Nathan was exceedingly helpful. Very good employee, they should be proud to have him on thier team. Truly went above and beyond in 105F weather helping me with a car battery. Thanks for your help.

Awful experience. On November 6th I put an order for a car battery. Didn't hear back for a couple hours. Called and an automated response said they weren't open even though the website said they were. Decided to drive down. Got there at around 12:30. Walked in and the employee just stayed in the back. Finally I said hello. He came out extremely bugged. I told him I placed an order. He had no idea. Saw him check the computer and he said 'ooppps'. He hadn't even checked the orders. He was then beyond rude about everything. I asked if he was okay. He responded 'it just such a high energy day!'. I finally got my battery, then I waited. After a minute he said 'what do you what?' I said I need a receipt. He got angry about that. Then I said your phone is telling customers you're closed. He growled 'there's nothing that can be done about that!' Probably the worst shopping experience I've had. Never been treated so poorly.

I d leave 0 stars if I could. At no point was it communicated to me that my iPhone battery wouldn t be replaced with a genuine part. When I asked after seeing the warning on my phone about it not being a genuine part the employee in the store told me that it says they don t use genuine apple parts on the website. I searched the whole iPhone repair section for about 20 minutes and found nothing that stated that. Blatantly misleading and I ll be recommending to everyone I know to steer clear of these guys.

Zack is truly exceptional at what he does. He really saved my bacon with the products that I needed. Amazing customer service and a vast knowledge base of the products batteries+ provides. Give this man a raise!

Best customer service in a long time. Very helpful, very nice, made sure to get the right battery for my truck. Installed my truck battery for free when the dealership wanted to charge 50 shop fee. Watch Brent install it, wow I was happy to see he took the time to clean off all corrosion, hook a back up to me truck so all my settings for clock n radio where saved, and sprayed terminals again with anti corrosion. All for free! Highly recommend!

Finally an honest business. First experience w this store. Key fob was dying, took it to a locksmith was told battery wasn t problem it was the fob and quoted $216 to replace and reprogram. Came to this location, the reps were helpful and friendly. Tested battery in front of me and it was dead. $10 replacement and it works fine. This will be my stop for all my battery needs in the future. Very satisfied customer!!

I almost never give full star reviews unless the employees do miracles. Brent from your West Valley store came real close. After reviewing my order he called me to verify that the battery I ordered was the battery I wanted - it wasn't. He got me the right battery and was friendly and efficient. Great service!

I've gone here twice, and the staff has always been super helpful and friendly. The first time was to get a new watch battery. I had forgotten that this particular watch has an impossible back, requiring special tools to remove and replace, but the employee was able to get it off and then back on again. The second time was to repair my phone. I had dropped it and it needed a new LCD screen. I went to two other places (who specialize in phone repairs), and neither of them had the parts in stock, in any of their stores, and they could not get the parts quickly. A Google search told me that Batteries Plus Bulbs did phone repairs (who knew?). I called them, and they had the parts in stock. I took my phone to them, and it was ready less than 2 hours later, which was great because I was expecting a really important call and it was crucial that I had my phone. My phone looked and worked like new when I got it back, and they charged less than the other places I was going to take it to. I highly recommend this store!

the seller was rude when I mentioned it was for gozero generator says he can't even sell me the battery what difference should that make a battery is a battery no matter what it goes in told him I was putting it in myself he didn't even want to hear of it. It was on Sunday at around 1 pm on March 5 2023

They had a few different choices for my bike, all were in stock. I called and talked to them about the differences and ask a few questions. I purchased online because of a discount offered, the store is like 4 miles from my house, so pick up was super easy. I asked a few more questions while there, and found them to be friendly and helpful.

I had a cell phone battery replaced. It was a very safe environment, was marked for social distancing, everything was cleaned and employees wore gloves and masks. This made me feel safe. Everyone that I interacted with were very friendly and patient with me. I was able to have my phone back to me in just over an hour as promised. I will definitely be a return customer.

I know it is strange to say, but they have an awesome selection of batteries. Old Canon AE2 batter? Sure! BMW motorcycle battery? Yep, that too! Scuba light battery? Here is 5.If you need batteries, they are great, and ordering online speeds things up.

I don't blame the employees (much) at the store for what happened I simply blame store policy. Though why on earth the employee could not simply void the sale is beyond me.I purchased a battery for my device in cash ($2.49 + tax = $2.66). I walked out of the store and sat in my car while I pulled out my device and then realized I needed three batteries. I had done my research previously and knew that if I needed more than one battery Amazon was the place to go. In fact I needed three rather than one.I walked back into the store less than a minute or two later with battery in the unopened package with my original receipt issued just minutes before. They said in order to make the return they needed my telephone number, which I then begrudgingly gave them.I let me repeat, I paid cash, the package was sealed and unopened, I had the receipt and had literally just purchased the item a minute or two before.I was then told that I was required to provide *all* of my contact information to make the return. At this point I just said forget it. I left the item on the counter and told them to keep it and walked out the door. Probably not my finest moment, however I didn't need the battery (I needed three) and I wasn't willing to provide the rest of my contact info over a $2.49 purchase that I had just paid in cash minutes before.Why they didn't just void the sale is beyond me. And why corporate policy requires full contact information on a cash sale / return within minutes is beyond me as well.I blame corporate policy. If the employees are to blame then that makes it even worse. Bottom line is I'll never go back. I seriously should have made the purchase with my credit card just so I could dispute the charge. Instead I am left with the consolation of writing this review. <sigh/>

I live an hour away but needed several deep cell batteries. Not only was Batteries Pus Bulbs the best price around, but the owner of this store came out to make sure I installed them correctly when I had a glitch. Great service! Great products.

Brent and company have come through for me again and again. I use him for obscure batteries and bulbs for my business and recently started switching out my bulbs at home for more energy efficient alternatives. He was amazingly helpful with car batteries as well. I've always appreciated his willingness to help me solve a problem and to help me understand the options. I drive from Cottonwood Heights, past probably 20 places that sell batteries and bulbs because of the service. Highly recommend these guys.

I waited 20 minutes for them to open. Their sign and website say they open at 9:00. They did not open doors until 9:20. Also the website says they fix samsung. After waiting 20 minutes they tell me they do not repair samsung. They need to update the website and also open on time.

Please let your employees know that they are excellent. I don t find that people are generally helpful. I interacted with the young woman who fixed my iPad and the young man working with her this morning June 1. I was in last Friday and another young man was just as nice and helpful. The reason I came back today was because I wanted to see if a new iPad was a better option. They saved me a bundle.

The batteries I needed were in stock and the staff was friendly, prompt and helpful. Online ordering was easy, my order was processed quickly and communication and the status of my order was clear and concise. Pickup at the store was a cinch. Had my mother in law's lift chair back up and running in no time. Thanks!

Great customer service! I'm very pleased with the decision to repair my phone vs replace it.They have brought my phone back to life more than once and I'm so grateful for it! It feels like I bought a new phone when I've had mine for years

I have come there several times, and always received excellent service. You also offer options, for example changing my phone battery that AT & T do not offer. But they also referred you to me. Every time I come in I find out a service that you offer that I was not aware of so thank you.

Although the repair and replacement of the cell phone screen was more expensive than we had anticipated, the clerk gave us a 10% discount which was helpful. The work was done in less than an hour. I now have a new phone.

Thoroughly enjoy patronizing the West Valley City, Utah Batteries + Bulbs store. The owner, Brent, is always friendly, courteous and very talented when it comes to repairing phone, tablets and most recently my Garmin GPS. His crew are also very helpful and talented. So excited when Batteries + Bulbs opened a store in my area. Before this store opened I rarely patronized Batteries + Bulbs because the nearest store was 10 miles away. Have been able to find bulbs not available in a major retail chain which I will not reference by name but begins with the letter W.

I had never been in this store until today. It has everything batteries & bulbs and the nice man there replaced the battery in my iphone in less than hour and even checked all its functions! They have some hard to find items (like refridgerator bulbs) and fun to find items (like light-up dog balls) there.

After making an appointment and saving $10.00 i needed a new battery replaced on my Iphone 6 plus these Guys are great dropped off my phone i came back in 30 minutes and it was done .I also needed other work done my camera wasn't working correctly as well as my ear speaker the Technician was so honest and explained everything to me i had a screen replaced elsewhere and my phone was never the same until i took it to these guys now it's like a new phone and much cheaper than $1.000 for a new one . Ordered a new key fob for my daughter's car. Paid the key price and the required programming fee, an additional $39. Five days later, got a call that the fob had come in, and ran the car over to pick up and have the fob programmed. Only the fob was not the correct one. Not even close. The girl working didn't know what to do, so she called someone who tried to say that he remembered me going over the computer screen with the associate who ordered the fob for me. Only there was no picture on the screen, so that wasn't the case. Employee let me know that she would order the correct fob, and have it rush delivered. The called again when the correct fob came in, and again, ran over with the car to have it programmed. They looked up how to program the fob and brought their laptop out to the car so they could get it taken care of. Two different employees couldn't figure out how to program the fob to the car, and it was only after 40 minutes, and me looking on YouTube and walking them through how it said to program the fob that they were able to get the job done. $40 well spent. Then we go to leave, but the car won't start. Apparently there is another programming that needs to be done with the fob that they were unaware of, and it would take at least 10 minutes to do. Well, the couldn't even figure out how to program the unlock button, why would I let them mess with the starting programming. And the process had already taken way longer than it should have. Requested that they put the old, unworking fob back on the key and refund my money. Do yourself a favor, don't get your key fobs there, saying that they replace them is a gross exaggeration of what they are able to deliver.

I cannot recommend this company for iPhone repairs. I brought in an iPhone 8 with a broken screen and after looking at the device said it also needed a new battery. They don't seem to be qualified to replace iPhone batteries because the device didn't work with a new battery. I had them put the old battery back in the device so I could take it to an Apple Store. The Apple Store wasn't able to fix the device because Batteries Plus had damaged other components when installing and removing a new battery. I was forced to buy a completely new device due to their error. Instead of paying $130 for a new screen I had to spend over $350 on a new device. They just don't seem to have the expertise to repair phones.

It all started this Monday morning, woke up went to check my phone and panic since my iphone 6 was plugged in charging and it still said the battery was dead. I googled if there was any quick fixes but all lead to replacing battery so I researched who could do it and this store came up. After reading reviews I decided to get there right as the store opened (not sure what time it was when I got there since my iphone was dead) I asked how much it costs and how long it takes, he told me about 30 minutes so I said lets do it. After about 12ish minutes of waiting he said he was done and my iphone was back to normal. I was so relieved and was still able to get breakfast before work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and they have every type of battery (ones I didn't even know existed) great service and employee (I say singular since I only interacted with one this morning)

I had purchased a Duracell battery for a generator. In less than 5 months the battery stopped taking a charge. They would not warranty the battery because it stopped taking a charge( I thought the the warranty was for defective workmanship). They told me that the battery had to take a charge in order to get warranty? If you are looking to buy a battery I would really question if you want one that has to take a charge in order to get warranty. I would look for a company that stand behind the products they sell. Unless money is no object to you. They will sell you anything just don t look to get a warranty when you need it.
