shop and blaming it on me, I think he needs a vacation, absolutely no Customer Service he didn t try to understand or apologize for the mistake that they made , I just paid the bill. We had an extensive amount of work done on our International and I have to say the service and quality that I received were exceptional. I was notified of what was going on throughout the entire process and everyone there could not have been nicer! We will be bringing our entire fleet here moving forward! Highly recommended!

These guys save us monthly (at least that s what it s been)! We ve developed a close relationship with Kyle and he is always pleasant and happy to help get our company trucks back on the road ASAP. From broken belts, stolen catalytic converters, broken starters, gear box, etc etc, Commercial truck is extremely efficient, knowledgeable and just the absolute best. These people DO NOT know what they are doing and they will screw you over and take your money and leave you with a broken vehicle. DO NOT go to this place. I have spend over $15,000 at this shop and still end up with 1 half working truck and a completely dead truck. They will tell one story after another on what need to be fixed and you will go from an initial $4,000 quote to $14,000 and the truck gears will still not work.. now they said the transmission gone bad after they changed the engine.. seriously???? You guys know what you did was WRONG.. taking all our winter saving $15,000 for a truck that is not usable!!!!! Karma will find you for sure..

I had a Freightliner Cascadia Semi towed from Rawlins, WY to this facility December 23, 2020 as the transmission had went out. We were quoted a price of $115 per hour for 10-12 hours of labor to replace the transmission with our own. I called them December 30th and they stated they would begin the replacement the moment our part arrived. We bought our own transmission and they received it in their shop the morning of January 4, 2021 via Fed-Ex Freight. I verified it was received and began dealing with a Kyle. I called him a minimum of 2-3 times daily every single day from from that point on. I stressed the urgency of getting this truck back on the road. he assured me everything was fine and my driver arrived January 6th as it should have been done that day. I kept calling Kyle multiple times daily to get status updates. He assured me they were working on it with no issues and they were just backed up in their shop. On January 8th Kyle called me to advise they had found the hoses were bad and advised it would be 2-3 additional hours of labor plus the cost of the hoses. The hoses cost $460. My driver sat in a hotel from January 6th-12th. The truck was finally done late in the day on January 12. The total bill was $4602.40 and that was after I complained and they knocked 2 hours of labor off.10-12 hours (lets go with 12) at $115 per hour= $1380Hoses $4602-3 additional approved hours (let's go with 3) at $115 per hour= $345That's a total of $2185 going on the high side of labor.I find this unacceptable. Not only was my bill more than double what was quoted but I had to pay a hotel bill for nearly a week.While Kyle was very friendly I will not recommend them to anyone as they will overcharge you to death!Beware of their quotes!!!!Service: Transmission

Had such a poor experience with this guys. For starters they had my friends 1998 International 24ft box truck for over 2 weeks with only 8hrs of labor into it. Finally had to give them a call to let them know that he needed the truck to leave town. That's when they realize they need to pull it together and get us the truck back. They only quoted $350 for a check-up. We then asked to be quoted for rear tires which came out to be $1700 all fine. We asked them to look into a few things that where acting up on the truck and asked for quotes 4 times over email to see what it would cost. They never got back to us with a quotes and did the work. Called an hour ahead to confirm pick up of the truck and showed up and truck was not even there or ready. We took an Uber thinking we would be driving it home. For them to tell us it was not ready because they fixed one problem and caused another. We asked for it to be put back the way it was and was told it's too late they have a the part on it and threw out the old part. They did drive us back and picked us back up to rectifier having us show up and not having the truck ready. which they ended up using against us. They only knocked off $100 after having it for 2 weeks to fix a minor problem to create a major one. Went from having a brake light issue to having no cruise control at all. They said it would need a new ECM. Kyle's argument to us was that the truck was 21 years old. It has a ton of problems. Which I told back doesn't matter how old the truck is we brought it to you to fix it and it's still not fixed its even worse then when we brought to them and we're out thousands of dollars now. very unprofessional and uneducated as to what to do with the situation. I would highly recommend stay away from them. They'll change your tires just fine, but can't deal with anything much more then that. Would not trust them with any year of truck. It's sad because it this is the kind of stuff that hurts the mechanics more in the long run then the business. I would advise you to find a better trucking service that won't jerk you around for 2 weeks and only take $100 off when they cause a bigger issue. What we gathered from this situation was that they got in too far over they're heads and had no choice, but to just give us the truck the way it was and get paid for something that they didn't even fix. Stay away at all cause.

This is for the down town west valley section, I know places like Old Dominion and Popular Design mill and cabinets use them for their truck service.Kyle is always a great receptionist, and there service is great. Definitely bring your business to them.

Great service and great customer service. Everyone is always so happy and welcoming every time I visit. The technicians are hard working and enthusiastic about their jobs. Wish I could rate more than just 5 stars.

Took my motorhome in for a number of items. I was under a tight timeline and they were able to track down hard to find parts and get my work done when they said they would. They kept me up to date and took care of me. I ll definitely be back for any other work I need.

Took a bus their to get a state inspection and was failed for a axle seal that was supposedly leaking I am a state inspector and knew it should have passed I took the highway patrol their the officer made them pass it.. The owner drives all the customers trucks around and he has no cdl. This company is very shady they charge people tax on emission and inspections which is illegal. Don't go their you have been warned
