I had a flat and one of the employees put air into it but the next day I came back and replaced all my tires and the gentleman that assisted me was so kind from start to finish.

I walked in and bought 4 new tires. They stated the best way to get an install is set an appointment. I did, which the earliest time was 2.5 weeks later. The appointment started at 8am. I was at the location at 7:45am. Checked in and sat down. After a full hour I asked when it will be done and they stated they wouldn t be able to start on it till 10am and completed around 11am. I asked why did they make me do an appointment when they were going to make me wait 3 to 3.5 hours in the store anyways.He answered very unprofessionally and stated it s just how it is. There are appointments before you That makes zero sense. Why make an appointment, push out the tires I need desperately for almost 3 weeks, have me wake up extremely early on my day off just to get to the appointment in time, than have me sit there for half of my day for no reason!Don t make appointments if they are not really a thing Walmart. Waste of a day, terrible customer care, terrible systems after my last two experiences I am officially done with Walmart. They don t value customers they only support the masses.See picture. This KID was threatening, and was constantly trying to pick a physical fight with me after I told him to stop dropping my rims on the ground. This resulted in scratches and damaged property not to mention him constantly trying to push into a physical altercation. I am completely appalled! I asked to speak to a manager and the person behind the desk said there is nothing they can do! Don t let this kid touch your propertyEveryone shop at a place that values their client experience, Doesn t verbally abuse you, and doesn t damage your property! Walmart will never get a penny more from me

I'd give this 0 stars if I could. I went here to change out to winter tires that were already on rims. Made it as easy as possible for them to do a quick balance and change out. IT TOOK THEM 2 HOURS!!! I learned how to do this in Highschool and it only took me 45 minutes tops. Absolutely ridiculous. I was told that they couldn't balance my tires right for some reason and I had them do the best they could so I could take them somewhere else to be properly done. Then they charged me full price. I asked for a discount because I'd have to go pay someone else to do them properly and they wasted 2 hours of my morning, made me late, and the job still wasn't done. The reply was, "they are actually balanced, just in a different way." Then once the wheels were on they asked me what PSI I wanted them at, I am not an expert, they should be. I have 0 confidence these were done right as balancing a tire is not rocket science. Long story short, did not get a discount... Biggest wast of time and money, and I am livid, DO NOT COME HERE!

Location shows it closes at 7pm. Showed up way before closing time. They didn t want to change 2 tires that were in the back of my vehicle. Employees just standing around. Horrible service

It took them 2.5 hours to repair a flat tire after I spent 260 two weeks before to get 2 new tires which also took 2 hours. Most of the staff are very rude and unprofessional

Walmart has the funds to improve the auto centers. They re the absolute worst. The employees just want you to go away, never answer the phone, don t want your business, and you can tell them employees are miserable.

ZERO STARS. Never go to Walmart to get work done. They ruined my car. My son worked there and he saw 6 engines ruined by them. It s a joke. Don t do it! Don t go. Horrible service!

I went at 8 am on a Wednesday and there was no wait. The oil change and tire rotation were performed quickly and efficiently. The employees were friendly, too.

I'd leave a 0 if I could. Seems like everytime I go in I can't get help or Noone has keys. Now you forcing customers to be employees tisk tisk. I won't be coming back here no more and I will be telling all my friends and family as well. Do better.

Went to have an oil change done on my vehicle, was told it was done and looked at the receipt and found out that they put Quaker state oil in my vehicle even tho, I clearly requested penzoil.I told them that I didn't want quaker state put in and yet they did it anyway. I talked to a manager on duty and told them I was not paying for the wrong oil being put in.Won't come back to walmart for an oil change. Obviously they don't know the difference between the oils.

They are pretty quick and everything looked good afterwards. They use plastic sheets to keep your car clean. The price is 2/3 of the price you would pay at the other oil change places. Plus, browsing at Walmart makes time fly.

Don't buy tires from this place and expect them to be able to put Them on your car. I've never had a worse experience with tire service. Spoke with 2 managers neither could resolve the issue.Service: TiresService: Tires

The employee seemed to be annoyed and quoted me 3 hours for an oil change when there is only 1 vehicle in the bay and 1 waiting. They clearly didnt want to help me out and they were no where near as busy as they claimed to be

DO NOT COME HERE! I needed a battery for my car but I'm so glad they didn't have what I needed anyway. When I first went in the shop the mechanics tried hiding from me! So after I moved two feet and I found them again they told me to go wait inside for the cashier. When I finally found the cashier she didn't even want to go see if they had the battery size that I needed so I just left.

As soon as I arrived I was approached by a Walmart employee and given an estimate of 45 minutes to an hour for an oil change. I observed my car was pulled in shortly after and the estimate was accurate. Very satisfied with the service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Service was fine but supremely slow. I came to get a battery replaced and one windshield wiper installed. The place wasn't that busy when I arrived but I waited for 2 hours for something I could have done myself in 20 minutes.While I was there I overhead them say they had run out of high mileage oil for their oil changes. Sounds to me like the place just isn't that well organized.3 stars in spite of all that because the prices and value are great, the attendant was polite and helpful, and they told me over the phone that service can be slow on Saturdays, so the wait wasn't a complete surprise.

Was told there was zero oil in my car (Impossible since I just had an oil change 3 months ago that I myself did & zero leaks ever, my car is only 5 years old) I was told I was incorrect for telling them it was impossible considering the circumstances cause the cashier has been there for 11 years and knows her job as if she s ever actually done anything within the shop service wise herself.She then proceeded to repeat herself when I asked if they put me down for synthetic oil.Never coming here again. Only reason I did was for the free tire rotations. There s plenty more shops I d rather pay with service way better.

Came in for an oil change. There wasn t a line. Was told that it would be 45 minutes. I ve been here for 1 hour and 15 minutes now. And my car is said to have another 45 minute wait. One of the people in the shop was telling the person working the desk to send someone home or shut down the shop entirely. I was told one of the two people in the shop is not certified to be working in there. They don t know why he is here said the guy working the desk. As I m watching through the window there is a lot of standing around and they are not professional at all. I do not recommend doing service here. This is the worst oil change experience I ve ever had.

Don t goto this location at least.My experience:They cannot unscrew the lug nut because they don t have the right tools. So get it done from somewhere else and then go back. That too they will tell you this after an hour of waiting.They don t know how to put the TPMS and so they will break the new one that your got (coz you can always return it).They cannot set the TPMS because they don t have the right scanner.And after driving you will find out that the tires are not balanced properly.

Tire prices were decent. But I get here for the install and there are three cars getting worked on. Took 2.5 hours to do four tires. And they broke one of my tire sensors, which took even longer. This is one of the worst experiences I've had with tires. Next time I will buy them and go elsewhere!

I waited 45 minutes in a 3 person line (several people could've been helped with simple things all at once). When I did get up to the counter, I gave the specs of my tires to be changed. The guy printed off the quote and left saying he had to put away batteries. In the middle of my transaction! I already knew what I wanted. I had to wait another 5 mins for him to return. Then, told me 15 minutes after waiting for them to change out my tires that it would be a two hour wait... Had they told me that, I wouldn't have stayed. Two hours later they asked me for my keys to bring it into the bay!! Are you kidding me?! Horribly ran auto center.

Last week monday I had an amazing experience, although, it didn't start out like that. I had a flat tire on the freeway and I didn't have a Jack. My tire has custom rims, so it required a key to unlock it (I didn't have). 6 hours later I finally fix my tire. As i drove my car up to a red light. I found myself on the side of the road again with a dead battery. I got my car jumped and into the walmart auto department. When I arrived I was frustrated ,tired and short on time because I had to pick up my kids in a couple of hours. I was amazed with the welcoming customer service I had received. Mr. Elric was the staff helping me. He was phenomenal. He assured me that my car was in good hands. He was very understanding about my situation and very knowledgeable about the service for my car. I was satisfied with my overall experience that I returned later the same day for an oil change. Thank you so much

I was asked to set up an appointment to have my tiers change. I got there on time and left for a little to give them time to work on it, 2 hours later they hadn't finish and when I asked them what was the point of making an appointment if they hadn't even started working on my car they told me they do not make appointments, and the person who asked me to was wrong. The person I believe was the manager was apologetic, but I spent 3 hours at a Walmart to get my car worked on.

Terrible experience. Waited 2 hours to be told that they couldn t fix my flat because it was a side wall puncture (it wasn t). Told them to put it back on, so I could get a second opinion, and it took them another hour to get me my keys back because the lady at the front desk forgot. 3 hours for nothing. Jiffy lube got it done in 15 min.

Extremely inexperienced employees! I had them mount tires for my skidsteer last year (Good experience). I brought back the exact same wheels and same set of new tires to be mounted this year and the young lady at the counter said their machine was not able to remove the old tires or mount the new tires???? I told her that they mounted the old tires last year???? They offered no solutions, other than implying that they don't know what they're doing.

Extremely poor customer service. I was told that it was a 40 min wait which I was ok with. Well it was an hour before they even pulled my car in for an oil change. And then they pulled it into a bay with out a oil changing bay. If they would have just said it was going to be longer then an hour to begin with, I would have just taken it somewhere else and this review never would have been made. The manager did come over and made it right. So I raised from one star to 3 stars.
