Excellent service!! The crew here took my vehicle right in and swapped out 4 tires within 45min, and had me back on the road. The price was more than competitive, saved me quite a bit of money. Thank you for your great service, and pricing.

Called and had exactly what I needed and didnt have a wait time or "have them get from warehouse". Other places I tried said they had no wait time but show up and it took an hour just for a simple fix. Highly recommend Carlos Tires and will send my recommendations here.

I was on vacation with my family and got a leak in my tire on a Sunday. They got me right in and fixed it in no time. I am a shop owner and know the difference between a good shop and a bad one. This shop is a top notch tire place.

Check your receipt! They quoted my girlfriend one price, but charged me $30 extra. I bought 2 new tires. On top of that, they reinstalled my tire sensors incorrectly. Not only are they dishonest, they also seem to be incompetent. I will not be going back, there s too many other shops around.

They have good business hours (open till 8) and their balancing machine actually works unlike other places I have been sadly.They aren t too busy, and I had 3 cars in front of me and my wait was still very short. $40 for a balancing is a good price as well

Flat repair. I got a flat tire the night before and went to a mainstream tire center to repair it. They told me they couldn t repair my tire because it had been previously repaired using a gummy plug. They did however offer to sell me new tires, even though the tires I had were quite new. I brought the damaged tire to Carlos and told him what had happened. He repaired the new hole in the tire and repaired the hole sealed with the gummy plug and sent me on my way in about 20 minutes.

This location is such a cheating people, I went to swap my winter tire, and they said they could change the oil too but they told me to buy oil and filter so brought everything I went to this shop they told me to wait in their waiting room, after 1 hour they came and told me they did everything but after 2 weeks now my engine light showing me engine oil was low I went to a different shop and I found out these guys didn't change oil and I was pretty very very disappointed this place they took my money and oil which worth of $100. Such thief places and businesses are all about honest customer service. And earn the customer's trust back. You guys deserved -00000

My car got a nail in the tire and so we looked up a place nearby that we could take it to and these guys were absolutely incredible! I called ahead of time and they told me I could come in at any point and they got us in and out the door in no time! They were nice, professional, and very welcoming! We were so impressed and highly recommend them!!

Efficient is the word I would use to describe the service that you receive when you visit Lucero's. I hadn't ever been here before but visited based solely off of the number of positive reviews I had read here on Google Maps as well as the pricing when I called in and inquired for my needs (I had all four tires mounted and balanced for less than $80). I wasn't disappointed at all. It took them less than 20 minutes from beginning to end to do what I had come for. I really appreciated the speedy friendly service. Supporting smaller family businesses is always a plus as well! I will definitely be visiting Lucero's for my tire related needs in the future versus one of those franchise locations where it takes five hours to do a simple balance and mount because ten thousand other people are in line ahead of you for the same thing. Lucero's makes all of that go away! Go to Lucero's. :)

Found this place when they were on Redwood rd., lucky for me this was the nearest tire place to where I got a flat, and I have never gone anywhere else since. They are fast, friendly, and so knowledgeable, whatever your situation is, they can help. They will have what you need at a price you can afford, and good quality too. It's also a family owned business. Can't get much better than that.

They are the most amazing place for tires. Took my neighbor there to have her snow tires changed they not only changed them they repaired 2 of her tires. We were not even there 30 minutes. So quick and the workers were so personable and sweet. Very very reasonable. Will go back and invite many friends to them. I will give them a 10....

The guys are very personable. They're friendly and helpful and make you feel at home. They used to bet located on redwood road but they're the same people. I cannot argue with price and they're a thousand times cheaper than any other tire place. They'll have my business for sure.

Cheapest price around great quality of tires I come all the way from Tooele to get tires from here the quality service is the best around I recommend any one go there for a great price with unbeatable service

Needed a tire repair. Big O Tires and Discount Tires wouldn t touch it but Lucero got it done in 5-10 minutes. Very friendly and efficient. I knew I still had life in it. Definitely recommended and won t be buying tires anymore from the bigger retailers.

Locally owned tire shop Nick has amazing customer service, fast, reliable, and best of all affordable! I've used Lucero's tires since they were located on redwood road and now at they're current location. Thank you Lucero's tires.
