Went in for an alignment on my 01 sienna. Friendly staff, my vehicle was done in under 30 mins. My only concern is when I was told a higher price without explanation on why until I told the staff member I don't need the extra service they offer. So then I was quoted a one time alignment instead of 3 times. Overall great experience, just be upfront with your customers. Thanks again.

Warm and friendly when buying tires. When returning for maintenance the experience was not the same. I'd hoped my experience was the same whether buying new or simply completing routine maintenance.Work was completed, just felt different when not purchasing anything.

After recently taking my vehicle in for a brake system problem at a different auto place and being told I just need to get my brakes done. I came in to Big O to have them look after having all the brakes done and still experiencing the same issues. They were so fast and figured out the problem and fixed it no charge since it was only a screw missing on my caliper. The peace it brought to finally have my vehicle fixed and safe to drive my two young daughter s in is priceless, thank you so much for taking care of me!

I have an appointment at 7:30 in the morning, I was in and out before 9 AM. Very friendly customer service and they had a clean waiting area with comfortable seating if you were going to wait for your car to be finished

Alberto is the best. Never fails to take care of me and my two vehicles. I can call him up and explain a problem and he just says no big deal, just bring it in and we will take a look! All staff is friendly there, and so willing to help, but Alberto is the main reason I keep going back. He gets the job done quickly and correctly and works with pricing as needed! Customer for life.

I've been going to Big O for years! Alberto has been so good to work with and is always up front and honest. I send all my family and friends to him. He always makes sure we have the best experience and price and gets our cars back up and running in a timely manner. I trust them with all our vehicles and with my families and friends as well.

Super kind, up front and typical Big O, can't go wrong here. Got a full set of new tires replaced in less than 45 minutes, very professional and cool about making accommodations for my odd tire sizes. Recommended.

This location is very time efficient and more than willing to help. Whether you're waiting for your service in their lobby or picking up at a later time, they keep you up-to-date during your service and inform you of recommended services going forward, if needed. I've worked a lot with Alberto and have never had trouble getting a vehicle issue resolved. A knowledgeable team and great location!

Got a set of tires here a little over a year and a half ago, we purchased the road hazard package as well. We recently noticed a golf ball size bulge on the outer sidewall ( which I perceived as a factory defect )and decided to take it in to be looked at, not only did they charge us a fee to apply the road hazard for the new tire which is normal but also charged us to reinstall,mount, and balance fee wich Discount tire never charges for. And they didn't even have the same tire or tread pattern for the road hazard exchange.Save your money and just take it to Discount Tire. We we wont be patronizing this business again

Everyone here at this location has excellent customer service. They truly care about their customers they give it 110% for each client. The communication whether they re backed up and can get you in right away is always accurate. I ll definitely be back.

The service it s great sometimes we just take our car for a normal service and this guys I believe his names is Alberto Robles he was the guy who help us the last two times we where there and he always meet our expectations he will tell you if you need to do something extra and he always will give you the best quality on parts for your vehicles and the service it s great definitely if you are lost and don t know where to get good quality and service besides a good pair of tires and rims come here to this BiGo they will be able to help you with all the needs for your car.We always love to go there ask for Alberto, Robles. Also he speak Spanish. You will feel more confident after you talk to him, for sure, you can tell they know what they be doing and they love what they doing .Thank your for always the great trust and experience Thank You !

Worst experience ever!!! I won't ever go here again!! They did a horrible job on our vehicle. Once everything was said and done at the end of it, we had "1" LOG~NUT missing & another ready to COME- OFF on the FRONT PASSENGER TIRE. The only reason I found out is because my brother was doing a PRE~TRIP routine maintenance check before i was going on a road~trip. This business (Big O'tires 3600 W 5600 S, WVC, Utah) OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T CARE about their CUSTOMER SAFETY, & or nor the QUALITY of SERVICE they provide.Best of luck to the customers who use this establishment...

I took my tire there to be replaced. They said I had to replace all 4 tires. I took it to a different big o. They said I DO NOT have to do replacethem other 3 tires. The tread was ok. They tried to charge me $850 Unnecessarily. They also told me my car is always in all-wheel. Drive, no, have the option for front wheel drive or all-wheel drive. There's a button for that. Dont trust them.

You can t go wrong with BIG O; great service, awesome customer service, friendly staff. You won t waste your time at this location. They also change tires too!BUT I had to ask if my vehicle was done. How long was it sitting when I have a busy day ahead? Need to be on top of getting people out when their vehicle is done.25-MAR-22 UPDATE:6 bolts out of 8 were missing from my skip plate. How did that happen?

I recently visited Big O Tires at 8:30 in the morning, seeking a front axle change and alignment. The sale guy( El cabr�n)estimated it would take no more than an hour and a half, but I ended up waiting for almost 3 hours. The service was disappointing, and the staff seemed unprofessional ( 5 guys working on one car). Despite paying $800, I felt let down by the overall experience. TRASH!!!

Went in and got my new tires. The gave me a good deal. And I got an alignment withy new tires. I had to have a little work 9n my front end and he told me to bring my car back and they didn't charge me for the 2nd alignment. What an awesome place.

I will not return to this place, it took them 3 hours to change the oil and rotation, I already had an appointment and I could see that people served other people first after I arrived and their cars left first, it is the second time that this has happened to me, I decided come back because I thought it was my imagination the first time I came or maybe it's my bad luck but to avoid it I don't come back
