I came rolling to this AutoZone looking like a volcano on wheels. Just had a radiator replaced.... Clamp came off.... Talk about steam! Jared helped me open the hood... find the right coolant.... Found the problem. Grabbed the pliers and he went to work. He stuck it out with me til the end. Got me back on the road safely!!! Thank you Jared... For your 5 star service. Very professional.

Ramon and Oscar helped diagnose my neighbor's battery problem and installed a missing bracket. They were very patient, positive, smart, and courteous. We appreciated their help. They're awesome!!

My husband and I run our own little shop and for the past few years we ve commercial d with Oreillys. Last year we spend close to $80K at Oreillys alone. We do commercial with auto zone but our auto zone close to us (3500 and 3200) isn t the best. Service has never been good.I came to this auto zone to get some rotors. It was a rush job so we had to do some filtering between Oreillys and auto zone with who had parts on hand at the time.When we walk into Oreillys, it s a celebration and we ve always felt like royalty walking in. I stood in line here and another guy walked in and stood behind me and the cashier addressed him by name as if he were a regular - just the same as we would walk into Oreillys.I stood there and thought - that s so cool that these guys get to know their mechanics and know what projects they re working on and are very present in seeing them succeed with providing their parts.The way my Oreillys team is to my shop, this autozone is to the guy standing behind me. That s good service.This auto zone is too far for me be a regular here. But if the team running this store was over at my local auto zone, you better believe, they would know who I am when I walk in.

Holly and Jared are amazing. I initially thought I needed a new battery, but just needed some corrosion cleaned off. They cleaned it for me and made sure everything worked. Oh did I mention their store was closed! They went way above they're job duty! Thank you!!

I went in to get a battery check and the girl that tried to help me didn t know what she was doing and didn t know how to help me. I asked her if she could get me someone who could. After waiting for about seven minutes I went back in the store to find she was helping someone else I asked her if she ask the person that could help me. She rolled j her eyes and said that she was busy and no she didn t. There is more to the story, but I could care less. Don t go there. They hire people who don t know what they re doing.

Branden P was absolutely amazing. The employee Jenner was rude and rushing Braden who did my battery change in 10 minutes!! Branden should be promoted he was so professional and had amazing customer service!!

This location has a horrible habit of working it's employees to the bone, hiring a lot of uneducated people in this field, and violating some serious labor laws. This entire district refuses to hire well qualified individuals in an effort to make up for a massive staffing shortage. They tend to just kill their existing employees rather than hiring more to balance the workload. An entire store quit all at once recently, and there's one or two more about to do it again. I would not give this location your money, there's an Advance Auto parts right next door that believes in taking care of its neighborhood. Be warned, AutoZone, take care of your employees before you lose them. It's already too late for a a lot of the people under your boot.

This store is my hometown store, located on 3500 S. In-between 4400 W and 4800 W. This store in particular has always gone above and beyond helping and providing great service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable for the most part. They keep the store clean and grandly thanks AutoZone.

I bought two rear taillights for my car, Braden was the one helping me, very polite young gentleman, after I purchased them, he asked if I needed anything else, I jokingly said, you could change them for me, he said, I ll do it! I very much appreciate him

Always friendly, low prices great products. Speedy and helpful service, also it's nice to be able to ask a question and if they don't know it right away almost all employees jump in and help deliver what knowledge is most helpful.

I m writing this review regarding Sonia SantaCruz and her lack of customer service. In a case in which Sonia showed blatant racism when I came in, choosing to help multiple client before attending go to me. When I addressed Sonia she yelled at me to wait. Later my Daughter came in to speak to Sonia and before being able to speak to her she told my daughter with an attitude to give her a minute. I will be reaching to HR regarding Sonia because her behavior is strictly geared towards racism and discrimination.

So glad the dealership we had planned to go to closed 3 hours earlier to enjoy the holiday weekend so we stopped here to take advantage of the courtesy diagnostic machine the clerk was so helpful checked our batteries which needed replaced and helped my husband place the new batteries in my only complaint isn't really a complaint at all wish that there were a cash back option to tip the person helping us. I also noticed that each patron was helped with the same attentive service even what appeared to me to be the most difficult patrons. WAY TO GO GUYS THANK YOU!!!

I dread having to deal with this autozone. To be honest any autozone in salt lake county sucks. Idk who does the hiring over there or maybe there aren t much to chose from but they are definitely scraping the bottom of the barrel with their employee choices. Good luck with your visit.

The best thing they've done in a long time is add the self-checkout. Hallelujah!! They have some great employees, and some slow tired not too friendly employees. Sometimes I get the slow ones and it's painful. They're well stocked, and have great hours. Going to the register is like being at the DMV. It's fairly common to see people about-face while standing in line and leave in disgust because some emps. are moving so slowly. That's why the self-checkout is so great. They should put a couple more self-checkouts in and then I'll love the place!

Had what I needed but the staff was a little over sighted. Looked right past me and another guy in line and went to somebody else to help. When I brought this up they did give 10% off but still. Also they DO NOT GIVE UBER drivers 10% off anymore like they used to.

These guys were super friendly. Had a question about my transmission dip stick and they helped me right away. Even gave me a couple paper towels in case I needed it for my transmission fluid top up.

Jeff, the store manager, along with another employee were very nice and helpful. I needed a new battery and Jeff offered to replace it for me on the spot. It saved me a lot of time.

Fixed and given a credit I truly do like shopping your stores workers are cool and helpful. Thank you and sorry that I allowed one employees lack of knowledge to briefly turn me away.Not cool whats the point of a phone number system for returns then GIMME A STORE CREDIT CARD

Be careful you all. There is an old lady working there on Wednesday nights with an attitude. I asked for a certain part, she typed it into the system wrong, so I kindly corrected her. She said that she heard me, and to not tell her how to do her job. She's had an attitude ever since I walked into the store. Manager, if you're reading this, send that lady home. She started at 7 pm so I'm assuming 3 hours is too much for her.

Such a waste of time. I go in there with a dead battery to one of my motorcycles there is a long line because only one guy is working the register. Standing there for 20 minutes finally a lady comes out to open another register show her the battery and immediately says " I don't know anything about motorcycle batteries" so I asked if she could look up my make and model to find the right one and apparently she could not do that either so I just left after wasting my time sitting there for almost 30 minutes for nothing.

I just recently bought a battery from this auto zone went to go install it and the battery was more dead than the one I was changing it out for. As bummed out as I was I went back to autozone to check what happened? The front desk immediately tells me there is nothing they can do the battery is too old to have came from them started saying I didn't get it from them even though I had a receipt!!! Had to get manager involved which refunded me the same battery they sold me!

A female employee was very condescending to my dad when trying to explain what we needed. We went to them since they spoke Spanish but, They raised there voices at us and laughed at my dad. When my dad left they made a comment stating "Mexican people think they know everything". To know this happened to my dad is very upsetting and it's not the first time I've seen her argue and yelling at someone.

We had a great experience here. Glenn Austin went above and beyond too help us. He did more then we asked for out of the kindness of his heart, and solved ALL of our current problems. Will reccomend to many and all thanks a lot!
