I have brought 2 of my company vehicles in for estimate and repair and they are a great company to work with. Both times I had no problems and they returned my vehicles back to me quick and the repairs were excellent. Customer service was spot on!

I recently bought a 2007 Tahoe, which had some rust on the back quarter panel that was starting to rust through, I wasn t worried about it I knew my Aunt (Destiny) was the manger at Central Body Shop and could see what they could do. I was so excited when it was getting worked on because I finally got to see her work first hand and what what she does for a living. Even though I grew up going to the shop, it was a new experience.Destiny kept me updated on what was happening at each step while they were painting and fixing up my Tahoe. She is tremendously good at what she does and so is her team. Would go back in the future if I needed any repairs done. #GIVEDESSYARAISEService: Painting

Wonderful Wonderful work!!! They have the kindest most caring staff and were super easy to work with. Destiny was so caring and treated me with such kindness! I got hit and had to work with an insurance company what wasn't my own, and said insurance company was a pain to deal with, but central did everything with them so I didn't have to! They kept in contact with me to give updates and answered all my questions with no hassle! My car was clean and pretty when I got it back and I am 100000% satisfied with the work they did! I will take all my business here and recommend them to everyone! All around a Wonderful place and experience. 10/5 stars! (Before and after in the pics! Look how beautiful!)

My friend referred me to this shop when he found I was struggling to find a good option. Other shops were booked way out and these guys got me in quickly. They were so professional and took extra care of my car and I. So happy to have found this hidden gem in WVC.

Nothing but a horrible experience with this shop for the runaround the whole time a couple day job ended up taking over month. Horrible customer service and organization. After finding what i did tonight the work is all suspect now. They forgot a ground wire to the trailer brake controller loose battery and bolts half way out. I don't recommend taking anything to them. The driver door that was replaced with a new GM door is quarter inch out of alignment from the original body line the grill doesn't fit right now, and the tire rubs the fender. The damaged body panels fit better than the new ones they installed. No pride or ownership in the work done the fit and finish is horrible the hood was way off aligned which should have been simple bolt on as it was never painted and neither were the hinges so the factories paint showed the primer underneath exactly where the bolts and washers should've been. I was told one of the more experienced employees was working on my vehicle. It's very troubling when that is the work of one the best employees you have working for you can't align bolt on panels install bolts properly or install a battery correctly guy's at auto zone and the other parts stores can usually get that right.

The manager, Destiny, is absolutely AMAZING! We dropped our car off and had some front bumper and head light work done. When we picked it up everything looked great! But on the way home we noticed a few things weren't quite right, (different from the work they had just done) so we returned and immediately she was on top off trying to figure out the issue! She was supper professional and didn't have any type of attitude. We also had issues with getting our rental car and she was able to help us get everything sorted out with that as well!

Central Body Shop replaced the front bumper on my Toyota Corolla, and painted the new one to match. I will definitely take my car here again if I ever need auto body work done in the future. The quality of work was excellent; my car looks great! Customer service was wonderful, and the work was done fast. They had an open appointment within less than a week of the date I got the estimate. Their estimate was better than the Toyota auto body shop (I was paying out of pocket, not through insurance). I appreciated that they calculated the estimated costs for repairing and repainting the old one, AND the second option of buying and painting a brand new bumper. It was cheaper to just replace it, an option the dealership had not mentioned. So that saved me some money. The work was done crazy fast, too. They ordered the parts the week before the appointment and had the new bumper painted and ready to install. My mom dropped the car off for me and thought it would be done that day (she was confused, they had said it would be one or two days). When she mistakenly asked if she could pick it up that afternoon the mechanic said they'd try to have it ready, and they did! I was amazed. I'm sure the mechanic went out of his way to get it done so quickly. A week after the work I got a nice thank you note in the mail. I feel like I should thank them!

I do not normally write reviews unless the business is the worst or the best, and in the case of Central Body shop, it is the later. The story started on June 10th, 2011, my brand new Camry was damaged during a company move. I was referred by someone to try Central Body Shop which they were just down the street from my work. My car look ok after the first repair, but it had some haze, Todd Ellison took care of me after a visit to the shop. Fast forward 11 years, yes, you heard me right, 11 years later in November of 2022. The repaired area has been hazing more and more and eventually the clear coat started to peel and look very out of place compare to the rest of the car, I am a car care nut, which the car had regular washes and wax since I own the car when it only had 9 miles. I drove out to Central Body shop which was located at 3900s and 300 west to learned that location has been closed. I found that they have a West Valley location, so I showed up to see what they will do for me. WV Central Body Shop looked at my car and told me that they had to talk to the owner and let me know since the repair was not done by them. A week or so went by no replied, so I thought to myself that, "well, I tried, no business will honor their Lifetime Warranty". One thing to note is that I do have the original written warranty which I showed to WV Central Body Shop. However, I was wrong, I got a call a few days later, and I was surprised to learned that they had scheduled me in the follow week for a repaint at no charge. When I picked up the car, I was blown away how good it looked, and the employees of the shop even asked me to judge their gingerbread houses for the holidays, in addition, I received a greeting card for Christmas 2022 that Central Body Shop thanked me for my business and the opportunity to correct their mistake. I was speechless for their customer service and willingness to do the right thing after 11 years, and it is very heart warming that there are companies like CBS still exist that they will do what they said they would do, this is the place to go to if you need body and paint, I know I will be back. refused to work on my car after safelite send me to this body shop location. they wasted many hours of my work trying to get my car fixed. they even gave me an estimate. these people are very unprofessional. i don t recommend you use their services

There was rust damage around my windshield making it impossible for the windshield to be replaced. I was referred here and it was a very positive experience. They communicated with me how much it would cost. They were transparent that it could cost more if they found more damage once the windshield was actually removed. Luckily, there wasn't any additional damage and the cost was exactly what I was quoted. They communicated the whole way. It did take a week, but I knew this was a possibility and planned accordingly. Pickup was easy and effortless. Paying was all online and super fast. I am very impressed.Service: Painting

I Have a 2010 Dodge Mega Cab that had some Corner Cab Damage that is almost Impossible to fix, took it to Central they looked it over and said they could do it. Just picked it up today i could not believe how good of a job they had done I was so worried knowing how difficult it was going be I am absolutely elated can not give them enough stars .Services: Painting, Welding

I took my truck to them to get the bumper replaced after an accident, They had taken it to get an alignment They decided to leave my truck there For an extended amount of time And it was broken into. My steering column was completely destroyed, Took my stereo, my woofer, my amp. They did replace the stolen items however my stereo will not turn off, It doesn't even get local stations, They replaced almost every part on my truck with parts from the junkyard including my steering column. And I have no horn, Cruise control no longer works, My headlights continuously go on and off. I have called and called to get these issues fixed. They do not return the phone call and then when I finally get someone they tell me they are going to call me back and never do. It took almost a month to get my truck back, And when I did I got it back In worse condition than what it was brought into them.. Their negligence is beyond words, They do not back their guarantee up. The 1st time they told me my truck was done and I went to look at it I refused to take my truck Because the work that they did do was not satisfactory. Unfortunately It looks like I'm going to have to speak to an attorney to get this resolved.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Central Auto Body did great for me! I had someone back into my drivers side door and smash it in. They finished the repair really quickly and for a decent price without over inflation of labor charges and other fees. They had some of the best customer service I've seen from any auto body shop or auto related business. They even came in an hour before opening on a Saturday to get me my car back because I couldn't come later. Definitely reccomend.

Very prompt and friendly service. Got my vehicle in quickly, and the repair was great! The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Central Body for any future body work needs on my vehicles. Be sure to ask for Dorothy! She is amazing!

I had a decent experience here. They did the work that was expected. It took them about 4 and a half weeks to complete it though. Delays in delivery and whatnot.They were very helpful and kind though

We love central body shop! Aly and Destiny are wonderful to work with. They keep me informed about my car and the techs do great work. We have taken several (I have a teenage daughter) vehicles there and have always been happy with their work. This last time there was a link in my washer fluid line after Ipicked up my car and they quickly fixed it for me. I definitely recommend them!!

A local trucking company cause damage to my car, and asked me to go to central body shop to have it repaired. I went there and got an estimate the trucking company approved the damages and told me to take the car there for repair. After I drop the car off two days later I got an email saying that they needed to change the estimate to $1,700 higher and that the bumper now had to be replaced and could not be repaired. Their suggestion was to paint one side of the bumper, clearly a substandard repair.At this point they wanted to know how to move forward before they started any repairs.I told them that it needed to be repaired right, not painting part of a panel.when I showed up they had taken the wrap off the entire bumper despite not having approval to move forward. they had no explanation other than they thought they were going to do the job so they just got started.

This business deserves 5 stars..after multiple times of having to call & advocate for me to my auto insurance regarding bids, rental car and parts.. they're amazing. Destiny the manager is definitely for the customer and she gets it done!

Great place. Talked to Destiny and she went above and beyond for me. I've taken my personal car there and I've also send clients over to them and they do their best to make sure your taken care of. Destiny isn't scared to go to bat for you if she needs to. If you need anything done to your car, bring it here first, you wont be disappointed.
