The team here helped me out in the past when I was a first time client, by plugging a hole in my tire for free. Because of that kindness, I have come back two or three times now for different repairs and for my annual emissions test today. Thank you to everyone on your team for always being welcoming and efficient with your services!

Overcharged on gas cap because emissions failed because of the gas cap brought out a new gas cap that didn t fit so then they pulled my truck out. I watched as they brought a new gas cap and didn t retest the truck just put the gas cap on and gave me the paper that said it passed a little fishy I would think. Will not return to this Big OI Will find another big O that I hope is more honest

These guys fixed a nail in my tire super fast and easy. The spanish girl at the front was SUPER CUTE too! Will definitely go back :)

Had a flat tire on 215 about .5 miles away and had to have it towed here. They told me I needed the tire changed. I explained I still had warranty on the tires at my regular shop across town, and they patched the tire for free so I could drive there safely. Very impressed!

I was in and out with new tires in about an hour. I came back 2 days later for an oil change and was serviced immediately. The staff here is fantastic. I won t go anywhere else.

Above and beyond he cleaned the ice from windows on my repaired car as I was leaving. They replaced a bad ball bearing on front wheel and it was quick service. High 5 star service.

Came here to get a nail removed from a tire and a have it repaired. I was charged $25 for the removal/repair, which did not include any sort of balancing or wheel inspection. Immediately after leaving Big O the tire failed. I got on the I-215 near this location and the tire was either not repaired or filled properly causing the tire to destroy itself. Do not go here. They don't know how to properly fix a nail in a tire. I wouldn't trust them to do that or anything else to your vehicle.Some of the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. They will take your money and only further your car troubles.

The first time I booked an appointment here I had to reschedule because they were running behind and I had other appointments to attend to that day. That would ve made it so I wouldn t have a car to make it to the appointments. The second time I booked an appointment I made sure that I booked it with plenty of time to spare in between my other scheduled appointments that day. This time around they failed to inform that they were running TWO HOURS behind. Which resulted in me missing other important things I had scheduled that day because I had no car. It s very frustrating to experience this twice. I m definitely going to a different Big O Tires location for alignments from now on.

Tried to upsale me on suspension parts even tho my whole front end suspension was just redone and my wheel is slightly curved when going straight so they did nothing for my alignment it s worst if anything don t ever go here for your car needs

Everyone should come here for tires, brakes/rotors, oil changes, etc. I was very well pleased with their service! From the time I walked into the building to leaving with my vehicle. They are very friendly and they thoroughly explain options and possibilities. As a woman I feel like I get the worst end of deals when it comes to mechanics or vehicle issues with the assumption I dont really understand these things- but with them I really feel like they treated me like any other valued customer! Thanks for taking care of our fusion! And Colt def led this transaction with the best customer service! Thanks to your whole entire team!

I wanted my A/C system checked for leaks and oil changed. Rather than tell me it would be another 200 dollars FIRST, they just did it and I had to pay. Basically I spent two hours and 300 dollars getting screwed. I could do that in Vegas. Big O is how your rear end will feel when you pay the bill! Classic mechanics rip off technique. Negative 5 stars

This was my 1st time taking my GMC Acadia to the West Valley location. I had to get a new set of tires (mine were bald and 1 blew the previous day so I had a donut in place) I was able to receive good tires and a big issue I had with my car previously has resolved.I don't know if the issue was only due to needing new tires or something separate. Either way, my car is driving smoothly now.I appreciate their taking in my car as a walk in. They got the work done in about 2 hrs (there were 3-4 other customers ahead of me getting things done too).The guy that helped me (sorry didn't catch his name) was helpful and professional.

I love Big O. The team here is always so helpful and so nice. I don t ever feel like they re trying to pull one over on me and they re so respectful. If you re looking for a place to get your car worked on definitely come here.

My Daughter only wanted a synthetic oil change. They tried to say she needed new tires and a oil leak in her oil pan. She was freaked out about it. She told them they should be still good, she only put 22,000 miles on 60,000 mile tires. They told her they were wearing on the inside. Luckily she is smart enough (which I think they weren't expecting) she told them, I will have Les Schwab take a look at them. Les Schwab looked and said the tires were great and no oil leak. You guys trying to take advantage of a honest Woman. Shame...plus she paid $100 for an oil and filter change??

In and out in less than 30 minutes with 4 brand new tires and my steering and tires felt great . Will definitely return.

My wife took her car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They ended up only hand tightening both our front tires. Shortly after her car was making a weird noise so we took it back to them. They said it was the engine mounts and it would be well over 1,000$ in labor. So we had to not drive it for a couple weeks until we could afford to fix it (super inconvenient). Then I took it to another mechanic he notice all lug nuts on both front tires were only hand tightened and the engine rattle was a bad oil filter. Used to come here often but never coming back. Those mechanics are an absolute joke and clearly don t take their job seriously. We drive the canyons for work so they could ve killed us. Used to come here for everything but absolutely never returning again.Mel and Maria at the front desk are the only good thing about this location.

Today went well for the New Years. My Car was in the need of a serious wheel Alignment. I was a walk-in but they handled business and the stress is gone. Totally Professional with none of that extra stuff such as you need this or that . Within a hour I was on the road feeling proud with the car driving like the day it was purchase. Thank You Big O Tires... Hats off to you

I was treated like a good friend. Every one who helped me was was very helpful in finding the problem with my car. It wasn't easy but they found it and fixed it faster than I thought they would. I will visit them again as have many times before. They did an outstanding job.

Had to bring my car back after buying 4 brand new tires 2 days ago. They gave me one tire that was different from the other 3. Been sitting here over an hour waiting for them to fix the issue and it seems like every customer coming in has got some issue with their tires. Save yourself the hassle of having to come back and waste hours of ur life. Go buy elsewhere

Worst tire flat service I have ever seen. Who are you hiring?! Didn't balance tires after, didn't bother to align either. Couldn't even find the hole, had to take it home and mark it myself. I can't imagine what a poor job they'd do for people who don't have tire knowledge. Completely unsafe allowing poorly trained people to work on tires.

I took my vehicle in a couple different times for the brakes and they kept saying they were fine, so i took it somewhere else and i actually need back brake pads and rotors. They did the same thing with my sisters car and she had to take it somwwhere else and she did need brakes. I dont know wbat big o does, but obviosuly not inspect your brakes correct

Craig is the best! I am from out of state and was stranded needing a new rim. Everything was closed on July 4th so I had already waited an extra day. The next morning I walked in and Craig called all over the place to find a wheel for my car. He found an exact factory match and sent one of his guys quite a distance to pick it up! Excellent service and excellent work!!! Thank you so much Craig!

Tried to take advantage of my girlfriend on an alignment. They did absolutely nothing and kept the camber in the same place. Thought she wouldn t notice. She had to take it to a different location to get it corrected. We went back today to get a refund and they tried to make her feel stupid for standing up for herself and asking for money back for a service they didn t perform. It was like pulling teeth trying to get them to refund her. Don t go to this location. I d do zero stars if I could.

I walked in on a Saturday 15 minutes before closing in need of a flat repair. I'm an Uber driver and would have missed out driving that night had they not helped me out. They hooked me up. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you! B
