Holly, the assistant manager was extremely helpful. Along with that, she had the best personality. More than willing to help. She helped tighten my windshield wipers free of charge. Thank you Holly for providing a fabulous experience!

I went into AutoZone off of 4100 s and on 5600 w today to get some oil for my car and met Linda after I discovered the oil container I grabbed was leaking. In fact this container of oil, as turns out, was the culprit for the oil slick that had leaked onto and down the shelving unit and into a puddle on the floor. I ended up with oily hands as a result. I sought some help from an employee and Linda came to my rescue by taking the container from me, replacing it with a magic rag for my hands and a new container of oil. At the register she made sure I got the best deal by upselling me to the special of getting an oil filter along with my oil purchase. I asked her if by chance she knew of a good mechanic anywhere and she quickly referred me to a mechanic that she knew that just so happened to be in the store at the same time as me! She has a bright persona with a warm and welcoming smile to match! She made sure that I was well taken care of and I left the establishment a happier man than when I walked in! I give Linda 5 stars for her amazing customer service and I look forward to the next time I patronize this AutoZone location!

Went to the store today 2/7 around 350pm to get a headlight for my car. I was the only customer at the store and there were two employees talking on a counter when I got there. I asked one employee if he could help me find the right headlight for my car and he said you ll need H11 and you can find it on aisle 2 . I went to look for it because he didn t even offer to help me find it. I come to the counter to pay and I asked if he would be able to help me out replacing it. Other autozone stores always help me locate the parts and help replacing the parts. The employee said no, I can t because it s only two of us here and I can t leave the store . My car was practically parked by the entrance. No one else (customers) were there. I left the store without the headlight.I aways have great service at the Kearns, South Jordan and Herriman locations even if they re busy. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I stopped in first thing in the morning before work for a new engine air filter. The gentleman who was checking me out also offered to help me put it in my car. Great service and even better employees. Thank you so much!(I didn t catch his name but he works Saturday mornings. He made my day)

This AutoZone seems to be better merchandised and better managed than the ones nearby. The staff are ready to help you and they don't mess around. Plenty of parking and not as crowded as the nearby autozone's. I don't recommend this place, because I don't want it to be crowded so that I can continue to go there without the lines haha!

Wrong part twice now the part doesn't exist so waisted 2 + hours the staff doesn't have a clue and break your hold button on your phone 45 minutes 3 times total today just trying to see if you had it but needed parts tonight i go to your store 2 people on lunch one on break at 2 pm i will not be back to any autozone in the future

Went into the store to locate a needed part. Waited to be acknowledged in any way for 3-5 minutes. Nope. 2 employees ( 1 of whom I believe was the on duty manager) shooting the breeze with a delivery driver, completely ignoring customers waiting to be helped.Finally walked out with no acknowledgement from ANY of the 5-6 employees in the store.Walked into a different auto parts supply store 5 minutes later and was greeted immediately, helped locate and purchase needed parts within 3 minutes of that.Will NOT go back to this store.

Was the only place in town that had both the staffing and the desire to assist with my battery replacement today. Everyone was very nice and the experience was great.Permanently earned my future business today.

People are nice and knowledgeable, but their parts prices are extremely high and low quality. Recently bought a replacement part that still needed other components which were very high in price. Think I'm liking Amazon for parts. Just as reliable and not nearly as expensive!

I ve never had a good experience at this location and the employees have always been grouchy or short with people. Watched them yell at a kid looking for his dad because the oil he was holding was dripping, maybe HR should get in touch with this location and remind them their job is to help and not be rude to their customers. They clearly need help with customer relations at this location.

Manager here was unprofessional indeed, close your mouth and finish our food before you start TELLING the customer want they need. I came in for a specific part and not the one you guys to up sell. Quit treating your customers like we are dumb and don't know what we are doing.

Usually is a fair location but got some attitude from the manager of the store location.My mexican father with a mexican accent comes up to the manager to get ringed up and asks if hes next in line. The manager then proceeds to look at him like he's not even speaking english but then says "what" multiple times like he's confused on why my father walked up. And asks him if he needs someone that speaks Spanish. Do keep in mind. It was all attitude. We've did get ringed up but that man was rude. Of when we've got our receipt he says nothing and just hands the receipt while looking away too.It was an uncomfortable experience.

Great service, only had one brand of product I was needing. Was hoping to find a lil more of a variety but I managed. AutoZone will always be my number one to go place for my vehicle needs.

It was a quick trip to get some car care items. (Wax, armor all, and the like. They actually had everything I was looking for. It wasn't busy, but I used the self-service to checkout. It was easy and painless. A very good trip to the Zone.

Very happy. They had a part in stock that an online company swore they sent the correct part but did not. I'm sticking with AutoZone from now on. Plus the warranty is much better.

I wanted to return something here and they had us waiting for so long!!And I wasn't able to return it in the location, I went to another auto zone and they actually helped and were very nice.This store has a terrible costumer service here.

We just want to say thank you to the manager at the West Valley Autozone. We had brought in it two batteries for out diesel truck to check, while on the charger, the batteries both started leaking battery acid, we went in to pick them up and they totally took care of us, they gave us 2 brand new batteries and were so great about it. Thank you again!

Ordered a part and was to be delivered on State Street and was not there. Called WVC location spoke with Nate and he said it was there so drove to WVC than Nate same guy said it was not there. He was very rude and unprofessional. No customer service skills, very bad attitude. After all the time wasted and running around missed our Tow time and Mechanic appointment time and now going to the location in Kearns. Very frustrating morning and very unprofessional employee "Nate".

Pretty good experience, the employees know what they're doing (as they should) and even gave me tips on how to make changing my oil and brakes quicker and easier. There was quite a bit of wait tho

Great to work with. I accidentally grabbed the wrong wiper blades and they were happy to return them and get the right ones. Also scanned my check engine light free of charge, and let me know that it was on because of the oil pressure switch. Extremely helpful employees!
